CHAPTER 6

Cloud's phone kept ringing, it was a call from Chloe. I kept staring at the Clouds who were reluctant to answer the call. However, his phone kept ringing nonstop and making me uncomfortable.

"Why not answer?" askaku.

"Rese him," said Awan while focusing on driving.

The phone rang again, I turned my eyes out the window because I was honestly disturbed. I want to answer you, but I have to respect the privacy of the Cloud. However, for the umpteenth time the phone rang again. The clouds asked me to answer and I did. I answered with loudspeaker mode so that the Cloud could listen to our conversation.

"Hello," I said as I waited for the voice from across to answer.

"Hello, the brother who has HP just had an accident in front of the hotel lobby. His last HP was still on and was making a call to sister's number" said a male voice on the phone line.

"Now where is it?" I panicked and looked at the clouds.

"Brought to the nearest hospital maybe. This is the same HP goods deposited in the security hotel," he replied again.

"OK, thank you for the info, we immediately went to the hospital" I said, ending the call.

The cloud then turned around and drove his car looking for the hospital in question. According to him, the closest hospital is the hospital where his father was treated earlier. Since the accident just happened, it is likely that Chloe is still being treated at IGD. Arriving at the hospital, Awan asked me to get off and look for Chloe at the IGD while he had to park his car in the basement. I went straight into the IGD room and asked the nurses on guard about the accident victims at the hotel. It's true that Clouds thought Chloe was rushed to this hospital. The nurse took me to Chloe.

Chloe was lying on the bed and her hands were infused. According to the nurse, his head was hit hard so he was unconscious but his condition was not alarming. The hospital waits for the patient's family to continue the inpatient procedure and take care of his administration. My phone rang and soon I came out of the IGD room to answer a call from the Cloud

"Where's honey?" ask the Cloud

"Yes, it's on the IGD" I replied half in a whisper.

"Darling to wait there, I'll be up soon" said Awan, then hung up.

I just realized it was from the morning, when we were just the two Clouds always call me with the word 'honey'. I started to shake myself. I realized, this is not the time for such a woman, there is Chloe to take care of. I then went to the nurse and confessed that I was a relative of Chloe. I asked what I should do next so that the patient could be treated further. The nurse asked me to go to the administration room to sign some consent files and find a room for patients. I met up with Awan who had just stepped out of the elevator as I exited the IGD towards the registration lobby.

"Where are you going, baby?" going to the administration lobby to take care of hospitalization.

"Oh, I called the hotel. Chloe's purse and purse are still there. I've asked someone to send him here. For hospitalization need a ID card," said Awan explained.

"No, mom. We were gone, and it was back to Chloe in an accident" Awan explained to her mother.

"Chloe's? Oh my God. How now?" asked the mother of Awan in a panicked tone.

"Thank God" said his mother, stroking his chest.

"That, Chloe's sister has come, we're going, baby" said Awan holding my hand, though I was embarrassed to be held in front of his mother.

"Wait, you call her baby?" asked his mother in a surprised tone that made my guts shrivel.

"Of course, she's my girlfriend, right? Soon, she will be my wife" said the cloud, which made me feel like disappearing from her mother's face.

"That's a great news. We'll talk after daddy comes home" said his mother, stroking my back as I started to feel less wriggling.

Her mother then returned to her father's place after previously pleasantries and chirping with her sister Chloe named Sophie. We're getting close to Sophie. After Cloud told Chloe what had happened, we left the hospital.

From Cloud's conversation with Sophie, I came to know the chronology of Chloe's accident. When Chloe saw us in the hotel lobby, Chloe rushed after us without looking around and was hit by a car entering the hotel lobby area. Chloe fell and hit her head hard on the pillar. The hotel helped her and took her to the hospital.

While walking towards the parking area, Awan told me that the Awan and Chloe families have a good relationship. Whether it is for business or personal matters. Awan's mother and Chloe's mother have been best friends since college. They often go together, no wonder Chloe often confesses to me that she is the boyfriend of the Clouds. "What the hell does he mean? His motorcycle was left here, he went home alone. It's not right, son," I said grumbling, to the laughter of the clouds.

Cloud then said goodbye and apologized because today everything we lived was not as planned. He kissed me on the forehead before leaving and I waved as his car moved out of my house. I was just about to step foot into the house when Bara, the man who triggered my quarrel with the Clouds a few days before we were made to suddenly come into my house with his smile that was actually annoying. Well, what kind of calamity will this Bara bring?
