"What else is lacking?" ketus Binar indifferently looked at Riswan.
Although it had been only silent, not a second was the woman from the side of Riswan. Binar paced back and forth to help prepare for departure. He did not want to let go of Riswan with a fight.
"Enough, you don't have to carry this much either. If you do not just buy it there," said Riswan weighing the contents of his suitcase.
"Well, if you can take it, why should you buy it?" binar asked as he walked to pick up some things like it would be needed by Riswan.
This packed event reminded him of the school's recreation. Binar refused to miss a single object to facilitate the trip Riswan. It's gonna be so annoying anyway, isn't it if someone's left behind?
"It's over, the flight schedule's in two hours, right? We leave now, just wait there," invited Binar.
"Gosh, Binar is still two hours," complained Riswan letting Binar take over his things.
"Keep in traffic how? Not later another obstacle. Ngeremehin little things like gini tuh that make trouble," protested Binar exactly like the mother against the child.
The woman lined up one suitcase, tenteng bag and food preparation for Riswan's provisions. While the suspect just rolled a lazy eyeball.
"Don't say you'll buy another ticket when it's too late. He said work is not just the entrails of uncle, why wasteful like that?"
"Not wasteful, Binar. Take it easy."
But Riswan's defense is useless. The woman showed that she had booked an online taxi to the airport, "I ordered one" she explained.
"I picked up Adrian," elak Riswan.
Of course that sentence is not a defense for Binar. He insisted on taking Riswan and watching the man leave with his eyes on his head. No one forbids it either, she is free to act as the legal wife she wants.
"Let her do the other one, right? It also has high protein milk with chocolate chips. So don't bother looking for food when you get there."
Riswan had just changed clothes when he had run to welcome his online taxi order. The woman enthusiastically asked the help of the waiter to bring Riswan's belongings. He did not care at all about the reaction of the husband who only shook his head, whereas yesterday Binar whined spoiled not to be left behind.
The journey to the airport only takes fifteen minutes of travel time. There is no traffic jam, even the problems that Badar-madang will be implemented. In the end they sat quietly in the waiting chair without a word.
Binar looked around, while Riswan read some of the company's performance reports via smart phones.
"I don't have to follow you, Uncle. Surely all the work is done and go home safely," chirped Binar later.
"I'm sorry about yesterday. I can never say when my emotions are explosive, Uncle. Sometimes it all happens so well" he continued.
Not looking at Riswan, Binar knew the man was breathing out. He put down his phone, and focused on looking at Binar. His gentle gaze could be Binar felt, Riswan always presented that look when he sought attention.
"No problem," he said as he pulled the children's hair behind his ears, "I just hope you can trust me completely, Binar. Whatever happens I won't betray our marriage."
Binar did not give an answer.
How could?
How could he believe his words if Riswan's journey was filled with women?
She is not a woman who can ignore the past and look ahead. The shadow of Riswan who has slept with many women is difficult to be forgiven. Binar was shrouded in anxiety, what if one time Riswan lost his mind and did the habit again behind him?
"Can't you?" riswan taunted himself while looking away, "It must be hard to have a husband with a wild past?"
Binar nodded faintly, the sign of agreement that he showed for Riswan to understand his gulan as well.
"I'm just afraid of disappointment, Uncle. I don't want the position of my falling altitude," Binar's turn to look at Riswan, "Hope is not something that can be avoided carelessly, Uncle. Especially at a marriage without a clear foundation as we do now."
The man turned to him, making their distance only separated by two noses that almost touched.
"My condition is clear, Binar. I didn't underestimate this marriage in the first place" Riswan said.
"It's my foundation, Uncle," Binar said, pointing to someone from Riswan's direction. The reaction that made the man frown was astonished.
But it did not take long to answer, the figure that Binar saw appeared a few seconds later. The woman poked Riswan's shoulder, while presenting a big smile.
"I'm looking for you, Riswan, but he says you have a business trip to Kalimantan," said Rhea melted the atmosphere.
Not intent to move from there, Binar just throw away face. While Riswan suddenly clumsy and confused by the presence of Rhea. Really, the man did not expect it at all.
"I-yes, what's the need to get to the airport?" sahut Riswan forced a smile. The man glanced at Rhea briefly, while stealing a glance towards Binar with a perverted feeling.
"We can talk somewhere else?" tanya Rhea made Riswan then turned to Binar. The response that made Rhea ticked. The woman was good at reading the gelagat and then joined in staring at Binar.
"Binar, can you borrow the Riswan for a minute?"
Of course Binar immediately nodded in agreement. Riswan only asked permission through touch. The two men disappeared a few minutes later.
Seconds change minutes, minutes become hours. Riswan's departure has been announced by airport officials. The man hastily picked up his things around Binar, greeting farewell through a short kiss.
"Sorry, I'm going first, Binar," cried.
The space left behind Binar and Rhea, as well as a small crowd of humans who let go. They both ended Riswan's departure. Until one of them took the initiative to open his voice.
"Do you know what caused our relationship to run aground?" ask Rhea to give up. The woman stole Binar's attention.
"You ran away from the engagement party. Isn't that obvious?"
Rhea was annoyed, laughing at Binar's reply with a mocking tone, "It wasn't, Binar. You don't seem to know anything."
The woman approached, standing right in front of Binar. "Greg Darmawangsa" he said. "That old rascal kicked me out of attending the engagement."
"You think" Rhea paused as she leaned over their faces, "How could Riswan possibly forgive her?"
The woman's eyebrows shot up next to her. With a sharp grin, he chuckled lightly. Doubt from the look of Binar makes him happy, Rhea managed to stir up the feelings of Binar.
"Don't expect love in someone who hasn't already been from his past, Binar. You'll never win Riswan's heart."
That sentence Rhea deliberately left as an afterthought. Silence Binar at the airport for tens of seconds. The woman was not only riled up, but threatened to fail to save a life.
