Diana's tears trickled down, where perhaps she was willing to sacrifice her own child.
"I don't want to be my own son's killer. Anyway chemotherapy won't cure me, it's just delaying." The look of despair was so obvious in Diana's eyes.
"Then what are you going to do?"
Diana was silent for a moment with tears flowing constantly.
"I will keep my body." Diana replied with a trembling voice.
"You know that it's very risky, your life is at stake."
Diana nodded weakly.
"I would do anything for my son... I ask the doctor for help, please keep this from my family..."
The middle-aged female doctor simply nodded, she could feel the sadness Diana was experiencing. But he can't do much.

"Mba Diana...?" Syifa's voice surprised him. Disperse daydreams.
"Shyfa? You're here?" Diana asked in wonder who saw Syifa in the garden.
"Yes, I followed Mba Diana here. Because it's almost afternoon, but Mba Diana hasn't come home yet. I've called a few times, but Mba Diana didn't pick it up. So I'm coming here." Syifa.
"Mba Diana's okay?" He continued while looking at the pale-looking Diana.
"I'm fine, Syifa." Diana smiled faintly.
"Related?" Syifa asked again, Diana chuckled.
"Yakin Syifa's. Oh yeah, I want to eat ice cream. Let's get some ice cream first, let's go home." Diana held Syifa's arm, taking her to an ice cream parlor not far from the park.
"It's so good, you gotta try." Diana feeds a spoonful of ice cream into Syifa's mouth.
"Well, Mba, this is good."
"All right?"
"Yes." Yeah." Syifa nodded, though,
"But mine's better." Syifa said she would not lose.
"And Mba has to try." Now replace Syifa who feeds the ice cream.
"Ehm, was eating ice cream apparently? I deserve no one's answering." Sean suddenly comes, he sits down to join his wives.
"Mas Sean?"
"Sean, are you home? But it's still working hours?" Diana asked looking at the watch in her hand.
"Yes, I came home early today." The answer.
"Shan's mom wants ice cream?" Tawar Syifa's.
"Em no, thank you."
Syifa and Diana glanced at each other giving codes, they knew Sean wasn't too fond of ice cream.
"Come on Syifa, we force our husband to eat ice cream." Diana and Syifa got up from their seats, Sean looked at him questioningly, What do the two women want to do?
"Hey, what are you doing?" Sean asked as Syifa held both hands, and Diana was ready with a spoonful of ice cream.
"Feed you." Syifa and Diana answered.
Diana and Syifa's laughter instantly broke when they saw Sean's face being forced to swallow the ice cream.
"You're so bad." Said Sean sulking, rubbing his lips that had ice cream left. But Diana and Syifa were still laughing.
"But get the ice cream?" Sean simply swung his lips, making Syifa and Diana again chuckle.
"At least now I can still laugh with them, some months to come... I don't know..."
**********
"With Syifa?" Sean repeated, Diana nodded.
"It's only one day apart." Diana continued. Sean moves rooms once a week.
"But..."
"I want to sleep alone tonight." Diana rubbed her stomach slowly.
"All right then." Sean relented, maybe this is the request of his future son who wants to sleep alone.
Syifa sat down in front of her dressing table, combing her long hair, she saw Sean's reflection from behind the mirror.
"Mas Sean?" Ask wonder.
"Hm..." Sean walked over to Syifa.
"Why are you here?"
"Diana told me to. He said he wanted to sleep alone." Sean answered, holding Syifa's shoulders.
"really?" Tanya Syifa hesitated.
"Yes, if you don't believe just ask Diana." Sean kissed Syifa's head, before heading to the bed.
Diana opened her diary. Which is written all his heart. About initially he knew and fell in love with Sean, about his disappointment when he found out Sean was married to Syifa, when he was sentenced to illness by a doctor and finally healed because Syifa was willing to sacrifice for. His parents, who changed, became more concerned with him. About her happiness during her marriage to Sean and becoming more familiar with Syifa. It's all written there.
"Today the doctor again convicted me, the cancer that I had a year ago is back. I don't know what to do? I don't want to tell my family either. I don't want to make them sad again. Let my pain be a secret to myself.
Had my family known, they would have asked me to undergo chemotherapy. And I don't want to do it. I don't want to kill my own son.
Let my son live, for many will love him. It's okay if I can't go with him. My son already has a very good father, and a loving mother. And I believe Sean and Syifa will take good care of him.
Oh my God, please... For the rest of my life that I soon want to be with the people I love. Give them happiness, no sorrow when I go. And I wish I could survive until my son is born.... "
Diana cried in the dark, clutching her diary tightly.

"For Syifa." Say hello to Diana as soon as Syifa entered the kitchen.
"What is Diana doing?" Syifa asked who saw Diana cooking something.
"Fried rice, for us to have breakfast later."
"Mba Diana doesn't have to cook, let me." Syifa tried to grab the spatula Diana was holding.
"No, this morning let me cook breakfast. You sit sweetly at the dinner table." Diana said as she pointed at the dining table with her spatula.
"But Diana will be tired."
"Syifa I'm pregnant, not sick. So let me do what I want. And now I want to cook. Okay?"
"Hum..." Syifa passed by leaving the kitchen towards the dining table.
"For my wife..." Hello Sean who just arrived.
"For Mas." Reply Syifa who is tidying the dining table.
"Where is Diana?"
"Mba Diana is cooking, Mas."
"Cooking?"
"Yes, I banned it. But I was kicked out of the kitchen." Sean chuckled at Syifa's pouting expression.
"Why laugh?"
"Em no. Syifa, let Diana do whatever she wants as long as it is still a reasonable stage. You understand, right?"
Syifa nodded, indeed all this time she was too forbidding Diana to do this and that was out of fear of Diana being exhausted. But maybe that makes Diana uncomfortable.
