Zira and Ziko had finished eating, not breakfast but bad lunch. Kevin was driving to the hospital. Today it's Zira's schedule to open the bandage. He doesn't want to be taken to the hospital, he's more comfortable going alone. Because if she is with her husband, her space is limited by her husband. They entered the door of the hospital lobby, the receptionist had already given her best smile to greet them. They all know Ziko. Zira's bandage is done in the open, there is a small mark on the end of his forehead. But it does not diminish its beauty. Zira wants to get out of the room, she intends to visit Naura. But he's still looking for the right time. She noticed Diki's doctor talking seriously with her husband. He doesn't know what the two are talking about. Zira started thinking about how to go to Naura's room. He does not want to tell this because he still remembers about the threat of Ziko who will kill Fiko.
Zira walked out of Diki's doctor's room slowly, she was about to step foot into the elevator, but Kevin had already noticed her from afar. He waved his hand while showing his stomach. She acted out that her stomach was mules, Kevin understood and nodded his head giving permission. He ran straight to the elevator. Kevin is suspicious because Zira is not going to the toilet but going to take the elevator.
" Where is Miss Zira going, not the toilet on this floor either." Kevin muttered slowly. Kevin followed Zira, he already knew what floor Zira's elevator stopped on.
Zira goes into the campaka room, she finds Naura eating while being fed to her nanny's bribe.
" Aunty." Naura said happily. Zira approaches Naura's bed, she hugs Naura tightly and pecks Naura's forehead repeatedly.
" How are you, dear." Zira said while holding Naura's hand.
Zira looks around the room but does not find Fiko in the room.
" Papa where are you, dear." Zira said again while looking at Naura.
" Papa's going to the office for a little while, papa's coming back soon." Naura said slowly. Zira felt sorry to hear Naura's words, when Naura was sick, Fiko still had to work to support her son. Zira understood Naura's feelings, because she was not waiting for her papa and was accompanied only by a nanny.
Zira spoke at length with Naura, she gave her spirit to Naura to keep her spirit to heal. Zira also makes funny stories about children, Naura laughs happily at the funny stories made by Zira. " Why is my wife on the 4th floor?" Ziko said curiously.
" So, miss went to the toilet, but she seems to be going to the 4th floor toilet." Kevin said quickly still waiting in front of the toilet.
Ziko contacted Kevin still in Doctor Diki's room. Doctor Diki listened to the conversation between Ziko and Kevin.
" If the 4th floor is where the patient is a child but for a serious illness." Doctor Diki's words cut through the conversation between Ziko and Kevin.
Ziko decided on her call while listening to Doctor Diki's words.
" Zira came here too." Said Doctor Diki quickly.
" What time did he come." Ziko began to suspect, she began to ask Doctor Diki some questions.
Diki's doctor tries to remember the range of their meeting hours, between himself and Zira.
" That's not wrong before lunch." Said Doctor Diki again.
Ziko's mind raged, as he remembered before lunch there had not been a fistfight.
" What's he here for?" Ziko said again curious.
" I saw him near the elevator, he was in a hurry and I saw in his hand a plastic bag of medicine, and if I didn't hear wrong he said his friend was sick." Doctor Diki explained.
