Mystery of Bu RT

Mystery of Bu RT
Riots in Batavia in 1740

On that morning, a cold wind blew slowly in Batavia, in 1740. The sun rose gently, illuminating the sky with a golden orange color, creating a peaceful landscape in the city. However, this calmness was only an extremely fragile illusion.

In the middle of Batavia, a terrible riot was taking place. The riots involved thousands of Chinese people who had lost patience and hope after decades of oppression by the Dutch government. They filled the streets, voiced heated anger, and formed armed groups ready for battle.

Amidst the crowd, a Chinese youth named Liang Wei stood with a well-built body and eyes filled with despair. He watched the riot with concern. Liang Wei was an intelligent and courageous youngster, yet he did not want to engage in this seemingly inescapable violence.

In the riot, Liang Wei sought out her sister, Mei Ling, who was only 17 years old. They were separated when the riots began, and Liang Wei promised to keep his younger brother with all his strength.

Meanwhile, in another corner of the city, a Dutch soldier named Captain Van Der Berg goes to great lengths to maintain order. He was a firm and principled man, but he also felt perplexed and struck by the rage raging in the middle of the city. He wanted to avoid bloodshed as much as possible, but the situation was getting worse.

The ambience of the surroundings was in stark contrast to the chaos in the city. Outside the city of Batavia, lush green forests and calm rivers flow peacefully. The birds chirped merrily, and the fragrance of wildflowers filled the air. It is a different world, unaffected by human strife.

Back inside the city, Liang Wei moved cautiously through the narrow alleys filled with smoke and chaos. He looked for signs of Mei Ling among the crowd, hoping to save her from the menacing danger.

Suddenly, in the darkness created by the burning building, he heard the sound of weak sobs. He stepped forward and found the wounded and frightened Mei Ling. The girl had been attacked by a group of rebels. Liang Wei immediately protected his sister and took her away from it.

"Sister, what are we going to do now?" mei Ling asked with sparkling eyes.

Liang Wei hugged her sister tightly and replied, "We should find a safe place, Mei Ling. We need to find a way out of this town."

Meanwhile, Captain Van Der Berg and his troops continued to try to defuse the unrest. They try hard to maintain order without resorting to greater violence. Van Der Berg knows that the bloodshed will only make the situation worse.

In a fierce meeting with rebel leaders, Van Der Berg tried to negotiate. "We can find a peaceful solution to this problem" Van Der Berg said in a stern tone. "There is no need for more blood to be shed."

The rebel leader, a wise old man named Zheng Fei, stared intently at Van Der Berg. "We've been suffering for decades, Captain. We don't want to make peace with oppression and unjust policies."

Van Der Berg pondered for a moment and then nodded. "Alright, I'll try to understand your feelings. But please, give us some time to evaluate this situation."

As dusk began to fall, Liang Wei and Mei Ling finally made it out of the riot-stricken city. The two of them walked through the dense forest, looking for a safe place to hide.

Suddenly, they heard the sound of church bells ringing in the distance. They approached and found an old church that was somewhat hidden within the forest. They decided to take refuge inside the church while they waited for the situation in the city to subside.

But at the same time, Captain Van Der Berg and the rebel leader, Zheng Fei, had come to a surprising agreement. They agreed to end the unrest and seek a peaceful way to resolve the issue.

Over time, the situation in Batavia finally subsided. The Chinese who had fled the city returned, and the city began to recover from its injuries. Liang Wei and Mei Ling also returned, with new hopes for their future.

However, what was most surprising was that Van Der Berg and Zheng Fei, who were originally on opposite sides, became inseparable companions in their efforts to restore peace in the city. This surprise is a sign that sometimes, in chaos and conflict, there is room for peace and friendship.

When the events of the great riot in Batavia reached its peak, Bu RT, Rahmah, also could not avoid the impact. He is a respected and trusted figure by many villagers, and they hope that his presence can bring a positive influence in this increasingly heated situation.

Ms. RT, with its half-open window, continues to observe developments in the situation outside. He felt sad and concerned at the unrest and uncertainty that had engulfed the city that had been home to many.

One afternoon, when the riot reached a tipping point, Bu RT took a bold step. He came out of his house and went into the midst of the turbulent crowd. His calm and resolute face captivated the attention of many people.

"Calm down, brothers," said Ms. RT in a soft but authoritative voice. "We are all part of the same community, and we must find a way to solve our problems together."

The protesters who were huddling were silent for a moment, fascinated by the words of the wise Ms. RT. They listened carefully as he continued his speech.

"Violence will get us nowhere. All we need is dialogue, understanding, and wisdom. Let's try to settle our differences peacefully."

Many of those who were initially stubborn began to ponder the words of Bu RT. They began paving the way for talks with the rebel leader and Captain Van Der Berg, who now had hopes of resolving the conflict without further bloodshed.

Ms. RT continued to act as an intermediary, helping to facilitate dialogue between the warring parties. He reminds them of the values of unity and wisdom in resolving conflicts.

Over time, thanks to the hard work of Bu RT and the support of many parties, the situation in Batavia finally subsided. The deadly conflict began to dissipate, and the city was trying to recover from its wounds. Ms. RT, with a joyful heart, witnessed the peace that began to return to her village.

More importantly, however, the role of Bu RT as an intermediary and moral leader during the event has given valuable lessons to everyone in the village. They learn that in difficult situations, one's wisdom and courage can make a big difference. Bu RT is a clear example of the power of calm leadership and clear thinking in the face of conflict.

As the city of Batavia recovered, the sun rose again brighter, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the village's history. Life returns to normal, but everything that passes has left a deep mark on the heart of every villager. They respect Ms. RT more than ever, as she has helped them through difficult times with great wisdom and poise.
