Rahasrya Group Building is the tallest building in the city. Many people dream of working there. The atmosphere in the building was busy every day.
Kia stepped into the building with an anxious heart. He's headed for the receptionist's desk.
" Good morning, I'm kia. I'm in touch with the company to do an interview today." Sapa Kia with a friendly.
" Morning. Please wait a minute." Friendly receptionist.
Kia was still standing in front of the reception desk.
The receptionist contacted someone by phone in front of him.
" Please miss to the 3rd floor, the elevator is there." Said the receptionist.
" Thank you." Kia went straight to the elevator, she was standing in front of the elevator door with a few other employees.
From the door of the loby there was a very gallant person coming towards the elevator. All the employees lowered their heads when faced with that person. Kia noticed the behavior of the employees, she turned her head back to find out who the figure was.
Kia felt astonished the person she saw was a Ziko. Ziko who had only seen from the television screen, but now she stood about 7 meters from where she was.

" Kia Maharani's sister?"
" Yes me." Said Kia as she moved from her seat.
Kia the way to the room, once inside the room there were three people sitting waiting for him. One of them is Mery's mother from the HRD.
Kia sat in front of the three of them. They started asking some questions.
" Tell me about yourself." Say one of the men.
Kia started telling me about herself.
" I'm an optimist, a hard worker, creative and have high initiative. I can work independently or in a team." Kia said with confidence.
" Why did you quit your previous job?"
Kia was nervous because she had not quit her company where she worked. He told me positive things about his company. And he said honestly about himself still working.
" What is your experience in this field?" Mery's asking the question.
Kia explained all her experiences.
" What do you know about this company?"
Kia explained everything she knew about Raharsya group.
" Why do you want to work for this company?"
" Do you have any acquaintances in this company?"
" Explain why our company should hire you?"
Kia answered all the questions she asked in order. After all the questions Kia asked out of the room.
Kia stepped out of the Rahasrya group building. There was concern about the question of him leaving his old job.
Mery's mother and her team checked all the interview files. Mery's mother went to Kevin's assistant's room. The middle-aged woman entered Kevin's room after an order from the owner.
" Lunch sir. Here's the interview file and here's the video interview." Mery's mother submitted the interview file along with the video.
Mery's mom put it on Kevin's desk.
" Let's just leave everything here, and I'll call you back later." Said Kevin firmly while holding the file on the table
Mery's mother left the room. Kevin took the interview file that was on his desk. He checked everything not to forget he saw the video of the interview that day.
Out of the ten applicants there are three qualified candidates. Kevin began to weigh the appropriate to be the secretary of his boss. He called Mery's mother back.
" Mary's mom help you check out these three people about their employment status."
Kevin gave us three names. Mery's mother immediately contacted the parties of the company where they used to work. Mery's mother sought information about the three through the old company.
After getting the information the middle-aged woman immediately informed Kevin of the results.
" Sir I've got information about the three of them." Mery's mother explained one by one. Kevin listened carefully.
" This one he still works in the same old company as the results of the Interview he said what it is." While showing the interview result file.
" This one he hasn't worked for more than 1 year unemployed."

" What information?" Ziko was still looking at the files on her desk.
" This is today's interview." Kevin put it on Ziko's desk.
Ziko just glanced at the file for a moment. And put it back.
" Continue!"
Kevin continued his words.
" Of the hundreds of people who applied to work here there were only twenty people who managed to do a series of tests, and of the twenty people there were only ten people who met the criteria." Kevin explained.
Ziko was still listening carefully
" And after today's interview I chose three candidates. But they have their own disadvantages and advantages.
Kevin showed everything with the video of the interview. With a long thought Ziko dropped on one name.
" Alright, call him and tell him to start work tomorrow."
Kevin left the room. He called back Mery's mother. Mery's mother was told by Kevin to call the name of the boss.
