Don't Give Up on me

Two bottles of beer in Leo's hand came off, fell and broke. Leo ran as fast as he could but the car carrying Syera was already speeding on a smooth and quiet road. Leo did not want to give up, he continued to run leaving Ben behind who was exhausted.

Far enough away Leo ran after the car that was carrying Syera. Leo's mind is empty when running as hard as he can, he just keeps running hoping his legs can catch up to the increasingly distant and invisible Syera again.

Running far enough and fast amid the dark night streets and cold air finally makes Leo's sturdy legs limp and helpless. Leo fell down in the middle of the road accompanied by gasping breath.

For the second time Leo was in the same situation. A man brings Sera from Leo when he is filled with happiness. Leo was afraid that this time Syera would go further and could not even see her again.

From behind the limp-dropped Leo there was Ben who walked staggering because he was tired of running and approached Leo who was so far from the house where they were. The air that was so cold made it even harder for those who were tired to catch their breath.

"Sorry, brother. I didn't expect anything to happen at this time" Ben said. "Let's go back, you're tired, you're running too much. Or should we not call the police?" ask Ben for advice.

Ben helped Leo stand up. Leo had fallen because of his numb and numb legs but Ben propped him up to walk back. Ben gave a glass of water to calm Leo's mind, in this situation words alone are not enough to express, Ben gave time for Leo to calm down with all his anxiety and panic.

"Sorry, brother. If I hadn't made my car in the garage to dress up, we would have been able to catch up with them" Ben said. "I don't know who the man who brought your girl is but I'm sure she and Syera know each other."

Leo took his phone and tried to contact Syera even though he knew what the outcome would be. Several times Leo contacted Syera but none of his calls were answered. Opens a cell phone gallery and shows Ben a photo.

Actually Leo had a glimpse of the face of the man who brought Syera. Although from a little distance away it is impossible for Leo to recognize it wrong, but he still wants to make sure to Ben.

"Is this the guy?" leo asked to show Ben a picture.

"You have a picture of him, do you know him?"

"Yes, I know him well even."

"Wait," Ben thought for a moment and recalled their conversation a moment ago. "Is she the sister you meant when we were talking?"

Leo nodded while sighing. It's clear that the man who brought Syera was Fandy.

Ben could only be silent but not long later he tried to contact someone and from the conversation they could hear Leo if Ben requested that his car be delivered sooner, he said, will even give tips if you drive it right then and there.

"Sorry, brother. They can't drive the car at the moment because it's night. Be patient, you will definitely meet him again. You're a man, you have to be sure and believe that Syera won't give up easily for you."

"I'm afraid he's taking Shera someplace further away or maybe someplace I can't see."

Leo's thoughts and feelings are no longer able to calm him. Given his struggle to find the whereabouts of Syera this year he has been very difficult especially if something similar happens again for the second time. Leo could not imagine how he lived. Fandy always brought Shera from Leo whenever they carved happiness together.

"Get your mind, bro. Don't think no-no, trust me if everything's gonna be okay."

Ben realized that his current words would not be able to thank Leo's common sense but he still tried to convince his new friend. Seeing Leo who is not excited and grabbed his hair has made Ben understand if Leo is not very good.

"I'll be out for a while, though it's hard but try to take a break."

Ben leaves Leo alone inside the house. He wanted to give Leo time to himself.

"Please, brother? Please don't take me again. I want to be with Leo. Poor Leo, he must have found me everywhere. Would help?"

Along the way Syera continues to beg, groveling and even forcing Fandy to take her back to Leo. This time he will become bolder, not just because of Leo but for himself.

"Let's turn the car around, brother. Brother Leo must be worried and scared right now. Please turn around, brother. Don't you feel sorry for me? Doesn't Fandy love me? Let's go back or get me down now."

Syera still did not give up, she continued to beg Fandy.

"Sister?!" shouts of Syera as Fandy ignores her.

"Shut up! I said shut up!"

Fandy's screams are twice what Syera did. The quiet streets made Fandy's voice echo because the car windows were half open. Whether forgotten or not thought by Fandy because of hurry, the window beside Syera was still half open.

Shera's hand that had been tugging at Fandy's arm and banging him came off in shock to hear Fandy's scream.

"Shut up!"

The soft and soothing voice during this time turned into a deafening cry. For the first time, Fandy shouted and his screams fell on Syera who was sitting next to him.

Sherah was surprised, he saw Fandy's face as fiery. Harsh words, words of hatred and shouting have often been heard from Leo before finally there is a word of love that unites them. But different because it was Fandy who shouted loudly at Syera this time.

The softness and patience of Fandy all this time made Syera not believe if the man beside her was Fandy. Syera shuddered in horror but she tried hard and was not afraid.

Fandy, who had been overcome with anger, hit the steering wheel of the car, venting his anger at the inanimate object. Fandy did not say anything, he reappeared his car which had stopped when he shouted earlier.

Someone called Leo and it was from Mila's mom. The opportunity was not wasted by Syera, he lowered the car window until it was fully open. Fandy noticed it and stared intently at Syera.

"Yes, ma. He's the same Fandy now. Don't worry, take care of your health. It was a long time ago, ma. Fandy will call mom later."

Fandy immediately disconnected the phone without removing Syera from his eyes.

"Descend me now or I jump from the window" Shera replied to Fandy's sharp gaze.

"Are you crazy? If you want to jump now."

Surely Syera's speech was just a threat, there is no way he will actually do it when there is a man who is worried and will try to find it.

"Let's jump fast if you dare" challenged Fandy. "Why not jump yet?"

Guts Syera shrieks when challenged by Fandy. He eventually chose to be quiet, thinking of other ways to get back to Leo.
