Chapter 78. Jefri's Crash

In the evening Jefri, who had just returned from the nightclub, was driving at a high speed. His eyes were heavy and his head was dizzy.

Jefri did not see any opponent cars so when it got closer, he was surprised to slam the steering wheel and hit the road barrier so hard.

The car Jefri was driving looked very heavy. Jefri's body looked pinched. Half an hour passed and there was help.

The person who saw the accident called an ambulance. Jefri's pinched leg, very difficult to remove and requires auxiliary tools.

Half an hour later Jefri's body can be lifted and taken to the hospital. Arriving at the hospital, the police who helped Jefri checked his cell phone and there was the name of my son Yudha. The police called the man's number.

"Pa, Ma, me and Yudha have to go to the hospital!" said Aira stamped.

"Who is sick? Why do you look so pale?" mama Susanti asked, looking at her daughter's pale face.

"Om Jefri accident. It's very critical right now."

Papa and Mama Aira were shocked to hear that. They also want to go to the hospital. However, Aira couldn't possibly wait for the two people to change clothes. He went to the hospital first.

"You go, and Papa and Mama will follow. You just let me know if you get to the hospital."

"Good, Ma. I'll take my leave first. Yudha waited outside. He was so panicked that he didn't get to sit back."

"It's okay. Go quickly!" say Mama again.

"Let's go," asked Aira.

Without answering Aira's words, Yudha walked to her car. After Aira sat down, Yudha ran her car at a fairly high speed. Yudha has informed her that her Papi has been in an accident.

Mami, who is currently out of town, promised to return tomorrow morning. With a fucked up mind Yudha runs her car. Aira who saw that became scared.

"Yudha, let me be in pain. You drive the car. We exchange seats. You're struggling, it's not good to drive a car. It won't concentrate. Our trip is an hour to the hospital."

Without rebutting, Yudha pulled over the car and swapped places. Aira is now driving a car. At moderate speed.

The traffic jams made them a little late to the hospital. After parking her car, Aira and Yudha walked quickly down the hospital hallway to the IGD room.

Arriving in the room, there happened to be a doctor who came out. Yudha immediately asked how Papi Jefri was doing.

"Are you Mr Jefri's family?" ask the Doctor.

"Yes, Doc. I'm his son!"

"Thank God there was finally a family representing Mr. Jefri. We have to perform surgery on Mr. Jefri's leg. Are you willing to sign the consent letter."

"Okay, Doc! I'll sign it. Do what's best for my Papi."

"Good, Sir. We'll try to do our best."

Yudha takes care of the administration about the Papi operation. After all was done, he and Aira waited in front of the operating room.

Papa and Mama Aira have joined them. Everyone seemed to be anxiously awaiting the operation. The sleepy Aira, leaning on Yudha's shoulder, finally fell asleep.

Three hours later, the operation was finally completed. Doctors went to Yudha and told her that Jefri's left leg had to be amputated. Hearing that, Yudha's body went limp. How will Jefri react when awake and find out if his left leg has been amputated to the knee?
