Beatrice took a deep breath. In fact, he had heard an unpleasant rumor about Conrad and the leader of Mahvan Gang. But rumors are rumors, he can't believe them. Then after hearing what had happened to Caerina, he thought that the possibility of the rumor was tucked away in between.

"Milaine, it seems that your father had a bad relationship with the previous leader of Mahvan Gang," Beatrice suddenly made everyone quiet.

"What's? How did Auntie know? Is there anything else you might know?" Milaine bombarded Beatrice with questions.

"Yes, I remember it clearly. Not a few people say that the leader of the Lysander Group, Mr. Conrad, was involved in a bad relationship with the chairman of Mahvan Gang. Their relationship was even worse than what was heard."

"Huh? Their relationship is bad? However, why does Father seem to not know about Mahvan Gang?"

"Maybe there your father purposely hid it because it would be very dangerous for your life."

"What kind of relationship do they have?" Milaine asked once more.

"If I'm not wrong, they were enemies in the past. I don't know for sure either, you better ask your father directly. I'm sure he's got the right answer to your question."

After that, they continued to talk about something else. Milaine was forced to keep a moment of curiosity until he returned to Lysander's residence.

After a long chat, Milaine also paid her way home. He felt that today was enough because he had gained something very important. So, Milaine just wanted to get home to see Conrad.

"I need to hurry back to the mansion. I wish I was in the mansion right now."

Milaine gashes into the mansion. He only wished Conrad was in Lysander's current residence. His curiosity was no longer unbearable. So, inevitably Milaine must get the right answer from Conrad.

"T-Master has already left for the office, Miss. He has an important meeting today" the waiter replied.

Milaine did not want to stay in the mansion. He got back in the car and started his car and headed for the Lysander Group. He wanted to know the answer at that time anyway without having to wait for Conrad to explain in the mansion later.

"Hello, Miss. Is there anything I can help you with?" ask an employee of Lysander Group.

"Where is Mr Conrad now? Has he finished his meeting?"

"Wait a minute, let me check first."

The employee checked Conrad's current schedule whether it had finished the meeting or not.

"Miss, it looks like Mister has finished his meeting. If you want to meet him, please just go straight to his room."
