Mr. Bully

Mr. Bully
L2: 6. Boys - Charlie CXC

Varo's black Rolls Royce cruising through Jakarta's night sky, he lowered the window glass making Olivia's face turn away. Olivia's heart warmed a little, the man still remembered her appearance. Olivia's hand then stretched out a little feel the night wind. Calm.

“I'm much better now. You can also take the busway.....Yes although sometimes if full I prefer to ride the online ojek” tell Olivia slowly while raising the window glass. His lips muttered following the song when it was felt that Varo did not say anything.

Olivia's eyes glanced at Varo, just a glance but Olivia could get a clear picture of the difference between adult Varo and Varo six years ago. The man no longer speaks much, he tends to be quiet and attentive to his interlocutors closely. Olivia had to admit that Varo's stern look at her made her heart faint slightly, she could not guess whether Varo's gaze was an assessment of her words or not. Varo's attitude that changed much calmer actually made Olivia feel uneasy, he was afraid that his plan to save the cafe Rere even made him back the man's hug.

Olivia also can't be sure if Varo's attitude is because he is playing himself for revenge or not, given the story of their past that ended badly.

“Where do we want to eat?”

“Restaurant Kak Amirah, just opened a branch near your home area” replied Varo.

The car drove fast and then turned in the lobby of a restored building and gave the impression of a French classic. The sign with the sirens made Olivia's lips cluck softly, he knew this place from Lisa's story some time ago and to this day Sirens become the biggest regret Lisa had to spend several million rupiah to taste a piece of steak.

“I'm scuffed face not?” ask Olivia to hold Varo out of the car. “You don't my body?...Let's answer, you don't want to be embarrassed because I scuffed myself in?”

Suddenly Varo came forward to make Olivia spontaneously retreat, the smell of Varo's perfume gushing into Olivia's nose. Musk. Varo's hand opens the dashboard of the car and pulls out the mirror.

“Whose way?”

“Bima” replied Varo lying, even though it belonged to one of his ex and forgot he got rid of it.

While looking in the mirror Olivia noticed the reflection of her face, she tidied her hair, put on lipstick, and then sprayed a little perfume.

“Manis”

“Hmm?”

“You perfume sweet” murmur Varo.

“Sorry yes, later fitting home I open the window so that the smell is gone” reply Olivia was wrong. Varo does not answer, he opens the car door and steps in followed by Olivia.

“Sini.” Without any excuse Varo grabbed Olivia's hand and nodded tightly. Olivia's mind screamed and her heart suddenly beat. It had been a long time but the strange feeling was still ordinary he felt.

Calm Oliv, calm down. It's Varo with a million unsolved mysteries, you have to be careful, you can't let your guard down! inner Olivia.

“Hai, Mr. Wijaya.” A bule man with a thick British accent greets Varo, next to him an Indonesian girl clings to his affectionate arms but his eyes clearly cast a gaze of interest on Varo.

“Hai, Mr. Smith, nice to meet you”

“I keep seeing ravent on various news channels, it seems like a lot of good things happened to you.”

Varo smiled with a short nod.

“I hope to have time to have tea with you as soon as possible”

“You can send the invitation, it happens that my sister-in-law chose a nice teahouse in this city.”

Smith smiled happily the next time he turned to Olivia.

“Your girl is very beautiful”

“Thank you, she's my fiancee.”

Olivia's eyes were almost round when she heard Varo's words, but her lips hurriedly smiled and briefly introduced themselves to Smith.

“It looks like there will be a lot of girls who are heartbroken because you already have someone in your heart” Smith said for the last time before he left.

“Your betrothed is so pretty”, Olivia said. Varo just smiled then followed the waitress towards the place in the corner.

Olivia read carefully the menu book that was given. The menu listed there sounds special but Olivia is more focused on the fact that there is no price listed. His eyes glanced at Varo, the man must have been so rich that it did not matter whether the restaurant he stopped at had a menu worth a luxurious sofa. One small caveat for Olivia is; a no-price menu tends to pry more rupiah.

“I don't know what to order” says Olivia honestly.

Olivia deduces that Varo will pay for their dinner and Olivia decides it is better to eat what Varo ordered. Besides not being able to guess how expensive each menu was, Olivia had tried to seduce Varo earlier, and she did not want to be seen as a woman who was taking advantage of the situation. Although it seemed that Varo did not seem to think about it, but suddenly Olivia felt the need to maintain her pride a little.

Olivia propped up her chin and daydreamed watching Varo talk to waitress. Ah had Rere known Olivia was at the Siren restaurant with a handsome man sitting in front of her, perhaps she would have cried out hysterically.

Instead of fighting for rent, I'm dating Olivia's inner self. Uh, but this dinner could be called a date?

Olivia kept watching Varo until she didn't realize he was no longer talking to waitress and was staring back at her. Varo smiled and leaned in to surprise Olivia.

“What daydream?” ask Varo. Olivia shook her head to throw the word dating out of her brain.

“You were mesan what?” olivia did not answer Varo's question.

“Something good to eat. Recommendation Kak Amirah, I think you will like” replied Varo replacean propped up chin blatantly staring at Olivia.

Olivia cleared her throat slowly, she tried hard to control herself in front of Varo. Olivia swore, under the dim light like this Varo looks twice as sexy as yesterday.

“You why call me that? I want to eat me” asked Olivia.

“Because I'm glad you're in front of me.”

Olivia was so misbehaved, she scratched her neck that did not itch as an impingement of her heartbeat that beat unbecoming.

“You have been six years where have you been?”

“Life as a commoner. Nothing special” replied Olivia briefly.

“I'm sure you have a lot of information about me and that question should have been answered from that information”

“Indeed. But I want to hear from your mouth.” Varo looks very serious. “You answered my question. In the last six years, once, have you never thought of me?”

Almost every day I think of you. I thought that by leaving you bad for me to be happy but I felt guilty instead. I try so hard to keep busy let me forget about you, because sometimes when I just keep quiet I want to connect with you, want to hear your voice, I miss half to die with you, Olivia's mind.

Silent.

Because in fact Olivia chose to be quiet not to answer Varo's question.

...----------------...

Olivia felt something was wrong with her. Bizarrely.

Awkward.

As if the silence he had eaten last night was a big mistake. Should Olivia be honest? But he could not trust that man one hundred percent.

Varo does not force Olivia to answer his question, even though her face looks calm until they finish dinner.

But that only disturbs Olivia. What exactly is Varo looking for in him?

Validate that Olivia can't forget Varo?

“Aghhh!!!! Why don't I just protest when I'm a ravent auditor? What a pussy Olivia!” shouted Olivia regretfully hugging her roll tightly.

Varo's face suddenly flashed through Olivia's mind.

“Ganteng” muttered Olivia then shook her head violently expelling the thought.

“But it's handsome! But he's Varo! Aghhh!”

Olivia's phone is shaking. The incoming message from Andreas who invited to watch after work tomorrow managed to make Olivia's thoughts about Varo suddenly evaporate.

Olivia: Look tomorrow, if not gas overtime, but if overtime is not.

Andreas: Okay, I'll see you tomorrow.
