Mystery of Bu RT

Mystery of Bu RT
Helping the Diponegoro War

In the middle of a dark and dense night, the garden in Mbah Subroto's house bears a silent witness to a very important secret meeting. The moon was floating high in the sky, throwing a faint glow at the tense faces hiding in the shadows. Among them are two important figures in the history of the upcoming Diponegoro war: Prince Diponegoro himself and Ki Ageng Gribig.

Prince Diponegoro, a white-robed man with a long beard, sits cross-legged under a large shady tree. The setting sun took him to the park, meeting Ki Ageng Gribig who waited with his special patience. Behind his veil, Ki Ageng Gribig's face looked wrinkled and sage, a highly respected figure among Javanese leaders.

"Your presence here is an honor, Prince Diponegoro," said Ki Ageng Gribig, his voice soft and wise. "What do you want to talk about tonight?"

Prince Diponegoro stared intently at the old man's eyes. "I want your help in winning the coming war against the Netherlands. I know that you have magical powers that can help us."

Ki Ageng Gribig nodded slowly. "Right, I have a science that has been passed down through generations from our ancestors. However, this power must be used wisely and carefully."

That night, Prince Diponegoro and Ki Ageng Gribig spoke in symbolic language, using codes they could only understand. They planned war strategies, laid out spy networks, and prepared special rituals that would give power to Diponegoro's forces. All this must be done in strict secrecy.

At sunrise, they part ways with a promise to meet again in a few months, when the war is about to begin. Prince Diponegoro returned to his palace, hiding his plans in a feisty heart.

A few months passed, and Diponegoro's war erupted. The Dutch troops came with great strength, facing fierce resistance from the persistent Diponegoro forces. In the midst of the raging battle, Prince Diponegoro and Ki Ageng Gribig meet again, this time in a cave hidden in the middle of a dense forest.

Prince Diponegoro looked weary and wounded, but his eyes were still burning with a spirit of struggle. "Ki Ageng Gribig, it's time we use the power you've given me. Our troops are getting depressed, and we need help from the supernatural."

Ki Ageng Gribig nodded and began to prepare a special ritual. They sat together inside the cave, with the cave walls filled with mystical images and symbols. The dim candlelight reflected a strange shadow around them.

"Now, we will call upon a greater power," said Ki Ageng Gribig. He burned a number of special incense sticks and began chanting ancient spells.

Suddenly, the air in the cave changed. A strong wind blew, and strange sounds were heard throughout the cave. Prince Diponegoro felt his body filled with magical energy that encouraged him to continue forward.

On the battlefield, Diponegoro's forces began to turn things around. They had greater strength and an unshakable spirit. The Dutch troops were shocked by such a powerful surprise attack.

However, in the midst of their victory, there was an unexpected surprise. Ki Ageng Gribig suddenly fell to the ground with empty eyes. His body had convulsions, and he began to utter unfamiliar words.

"Prince Diponegoro, this is the price to pay for using this power," Ki Ageng Gribig said in a trembling voice. "My body will mediate, and I will pay for it with my life."

Prince Diponegoro tried to save Ki Ageng Gribig, but it was too late. Ki Ageng Gribig breathed his last, while a powerful magical energy flowed into Prince Diponegoro.

They won in the Diponegoro war, but Prince Diponegoro lost a friend and mentor he loved so much. He buried Ki Ageng Gribig with great reverence in the beautiful forest.

When Prince Diponegoro presided over the funeral ceremony, the sun set beautifully, emitting a golden light that surrounded the tomb of Ki Ageng Gribig. Prince Diponegoro knew that the power given by Ki Ageng Gribig had helped them to victory, but had also taken the life of a friend.

As the sun set on the horizon, their mood changed from euphoria to feelings of haru and longing. Among the crowd celebrating, an elderly woman walked slowly across the battlefield. His wrinkled face and deep eyes were full of wisdom, making him look like a figure who had seen many things in his life.

The woman is Bu RT, who has been known by the entire village as a mysterious figure who always knows everything about everyone. However, this time, there was something different in his eyes. There was a mixed expression of grief and hope that was hard to explain.

Prince Diponegoro who saw Bu RT approaching, felt interested and approached him with respect. "Welcome, Ms. RT," greeted her softly. "We are very grateful for your support and assistance during this war."

Ms. RT smiled gently. "Thank you, Prince Diponegoro. I have always believed in your struggles, and I have seen the great changes you have brought to this village."

Prince Diponegoro felt that there was something unusual in the words and expressions of Bu RT. "Is there anything you want to say, Ms RT? You look like you have something important to say."

Ms. RT nodded and looked around, making sure no one heard their conversation. "Actually, I bring very unusual news, Prince. I come from the future."

Prince Diponegoro. "The future? How could that be possible?"

Ms. RT smiled with understanding. "I know this is unbelievable, but I have the ability to traverse time through a window that has supernatural powers. I came here to give you a warning about our future."

Prince Diponegoro sat near Bu RT, interested and confused at once. "What will happen in the future? Will we lose?"

Ms. RT shook her head. "No, otherwise. This war will produce a great victory for your struggle for independence and this nation. However, there is a big consequence to be faced."

Prince Diponegoro looked at Bu RT in confusion. "What consequences? Is this about Ki Ageng Gribig's sacrifice?"

Ms. RT nodded. "Yes, that's one of them. But there is something bigger. This victory will bring about profound changes in society and the country. There is an internal conflict that will arise, and the originally united leaders will be divided."

Prince Diponegoro was anxious to hear this news. "What should we do to prevent it? How can we bring people together?"

Ms. RT smiled gently. "You have the power to lead this resistance, Prince. And I believe that with wisdom and with a sincere heart, you can guide this nation towards a better future. All you need to do is maintain togetherness and tolerance among all parties involved in this struggle."

Prince Diponegoro pondered Bu RT's words seriously. "Thank you for the warning, Ms. RT. We will fight hard to realize this independence and maintain the unity between us."

Ms. RT smiled with satisfaction. "I know you'll do well, Prince. Now, I have to go back to my time. Remember this message, and may this victory bring good to this nation."

With those last words, Bu RT disappeared in the same way as he came, leaving Prince Diponegoro in deep thought about the future to come.
