Chapter 43: The Return of Karina

In a house there appears a middle-aged woman sitting relaxed with a face that is so happy while sipping a cigarette in her hand.

"I can't wait to meet the boy in person!". Karina smiled cynically.

"Hmm be patient, mom! I haven't heard from those people". Kaivan replied while playing his phone.

A few months ago, Karina had come out of iron bars after completing her sentence. Despite serving his sentence, he does not seem to feel deterred, he still wants Ravendra to follow Rafael.

Shortly thereafter, Kaivan receives word that Ravendra has been captured and is now in a warehouse where the place designated by Kaivan.

"Great work! Tie him up, don't let him get back to running!". Kaivan said from behind the phone.

I don't know what Karina told Kaivan to make him feel so hateful about Ravendra, just like Karina who hates the Wardhana family.

Karina seemed happy to hear the news of Ravendra's capture, she immediately got up from her seat and walked towards the parked car in front of her house.

Kaivan also followed the orders of the mother to drive the car at high speed in order to get to an unused building.

"I can't wait to play the rest of the boy's time!". Karina laughed out loud.

While Alindya and Roy have managed to find the location of Ravendra's phone, in the early hours of the day they set off to the location.

"Lo don't have to come, let me do it with those who are looking for Ravendra!". Roy pointed to some of the guards from the Wardhana family.

"Yes, son of Alindya! It's too dangerous for a girl". Felicia's words prevented Alindya who wanted to come with Roy.

"No, auntie! I have to come, I have to go with Ravendra, I don't want to lose him again". Alindya looked so sure.

In the end, Alindya was allowed to come along to find Ravendra's whereabouts. Alindya and Roy are in the same car and followed by a car containing the bodyguards.

They shorten the travel time which should be four hours to two hours because it is supported by the conditions of the streets that seem empty.

"The last location of Ravendra's cell phone is here!". Roy pointed to a small alley where Ravendra was hiding from criminals.

Alindya looked around who looked so quiet, there was not a single person there. While watching the surrounding area, Alindya suddenly ran towards a black flat object lying on the ground.

"This, isn't Ravendra's cell phone that he used while working in the cafe". Tanya Alindya thrust a mobile phone to Roy, her eyes looked cute as if thinking about the bad things that had happened to Ravendra

"Yes right, he still hasn't changed his phone!". Roy took the phone out of Alindya's hand.

The look on Alindya's face was more beautiful, he recalled the incident when Ravendra left the cafe because of his actions. However, a smile was engraved on his watch when he saw the object he believed was a surveillance camera.

"Well, there's a surveillance camera. We can get a lead from there!". Alindya seemed enthusiastic pointing at a surveillance camera attached at the end of the road.

Roy smiled, as if he found a little bright spot that made him put a lot of hope. Roy immediately hacked the surveillance cameras there to see the incident when Ravendra was caught by criminals.

Alindya shed tears as she clearly saw how Ravendra fought the criminals single-handedly using the rest of his power. Alindya's feelings were further shattered when she saw Ravendra lying on the ground and then put in a car.

Roy also feels guilty because he missed his supervision of Ravendra and made his best friend go alone to be in danger. However, Roy is convinced that he can immediately rescue Ravendra and bring her back home.

It was clearly seen a mini bus carrying Ravendra to a building that had been abandoned for a long time and rarely people passed there.

"Come, sis. We're going there!". Take Alindya to the car.

Without a second thought, Roy and the guards immediately headed for the building where Ravendra was.

In an old building, Ravendra was sitting in a state of two hands bound and still unconscious after he was caught by criminals.

"Hey, you. Getup! I want to take you to play before you go see your sister!". Karina splashed water onto Ravendra's scarred face while laughing.

Feeling that something was making him uncomfortable, Ravendra slowly opened his eyes. The pain felt all over her body when she first opened her eyes. He could not move his body at all, wanting to feel like he was in a struggle but could not because his body was getting weaker and his hands were tied.

Both eyes of Ravendra caught the figure of a man who was no stranger to him, rivals in the world of work and also in the world of romance are now standing in front of Ravendra with a happy smile because he saw Ravendra who was helpless.

"You!". Ravendra raised his head slowly to look at Kaivan.

"Hello, young master! We have not seen each other for a long time. You think you can get Alindya after you take Amara from me?". Kaivan gripped Ravendra's jaw with emotion.

"I just want to save Alindya from an insane man like you!". Ravendra's exclamation irritated Kaivan and slapped Ravendra in the face.

Seeing her son so emotional, Karina approached him with her smile.

"Stranquilo, boy! Don't rush to finish him off. Mama hasn't got a turn!". Karina stroked Ravendra's hair then pulled her back quickly.

A groaning sound was heard from Ravendra who was in pain.

"Are you ready to meet your sister? Because of the kindness of my heart, I will send you there soon!", whispered Karina in Ravendra's ear.

Ravendra felt familiar with the voice so close to his ears, immediately he remembered the events in his past that made him have to lose his brother.

"You?", asked Ravendra softly to endure the pain.

"Yes, she is my mother and the one who had to stay in the cell for so long because your father had reported it!", Kaivan whispered.

"It is fitting that he should be punished for taking my brother's life!". Ravendra said with great emphasis.

Hearing Ravendra's words made Kaivan's emotions again peak, he slapped Ravendra's face with all his strength.

"Can I scratch his face a little? Such a face is too good for her". Kaivan asked Karina while taking out a small knife from her pocket.

Karina replied with a smile, as if she approved of Kaivan's idea. Kaivan slowly brought the knife closer to Ravendra's face

"No, don't!". Shouted a woman from a distance.
