The sun began to awaken from its clash, emitting its rays that erased the dew points on the leaves, warming the body from the cold air. And burn a new spirit on a new day.
Zira eagerly welcomes the morning, but not eager to attend the trial that was in the title this morning. He contacted a lawyer saying that he could not come to his first hearing.
Ziko and her lawyer have already arrived at the religious court, they are waiting in the waiting room. He is still searching for his wife. Time has shown 9 o'clock exactly. The court names Zira and Ziko. Each party entered the courtroom. Ziko did not see his wife in the room. He went to his wife's lawyer.
" Where's Zira?" ask Ziko to his wife's lawyer.
" Mr Zira can't come, anymore not feeling well." Said the lawyer.
The judge entered the room. Everyone in the room stood up to greet the judge. In that room there were only a few people. Because according to the agreement of each lawyer that the trial was held closed.
There were four people wearing robes one of them was the presiding judge.
The judge explained that the religious court was differentiated between the husband who filed for divorce called a talaq petition and the wife who filed in a divorce lawsuit.
Each party shall introduce to the judge.
" Where is the plaintiff?" ask the judge quickly.
" I'm sorry the presiding judge, our client is not feeling well." Said Zira's lawyer.
The trial began. From Zira's side read the reasons that are made the basis for filing a divorce. One is that there is often a dispute between the two partners.
" Can you explain in more detail what caused the dispute?" ask the chief judge to Zira's lawyer.
Zira's lawyer explained all the insults given by the defendant as barren.
The court asked the defendant a question about the reason Ziko gave the word.
Ziko walked forward and sat on the chair the court had prepared. He told me the beginning of saying that word. He said he regretted insulting his wife. The judge asked why the defendant was sorry. The defendant, Ziko, said his wife was now pregnant.
The judge was in front of Ziko. Talk to each other. From each side could not predict what the person wearing the robe was talking about in front of them.
The plaintiff gave evidence to the judge. The evidence was video footage of them fighting in a hospital parking lot. The evidence is played and listened to in the room.
The defendant has pleaded with his client. They gave their own reasons when Ziko said that sentence.
" I'm sorry to start the judge, our client at the time was so emotional for having thought a no-no about his wife." Defense from Ziko's side.
From the side of Zira also conveyed the words separate in other places. At the time of their anniversary.
The judge and others thought about this. They are dealing with this case.
" Our trial is postponed next week. From each side please bring witnesses." Said the presiding judge while knocking on his hammer.
The judge came out of the courtroom and followed several other trial people. Ziko and his team were huddling outside. While Zira's lawyers leave the trial, they will meet her client at her residence.
" Can this divorce be annulled." Ziko said doubtfully.
" We'll try sir." Said the lawyer was also hesitant, because from Zira's side provided evidence that incriminated his client.
" What percentage of us win this trial." Ziko said again.
At his residence Zira looks riled up. He's not calm. He walked back and forth from left to right. Kevin saw her feeling off on her own.
" Miss calm down, you better sit down and calm down. Don't walk around like that. You can't be tired." Kevin was worried.
Zira didn't sit down, she still did it again. Pacing and looking anxious.
" Miss." Said Kevin slowly.
But Zira already looked cynically at him. Kevin knew something was wrong.
" Sorry Zira. Why do you look anxious, your heart should be relieved, because this trial that you are looking forward to.
Zira could not be relieved before hearing an explanation from her lawyer. From the outside, Ibu Nur came with his lawyer.
" Good morning to Zira." Lawyer with his team.
" How did it go." Zira said directly, she was curious to hear the results of the trial today.
" We've submitted all the evidence and reasons we filed for divorce. And the court has already received our dossier. But the trial will continue next week." The lawyer explained.
" Why does it have to be next week, why isn't there a result this day?" ask Zira curiously.
" Next week is about the witness of the plaintiff and the defendant. The judge wants to hear all the evidence that the witness presented." The lawyer quickly explained.
" I'm sorry Zira, who are we going to witness for next week's trial?" Speak to the lawyer quickly.
" Him and her." Zira quickly pointed towards Kevin and Nur's mother. Because they were both there at the time of the fight.
The lawyers explained some of the rules that must be said to the witness from Zira's side. Mother Nur and Kevin heard and reviewed all the rules. The point is to speak honestly do not add anything at the time of delivery of evidence.
" Will there be a result next week?" ask Zira again curious.
" The judge will determine whether to proceed or read the verdict." The lawyer explained.
The lawyers left Zira's residence. There were only three of them in the room.
" Zira, why do I have to be a witness in the trial next week." Said Kevin. She doesn't want to be involved in Ziko and Zira's household matters. Because it will muddy the relationship with his former boss.
" You're an early witness and you're a key witness. Say what you think is right. And say what you think is wrong. I know it's hard for you, because you have to side with me. But you're the only key witness to this." Zira said begging.
" Well I'll go there and be a witness to your problems." Say Kevin again.
Zira breathed a sigh of relief because Kevin wanted to be a witness.
" Why didn't you come to the trial? You should have attended and testified at today's trial." Kevin was confused.
" I'm not feeling well." Zira said quickly.
Kevin was a bit suspicious when the woman in front of him said she wasn't feeling well. Because from earlier on he saw Zira can walk back and forth without any nausea or other. And he thinks that's just Zira's excuse. He was sure the truth of Zira's innermost heart was also reluctant about the trial. Reluctant to attend and reluctant to hear it on title. And Kevin does not know what reason Zira to survive this trial other than heartache there must be a reason to remain firmly with his stance.
" Like, comment and Vote are many thanks."
