18. Mom and Dad

The incoming sunlight made Viona who was sleeping soundly awake due to glare. His body wriggling relieves the aching feeling of sleeping with a sitting position since overnight.

"Uh...

For the first time he woke up in the Ark's room like this, usually if he could not sleep he would only look at his son for a moment and would return to his own room.

When he looked at the box where Arka slept there was no visible nose of the baby.

"Congratulations?"

It's five o'clock in the morning now where did Rose take Arka? Viona ran out of the room looking for her son's whereabouts elsewhere, when she came out just once she passed Rose who had just climbed upstairs.

"Vee? What's up?" The girl shriveled confusedly looking at Viona's agitated face this morning.

"Is Arka with you?" She asked with a puzzled face, "I woke up but Arka wasn't in the baby box, where did my son go?" Viona couldn't stop fidgeting, even her body was sweating from frantically searching for Arka's whereabouts.

"Hey-hey! relax, Arka is safe okay?" Rose patted Viona's back gently, seeing the woman's panic made her unbearable.

"Do you know where Arka is?" The hopeful sparkle was clearly visible in his eyes.

"Master took her sunbathing outside." Rose was calm.

Viona was sitting limp in the staircase where her anxiety disappeared instantly, who would not panic to see the baby who had fallen asleep under her care when the morning suddenly disappeared? After all, once the busy Davendra was at home this early?

"Master's home?"

"It's a holiday of course he's at home."

A holiday? Viona patted her forehead how could she forget if it was a holiday today?

"Master told me to wake you up earlier, that's why I'm here." Rose helps Viona get up from her sitting position, then the two go to the kitchen together to help Gee in the kitchen.

The baby boy who had caused Viona to panic and almost hang was laughing with his father outside the house, both of whom were walking around the house.

"Papa's champ is tired?" Davendra sat under a shady tree with Arka in his lap. The handsome baby laughed open his mouth that had not been overgrown with any teeth.

Viona runs along with Arka in her arms, due to lack of preparation so frantic her left leg tripped the tree roots that made her fall with Arka towards Davendra.

Brugh! Vionna's position fell right on Dave's lap, fortunately he could hold his weight so Arka was not squeezed between himself and the man below him.

The man who had fallen asleep was shocked when his body suddenly felt pain from receiving Viona's body impromptu.

"Aghhh!"

"I'm sorry!" The position of the two facing each other Viona sat on Davendra's lap while holding Arka's body while the man was still the same as when he slept.
