Kevin followed his boss from behind to the director's presidential room. In the room they discussed work.
In the pantry Menik is still thinking about the show later. Cofee time for all employees. Employees can enjoy a break of only 15 minutes. And that time is only once a day and in the afternoon.
Many employees who come to the pantry take coffee that has been prepared from the beginning the same Menik. They brought to his room with the cup that had been provided.
Koko goes into the pantry to get coffee. There were only a few people left in the room.
Koko sits in the pantry chair enjoying her hot coffee. Once there are no other employees in the pantry. The gentleman started talking.
" Nik, you'll come." Ask Koko.
" How else, I can't refuse." Said Menik lazily while hitching his chin with his palm.
" You were forced by Kevin sir to come?" ask Koko.
" No, if he's the one who wants me to come, you've already heard my reasoning, but this is what invited Miss Zira." Menik Say.
" O Miss Zira. You can't refuse me." Said Koko again.
" Yes, where might I refuse the big boss' wife. But later there I was confused, must be a lot of employees mocking me." Menik Say.
" Employees? That was what I heard in the big boss's room, only a few people who participated in the event was one of me." Koko said proudly.
" Oh yeah, so who's on the road?" ask Menik again.
" I don't know anybody, just that Kevin sir was talking about a package for ten people. So you can make sure the guy's not much." Koko.
Pickle.
" If there aren't a lot of people I'd rather be happy and not be too inferior." Menik Say.
" I did too, and may we know him." Koko said slowly.
The cofee time is over, Koko leaves the pantry and returns to her desk.
The employee's return time is one hour, Menik cleans all dirty equipment. It was not time for the employees to go home, Menik immediately rushed out of the pantry and queued in the elevator.
All the employees always looked down on him, especially after the gossip about him and Kevin spread, all the employees felt disgusted to see him. But Menik was a brave man, he got into the elevator to join the other employees.
In the elevator.
" It stinks, huh." Said one of the employees insinuating Menik.
" Yes, where it smells." Answer someone.
Everyone in the elevator looked at Menik.
" Maybe he's wearing a pellet with that smell." Say fat woman who had a fight with Menik.
Peeping Beeping getting hot. He approached the employee who was talking about him.
" If you don't like me saying to the boss, don't you dare to mess around." Saying Ketus.
" Nih kiss my stinking ketek." Menik said as he raised both his hands in front of the employee who mocked him. Menik clothes on the armpits look wet. That was what made all the employees who were mocking him feel nauseous.
Ting the elevator door opened, employees on scattering out of the elevator, staying Menik alone in the elevator while still pensive.
" So you want to sleep there." Said Koko who saw there was Menik in the elevator.
Get out of the elevator. Walk with Koko.
" Where did you take the elevator?" ask Menik.
" That's the elevator next to you." Answer Koko.
" You were in the elevator daydreaming?" ask Koko.
" Yes like that." Answer Menik.
" why? Are you daydreaming about the show later?" ask Koko.
" This is nothing else, I was in the elevator running out of ridicule with the employees, they said I stink, and I wear pellets with this smell of me." Menik remarked about the incident in the elevator.
" Well, their mouths seem to be in the sambal."
" I admit you stink but don't talk like that."
" You." Directly glared.
" Not kidding." Koko.
" Ko, I'm riding your bike, yes" said Menik.
" You ask permission first to Mr. Kevin, later I get fired because I take you on my bike." Koko.
" Who he is, our relationship has no official word yet." Answer Menik.
" Yes at least say it's the same, Kevin, if I get fired because of how you screwed up." Said Koko again.
" I've just taken the bus." Menik said as he passed leaving Koko.
" Nik wait." Koko immediately turns on her motorbike and chases Menik.
" It's fast up." Koko.
Menik smiled as he climbed onto the motorcycle Koko. And from a place not far away, there was Kevin watching the two of them.
On the way.
" Nik, why don't you tell Mr. Kevin about the employee mocking you." Said Koko while advancing her motorbike.
" Mister Kevin and I haven't had any ties, and I can handle them all." Answer Menik.
" When you want to keep their mouths shut, if you tell Mr. Kevin, they'll keep their mouths shut and won't bother you anymore." Koko.
" Ko, how about I say that to Kevin, and we're not a match?" ask Menik.
Koko shut up, she didn't know what to say.
" Confused right? I'm confused too. So let them mock me." Menik Say.
" I feel sorry for you." Koko.
" Don't pity me, have mercy on yourself." Menik Say.
" What do you mean?" ask Koko.
" You don't know if I have no clarity at all, but your relationship is completely gray. Forward does not retreat unlike a road in place." Menik Say.
" Yes too, my relationship with Zelin is not as certain as you, but the difference between me and you, if you just wait for clarity from Mr. Kevin, is not certain, if I have any clarity from both of us but I have no principle." Koko said slowly.
" It's true, you're like a motorcycle breaking down." Menik Say.
" Ko, what event will Miss Zelin be invited to?" ask Menik.
" I heard from a big boss like that." Answer Koko.
" Yes, just tell her how you feel." Menik Say.
" If I've said it means we're officially made, but there's still something stuck in my heart."
" What is that?" ask Menik.
" My past." Koko said slowly.
" If he loves you, he will accept your shortcomings. And I noticed you've changed a lot, one of your fingers is no longer pliable." Menik Say.
Koko stopped her motorcycle in front of a stop not far from the Menik house alley.
" Thank you Ko." Say Menik while stepping his feet.
" Nik wait." Koko Shouts.
" How about we both express our feelings as well as those we care about." Koko.
" Ah I don't want to." Menik refused, he did not want to tell his feelings to Kevin even though he knew that his boss already knew about his feelings.
" Why Nik? At least we've said our feelings, even if we're both rejected, I have friends to grieve." Koko said slowly.
" Your delicious! I'm a different woman to a man. To express feelings first is a man and not a woman. Although there are women who dare to express their feelings but if I don't dare." Menik Say.
" But then you said you were expressing your feelings to Kevin?" ask Koko.
" Yes after I found out that he loved me that he didn't say it early I wouldn't say it either. But it seems in vain I say it." Said Menik slowly while lowering his head.
" Why?"
" It seems like her love for me is fake, bye Koko." Menik left Koko who was still on his bike.
