My Dear Fussy Husband

My Dear Fussy Husband
The Arrival of Mother-in-Law

"Mama's staying here."

Garda and Nadin looked at each other after hearing Anita's words. The middle-aged woman had suddenly come when the Guard was about to leave for the event she was referring to this morning. Eventually the man chose to stay home to accompany his wife.

"Whose papa is the same?" ask Garda. The man looked at Anita who was sitting on the sofa while constantly staring around.

"Mama's only a day, kok, brother. Don't think papa," replied the Guard's mother.

For a moment the three of them were silent. Nadin who sat beside the Guard felt intimidated by Anita's gaze. The middle-aged woman really showed her dislike for Nadin so clearly. Nadin felt very sad to get that treatment. She was made to feel unworthy of her husband.

"What are you doing at home, Nad?" ask Anita. The old face that usually looked friendly was gone. Anita stared at Nadin.

"It's just cleaning up the house as well as cooking, Ma," replied Nadin in a soft voice. He will still try to respect and be a good son-in-law.

"Even you yourself realize that everything you do is 'free'," Anita said with the last word.

"Mama!" sela Guard. The man squeezed Nadin's hand which he held. Trying to show that there is a man who is always there for Nadin.

"Mama was joking, really, sister," Anita said with a faint smile on her face. The old woman looked back at Nadin's nervous face. "You don't want to go to college anymore?" ask Anita.

Nadin looked increasingly nervous. The woman with the thin body slightly poked her lips before answering her mother-in-law's question. "Nadin will not go to college anymore, Ma," replied Nadin firmly.

The guard immediately turned to his wife with a surprised face. Didn't expect Nadin to answer so firmly. For the reason behind his wife not wanting to go back to college Garda already knows. So, he wasn't too confused.

"Well, how won't it be? Education is important, Nad! Moreover, your husband is also a person who berlididikan. You should have the determination to keep up with your husband," said Anita at length. He was confused by his son-in-law's answer.

"Garda doesn't like Mama talking like that to Guard's wife!" said Garda interrupted Anita who will open her mouth again. The man was confused in response to his mother's words. How not? Every chance there is always about the education that the woman is talking about.

"Now you dare to snatch Mama, huh, Brother?" sindir Anita's. The woman with the dark blue hijab looked down at Nadin. "You snapped at your mother for defending her?"

Garda rubbed his face violently. "Mama kenaa, anyway? This is not the Mama that Garda knows," Garda said slowly. Trying to unravel the almost explosive emotions.

Anita puts on a face hearing the words of her first child. He always felt hate and accepted to see Nadin coupled with his proud son.

"Mama wants to rest" Anita said with a forward look. Not looking at the child and his daughter-in-law.

Nadin was surprised to hear Anita's words. He has not cleaned the guest room. "Nadin cleaned his room for a while, yes, Ma" Nadin said, asking for permission.

Anita immediately glanced cynically at Nadin who was seen smiling gently towards her. "Remain from earlier," the middle-aged woman's circus.

Nadin continued to comment on the gentle smile of hearing Anita's words. It's a lie if Nadin says he's okay. In fact, there was a sense of tightness that he immediately wanted to overflow.

The woman in long pajamas and the instant hijab soon passed leaving the living room. Nadin immediately walked towards the guest room adjacent to his room and the Guard. Deftly he began to clean as well as tidying up the room. Not want to make Anita increasingly dislike it because it works too long.

While in the living room a pair of mothers and children were silent with the contents of their own heads. The guard was still confused by the changes to his mother.

"Are you angry with Mama for what Mama said to Nadin?" tanya Anita broke the silence.

The guard turned to his mother. The two sharp eyes looked at each other. "Mama should not constantly worry about the education of the Guard's wife" said Garda. Trying to speak as slowly as possible so that Anita understands.

"Where does Mama have a problem if your wife is just a high school graduate! While you are a lecturer, Brother!" anita.

"You as hard as you can, Mama, this problem will not change, Ma" the Guard replied. His sharp eyes stared into his mother's face. "Please stop talking about this."

"This could all change if your wife wants to go to college! Why did he drop out of college!? His parents are rich! Doctor's sister! His sister's time was not educated" said Anita full of emotions.

Garda gulped a rough gulp. Don't know how else to respond. Anita is a stubborn and persistent woman. He will constantly urge the opponent to fulfill his wishes. Just like when that woman betrothed the Guard. However, unfortunately now he is not satisfied with what he planted.

"Well, Mama wants your wife to go to college again! Mama wants to have a classy daughter-in-law like Mama's Arisan friends!" anita said firmly.

Garda moved his eyeballs with a feeling of indecision. Returning to education is not easy for Nadin. His wife was too scared and traumatized by all the pressure she could get on the bench. The Guard feared that Nadin would regain control if he chose this path.

"Garda and Nadin are in a pregnancy program" the Guard said suddenly.

Anita, of course, stared at her son. His face looks a little bright. "Really, Sis?" anita asked.

The guard nodded despite feeling a little doubtful. What he was talking about was not a fact. "Makanya Garda banned Nadin from going to college. Let Nadin can focus on maintaining her health during the pregnancy program and for her pregnancy later," explained Garda.

The mother of the Guard was of course feeling a little calm. "That means Mama's gonna have a grandchild soon, huh, sister?" ask Anita.

The guard smiled faintly. "Just pray" the Guard replied calmly.

"Gapa did not go to college again if Nadin was pregnant," said Anita who began to melt.

Now the Guard can sigh in relief. The man stayed to talk to his wife and set a schedule for doing the pregnancy program.

"Mama can't wait to carry a grandchild. Camek was talking to the neighbors," complained Anita with a sad face.

Not long after, the sound of footsteps approached. Nadin smiled gently with a face that looked soaked with sweat. "Nadin's room has been cleaned, Ma" Nadin said.

Anita looked up at Nadin. The middle-aged woman who always wore a lot of jewelry stood up immediately. "Thank you" said Anita briefly. Without much ado the woman passed leaving her son and daughter-in-law.

After the departure of Anita Garda immediately stood up to Nadin. He wiped Nadin's sweaty face with both hands. A gentle smile adorned Nadin's beautiful face.

"It's still pretty, isn't it?" ask Nadin.

The guard smiled warmly. "Always beautiful" said Garda. The man then rubbed Nadin's head covered in a hijab. "You can't be sad, yes, Nad," Garda said.

"Emang why?" ask Nadin tease. Her beautiful face still faithfully covered a smile.

"Later I will be sad," said the Guard with a suddenly sad face.

Seeing that made Nadin's laughter break. "It's funny, my husband!" Nadin. His face looks so happy.

"You don't have to think about Mama's words. Later let me say to Mama again, yes," said Garda. He was really worried about Nadin's circumstances. Garda knew Nadin was used to storing up his own pain.

"Jagan, Mommy! Dana Dana was just. Pity Mama if Mas Dana belain me continue. Mama must be offended, Mas," explained Nadin.

The Guard immediately hugged Nadin's thin body. I was so honored by his wife's words. "Aren't you angry with Mama?" ask Garda.

In her husband's arms Nadin shook his head. "It's natural for a mother to want the best for her child" Nadin said.

It was only a few seconds that they both dissolved in a warm atmosphere. The shrill call from the guest room made them look at each other. The guard immediately took Nadin's hand to walk towards the origin of the sound.

"What's up, Ma?" ask the Guard once it gets there.

Anita has put on a hostile face. The woman pointed at the end of the mattress that looked dusty. Also lift the pillow that has a stain.

"Aren't you willing to prepare this room for Mama?" accuse Anita.

Nadin looked at his mother-in-law nervously. He has cleaned this place thoroughly. Nadin was sure he had made sure this place was clean before he stayed.

"Didn't you like Mama staying at Mama's house?" charge Anita because Nadin never makes a sound.

Garda approached the end of the mattress with dust. Waving the dust with his right hand. After that take a pillow that has stains.

"Please get me a new pillowcase, yes, baby," Pinta Garda with a soft saura.

"No need, brother!" sela Anita makes Nadin undo his intention to take a pillowcase.

"Take Mama home! Why stay here if not welcomed!"
