The pool water rumbled after being passed by an athletic, burly body. A man is using his strength and muscles to conquer the cold and calm pool water.

Edward was surprised, "Ahh kamchagiya, you starled me" he said to the man who came. Lucas sat in the pool lounge chair relaxing his body wrapped in a grey sweater.

"Eat him don't daydream alone" Lucas joked.

Edward picked up the towel he had placed on the chair to dry the body. "Tumben you're coming, aren't you working today? Or have you driven Steven?" edward asked jokingly as well.

Lucas picked up the apple on the table and ate it, "Today I'm off without me explaining you must have known what I mean" Lucas replied lazily.

The famous swimmer looked at his friend, "do you still keep doing the same? Is someone's life too easy for you?" ask Edward seriously.

Lucas glanced at his old friend, "You don't know how we are, the ones who deserve to disappear will surely disappear" Lucas replied lightly.

Edward could only sigh, "After everything that happened Steven was getting more and more unstructured" he said.

Lucas stopped eating his apples, "Don't be too easy to judge someone, if you don't know them directly and thoroughly. Things that you find easy sometimes to that person feel heavy and painful. We just don't know the real suffering of someone in his life" Lucas replied firmly.

"There is a point that you are indeed vile humans" said Edward did not want to know.

"How's your relationship with Lily?" asked Lucas to switch the conversation.

Edward felt very lazy when he heard the name, "Can at least not mention the woman?" back to asking.

Lucas laughed, "Hahaha that's your stupidity that left Selena for a woman like her. Though she is more beautiful, smart, mature, and elegant" Lucas said.

The man who was still with the wet body let out a short sigh, "I never even grasped it then what did I let go of?" answer with a back question.

"That's what I mean is stupid, the problem is that you know how she feels and you have feelings for her too but why don't you ask her out" Lucas replied.

Edward stood up, "the circumstances do not allow for us to be together. Anyway don't lecture me if you're the same" he said insulting Lucas.

Lucas couldn't accept that he was upset, "eeehhhh who is the same as you, I can even conquer all women" he said arrogantly.

Edward laughed with satisfaction at the annoyance of his friend, "If it's true why are you even upset after breaking up with the girl?" smith again.

Edward leaves Lucas who is still irritated but can not dwell in the slightest because it is slapped by reality.

After bathing and changing his clothes, Lucas and Edward went to the bar where they usually gather first.

Lucas ordered Johnnie walker blue while Edward preferred whiskey. This bar is their subscription bar first when they often ditch during High School.

In the past when Steven High School, Lucas, Edward and Leo often skipped and went to this place. Only Alvin never goes rogue but he's their secret keeper.

They were notoriously mischievous but after the age of 17 they never got together again. The reason is because they are busy for the future while Steven and Lucas are expelled from school after fighting with other school students until many are injured and Steven obliterates the life of his opponent leader. Steven could not continue his schooling while Lucas moved to another school.

They are still weak men of love, especially Lucas and Edward. Only Steven never wavered at any girl.

After a heartbreak, Lucas follows in the footsteps of Steven's playboy.

"Do you remember, we used to skip out to come here" Lucas recalls.

Edward smiled in light of their teenage years filled with ridiculousness and ignorance.

Lucas recalls, "Only Alvin ever wanted to go".

Edward did not reply to the speech, the person closest to him was Alvin. After losing her best friend, she was devastated.

For orphans like them it is very difficult to find friends. The first person to reach out to Edward was Alvin. While everyone was making fun of the man and no one wanted to be friends with him, only Alvin and those who wanted to.

"Steven, is he still torturing Karina?" asked Edward who did not want to drag on in his sad memories.

Lucas looked at the confused friend, "how did you know the girl?" tanyakanya.

Edward put an almond in his mouth, "We met a few days ago, Steven was very rude to him" he replied.

Lucas twirled his alcohol glasses, "the story is long"

Edward sizzled, "after all the women he had made into toys now he was even toying with a plain girl much younger than him"

Lucas also became concerned about Karina's fate, "I don't understand her either. But this girl seemed to have a different meaning to Steven" he said in thought.

The man sitting next to her was curious because he had only heard about it for the first time. "Different you mean?"

Lucas explains that while thinking "I've known him all my life, he's never played with a woman like Karina. He will leave the woman when she is done with his desires. But he even searched for the girl and took her to the main house. It was the first time Steven had been like that. He even wondered who Karina really was" she said.

"I was also curious about Karina, as if there was something familiar between us. When I saw her crying I felt like she was my Elish" she said.

"Don't you like her?" ask Lucas to investigate.

Edward hit Lucas' stupid head "The stupid base" he said.

Lucas stroked his aching head "So you've found Elena?".

Edward shook his head and gulped down his whiskey.

"Can I see Karina?" ask Edward.

Lucas thought for a moment, "It looks like it's not going to be anything because Steven will never want to hurt you" he replied after feeling reassured.

They spent the night in the bar telling stories and contemplating. Two old friends who rarely meet again can finally spend time together.
