The meeting felt like nothing like usual. Time seems to pass very long. The presentation of them was monotonous, not as usual. I hope it's over soon.

To get rid of the boredom, I opened the iPad and saw where Karina was. His GPS coordinates showed he was in the middle of town. I opened the details of the location he was in.

The street? What is that girl doing on the street?

"There's enough of it" I said and left the meeting room. I'm sure everyone including Lucas is confused.

I'm back in the CEO room where I work. With the technology I have, I can easily tap the HP I give. I put airpods in my ears and heard what Karina said.

"Why so noisy?" I don't know who I am.

Drtts... Drrtts...

"Stupid, why are you so negligent" I shouted at the person on the phone.

Damn man, how dare he kiss me again. I returned to my room in a still hot mood. He traded my body for this HP.

But why did he give me this HP? It seems like he is a stupid man, if he gives me this HP and an exit permit, I can take the chance to escape.

I walked around on the first floor, looking at the shops selling various items. "I want to go to the toilet for a while" I told the burly and spooky-faced bodyguards.

I went into the toilet and locked the door tightly. I opened the toilet window, luckily after coming out I was able to reach the deserted alley.

Today must not fail, I ran as far as I could to leave the mall area as far as possible. I knew I couldn't run any faster because of my right ankle. But I still have to try to escape.

My efforts succeeded, they're not after me anymore. I have to stay away and brukkkk...

"Awwww" said I was in pain after crashing into someone's back because I didn't look straight ahead while running.

"Are you okay?" asked the man who was squatting in front of me.

I cleaned both my hands, "I'm sorry I accidentally karennnnn.. Brother Edward?" I said I was surprised to see the man was Brother Edward whom I met on the Han river bridge.

"You? Karina?" said calling.

"What are you doing here?" ask again.

I looked back to make sure no bodyguards were coming.

"What are you doing?" askaku.

Edward's brother put his HP in his pocket. "I'm on the phone" he replied.

It seems like it's good luck to me, I meet good people when I need someone the most.

"Can't you take me away from here? I beg you" I pleaded with a sparkling look.

Brother Edward seems to have conquered me, "Well but where?" tanyakanya.

I kept looking back, "The point is we go first from here, I beg you brother" I said once again.

We'll get off this road in Edward's car. Fortunately I got away.

"Karina, can I ask you something?" said Kak Edward who remains focused on driving his black sedan car. We are very far from the mall area, of course, brother Edward was curious.

Edward's brother pulled his car over on the side of the road near the city park.

"It looks like you were running away from someone, the last time we met you also seemed to be being chased by someone. If you can figure out what's going on?" ask Edward.

I took a deep breath, I couldn't tell the person who helped me. I can't trust a complete stranger, even if he helps me.

"I just wanted to walk away, I was just running away from home" I told a lie.

Brother Edward doesn't seem to believe, "Karina, if you can't say it's okay. I can't force it, but if you need help I'll help you" he said with hospitality.

I don't understand, her words and the way she looked at me felt so warm. I feel Edward's brother is close to me. He looks like someone I know. I miss my brother.

I could not help but cry to miss my sister.

"Hey Karina, why are you crying" asked Edward puzzled.

"Hey don't cry, you're ugly when you cry" he said.

Those words further added to my longing for the missing brother. My cry is getting stronger and unstoppable.

Edward's brother hugged me to calm me down. It felt so warm and cozy, I felt like Edward's sister. "Karina don't cry, I'm just kidding" he said apologizing.

Suddenly someone opened the car door forcibly. "Karina, how dare you" cried the man who forced open the door.

The voice of a man who was very familiar to me. I looked towards the direction the sound came from.

He pulled me out of the car violently. "Take me off, I don't want to be with you anymore. You're the same as that woman" I shouted, forcing her to give up her grip.

"Aawww is sick" I said as he strengthened his hand.

"After I was nice to you, you ran away. Now you're even hugging another guy" Steven shouted.

"Take me off, it hurts so much" I said, grimacing in pain.

Edward's sister got out of her car, "Steven what you did to Karina, let her go" she said annoyed.

"Hahhh it turns out you're Edward, after hurting Selena, now you want to play this girl" Steven said looking at her intently.

"You don't know Steven, everybody knows you like to play with women" Edward said.

I know how Steven gets angry, even if he doesn't know him clearly, but as far as I know he's going to be a terrible person when he's angry. Moreover, she is the leader of the security company that Jessica trusts.

"Sister I'm fine, you better just go. Thank you for helping me out earlier" I said while looking at her softly.

Steven pulled me stronger, "Haaahhh, now you want to save him too" he said in a horrible tone.

"www...Sir is sick, please let me go" I pleaded.

Steven pulled me forcibly away from Edward's sister.

I feel like my body is so weak I can't walk. Bruckk..

"Karina..Karina.why did you faint Karina, wake up Karina" she said after seeing me fall unconscious.

Brother Edward immediately ran over, "What happened" asked Brother Edward in panic.

"It's none of your business" Steven said, holding me in his car.
