Ishmael did not dare to ask where Zalfa was going. He understood, Zalfa must need some time to be alone.
Atifa approached Ishmael and held her husband's hand. Hopeful he asked, “Mas, do you suspect me? Do you think I set up your sister?”
“I believe in you.” Ishmael kissed his wife's forehead.
On the other hand, Zalfa Parveen Chandani drives a car, drives it somewhere. He wanted to see the outside world. At least the crowd will make him momentarily forget about everything that has happened. Zalfa's eye bead stared at the dashboar, the car Faisal had provided for him was quite luxurious. The man was so kind, providing Zalfa with all his needs.
The streets looked wet, the rain had just fallen. And just for a moment, God conjured the cloudy weather into bright star-studded.
Slow music fills the silence of the car.
The corner of his rancid lips was attracted slightly forming a faint smile when he saw the name on the screen of the phone calling him. Her heart ached to answer the phone call from her future husband.
Zalfa grabbed the phone with his left hand, while his right hand was driving. He attached the phone to his ear after sliding the green button. Faisal's melodious voice spoke across.
“Assalamu’alaikum.”.
“Wa’alaikumussalam.. Where to go, Faisal?” zalfa asked a little nervously with tears breaking. Almost half a year he waited for Faisal after the man claimed he would take care of his hotel in Riau which had problems. And now, Faisal claimed to be returning to fulfill his promise immediately, marrying Zalfa, but Zalfa did not know if the plan would still materialize after the events that befell him. Faisal should have known, in a wait, that time seemed very slow to roll.
“Mobilku will enter the ship,” Faisal replied.
“I'm with Doni. We took turns driving, really. So, do not worry about fatigue and sleepiness on the road. Everything will be fine. You may not know Doni, but I know him well. He's a reliable driver.”
“Faisal Zhafran Al Husayn, I'm worried about you," said Zalfa without being able to say much. According to Zalfa, Faisal should be able to sell his car and buy the same car in Jakarta. Or leave the car in Riau so that it can be used by its employees who are in charge of taking care of business in Riau as inventory. That way Faisal can get on a plane without having to make a long, tiring journey.
“This is what made me want to go back to Jakarta. You care so much about me.” Faisal laughed as he looked out the window. In the next instant, his bead eyes focused on the rearview mirror, making sure his car was safe as it crawled into the ocean liner. Several other cars lined up neatly in the back, the majority of buses and minibuses. “I did this for one reason, maybe you do not understand how cool traveling.” is
“If your lover were with you, he wouldn't be as hot as he is now. Female bias.”
Zalfa heard a voice reciting near Faisal. Maybe that's what Doni, Faisal's friend who became the man's right hand and often the topic of conversation.
“Faisal, don't forget your phone was stamped so that I could contact you, not to lobet,” said Zalfa.
“Definitely. It's full too. I just pulled it from the charger. I know you miss me. I miss you too. I will soon be in Jakarta. Don’t worry..” Faisal chuckled and managed to make Zalfa feel being teased.
“Hahahaaa..” The sound of laughter next to Faisal is heard echoing.
