Chapter 75 - Is there still an apology for me?

The next day, Richard is required to meet with Rico to discuss their cooperation. Actually Richard was impatient to dismantle all the rotten Rico, only he had to hold himself until what he planned to be realized perfectly.

After saying that, Richard exited the meeting room and returned to his room followed by Leon behind him.

After more than a week of disappearing from Denada's sight, Nicolas is finally seen in his room. Denada looked to peek from the gap of the door that was slightly open. The man she loved was seriously reading the file on her desk.

"I can finally see you too. I'm glad you look healthy and don't look as stressed as I am" Denada said.

"I hope you'll go home to the apartment. I missed you Nic. Not just me, but the baby candidate in my womb too" he said again.

Denada walked away from Nicolas's room. It felt like he went inside and hugged Nicolas like he always did. However, he must gather his energy and prepare his mind if Nicolas returns to say that he does not love him and does not expect him to return. It takes time to prepare all of that.

Due to a little daydreaming, Denada accidentally bumped into someone.

"Then, I go first. I have business" said Ethan, who walked into Nicolas's room.

"Ethan, wait!" Denada pursued Ethan who was some distance away from where he was standing.

Denada grabs Ethan's shoulder, making the man look up and ask, "What's wrong?"

Ethan knitted his brows. He looked at Denada's face. He had to make sure and guess what Denada would do if he met Richard. If it's going to upset Richard or remember his past again, Ethan won't do it.

Seeing, the doubt on Ethan's face, Denada realized, if he had made Richard and his best friend think badly of him and hate him. Denada also admitted, if what he did first was really very bad and so painful.

"I don't want to go back to him. I just want to talk and explain everything. I felt guilty and wanted to apologize to him" Denada said truthfully.

"Good, if you've realized it and don't want to go back to her. But I'm sorry, I can't get you to Richard. If you really feel guilty and want to apologize. Meet him in person or come to his office. Of course you didn't forget where the office was, did you?"

"Yes, I know," said Denada. Ethan walks back to Nicolas's room, leaving Denada still in his position.

"Do I have to go there? What if he doesn't want to see me? The last time I saw him, he looked cold and cranky to me. I was really like the wind then to him. If so, is there still an apology for me?"

"Hoek .. hoek .. hoek ..." Richard spewed out his guts into the sink. He was really weak because of this couvade syndrome.

Leon runs into his boss' room and brings wood oil to Richard.

As Leon was about to get close to him, Richard immediately scolded Leon and told him to stay away.

"Leon! Don't come near me! I don't like that thing you're holding! It just makes me sicker! " outraged Richard then spewed out again his entrails.

Leon finally decides to call Naya. He told his boss who was vomiting and did not want to be approached by him because of the smell of eucalyptus.

Twenty-five minutes later, Naya arrived at Richard's company. He went to Richard's room.

Until now the employees of Richard's company no one knows if Naya is the wife of their boss. For all they know, Naya is a woman who is now close to their boss and a woman who is allowed to enter any time into Richard's room without the need for permission from their boss.

"Finally the lady came too" Leon said with relief when he saw his boss's wife had arrived.

"Boss Richard is in Miss's bathroom. From then on he did not stop nausea and vomit his stomach contents," explained Leon.

Naya approached Richard. Richard who saw his wife coming into his office immediately hugged the woman.

"Hhh, cozy. It felt like just by hugging you, all my nausea was gone" Richard said in a limp voice.

"Wanna go home?" ask Naya. Richard shakes.

"My work is still a lot. But this nausea just suddenly came. You stay with me here" Richard asked, hiding his head on his wife's shoulder.

Naya let out a sigh of resignation. He could not bear to leave Richard limp and helpless. Besides, at home there is still her mother-in-law and Ele who can take care of Elnan. Now he has to take care of and take care of his big baby.
