"I'm surprised you know my son-in-law."
They moved to a restaurant in the Mall to talk, after all it was noon and they just missed lunch because it was too busy shopping. Be they all end up here together.
"We met at Mr. Dave's wedding Madam, but this is my first time meeting Miss Viona." The couple who turned out to be Vero and Pita his wife did not expect to meet with the wife and mother of Davendra in a shopping store.
Winata nodded in understanding.
"I'm Pita Miss," Pita stuck out her hand intending to shake hands with Viona, the girl whose husband suggested hanging out with her.
Viona welcomed the helping hand wholeheartedly, "Viona, just talk easy." As a Darmawangsa Viona is still awkward if anyone speaks formally to her.
"That's young master of Arka?" Vero looked at the handsome toddler sitting quietly in the middle of his Grandma and mother. The toddler was not fussy at all just because of the pacifier in his hand.
"Yes ... Arka said hello," right after Viona said Arka let go of one hand to hold the pacifier, then the toddler waved his tiny hand at Pita and Vero.
"Oh my goodness! Very clever!" Ribbon closed his mouth when he saw the cleverness of the successor Darmawangsa in front of him.
Winata of course smiled proudly, his teachings so far can be practiced well by his favorite grandson.
"Young master degrades intelligence from master Dave like him." Vero was wondering if his son would be born then he would match him with Arka.
"We heard you were pregnant, right?" Viona asked the woman in front of her.
"really?" Winata had not heard the news before, he was a little surprised by the question of his son-in-law.
Ribbon smiled gently without realizing she rubbed her stomach affectionately. Viona watched what the woman was doing, a glimpse of Aruna's reflection while pregnant used to just cross her head.
Aruna also always did the same thing as Pita when she was pregnant with Arka first, but unfortunately no husband was accompanying her at those times.
"Yes, madam, it's been a few weeks."
"I also wish my daughter-in-law would give me a grandchild soon." Viona's teacher glanced slightly at her daughter-in-law.
Viona smiled thinly there was no thought of getting pregnant at this time, let alone considering that Arka was still very small and needed more affection from her parents. Imagining her time being divided with Arka when she gives birth to a child later is not a good choice.
"They just got married madam, there's no need to rush. Moreover, there's already a handsome Arka here, isn't it young master?"
Pita's husband grew increasingly anxious as Arka responded to her remarks.
Arka nodded her head with a mouth full of bread as if she understood Vero's words.
"Well it doesn't matter, our lives are already very happy with Arka's presence."
Their conversation had to be delayed when Viona's phone on the table vibrated, the incoming call clearly displayed on the screen.
Davendra
The woman glanced at her mother for a moment when the middle-aged woman gave her permission and Viona picked up a phone call from her husband.
"Hallo?"
"....."
"There's at the Mall, with mom. What's up?" Viona let it go when Winata eavesdropped on her talk and Dave.
"....."
"For what?" Across from Dave said he would follow him here, but there was no need.
Winata snorted that his son would catch up with them, terrified that his wife was leaving with her mother.
.
Davendra got out of the car and handed the keys to the Guard to park his car. The man walked with a sturdy posture of his tall and stocky make Dave look striking among others. Not to mention the work glasses that frame his handsome face further add to the man's charm.
Meet me!
Arka's father smiled faintly when he saw his wife sitting with his mother and son, in front of them were two people who were quite familiar.
Dave raised his finger to the front of his lips gesturing for Vero to keep his mouth shut, the man gave a small nod not to stand up to Davendra at the request of his business partner there.
Viona herself was still busy talking to the women without realizing that her husband was behind her.
The woman was even surprised when her neck was perched by someone's arm. Viona's small blows when she had difficulty breathing due to the hand winding.
"Ughh! Off!"
"Take off my son-in-law!" Not only Viona, her mother-in-law also beat her own son for hurting his daughter-in-law.
"Aw!Aw! Mom release!" Winata gives a jewel in Davendra's ear. Sensing his ears that were about to break off, the man finally let go of his wife.
Vero and Pita looked at each other at the interaction that their minds had never imagined before, which they knew the Darmawangsa family was very rigid and never joked in a public place like this. But who would have thought if their estimates had been wrong?
"Don't kidnap Dave! You're not ashamed to be seen by Arka like that!"
The man who was the suspect of the commotion inside the restaurant just shrugged his shoulders indifferently, he chose to sit next to the wife and then stick to Viona like a stamp.
"See this guy!"
Viona calms her mother-in-law down from responding too much to Davendra, ashamed of being the center of attention of people like her.
"Good afternoon Mr. Dave," Vero smiled at Davendra who then replied Dave with a similar smile.
"Don't expect to meet you here," according to Vero meeting a Davendra is impossible if in ordinary days like this.
The man is always busy in his office and even travels out of town for business trips, so meeting Dave outside in addition to the office is a very rare thing.
"Well, I came after seeing the discharge from my wife's debit card."
Viona turned to her husband, Davendra must have objected to the bag she bought earlier. Actually she also objected but since her mother-in-law forced her then she could not resist.
"I'm sorry, I'll give it back later." Viona felt guilty, knowing this was how she shouldn't have gone out earlier.
Dave dodged when his mother's wrinkled hands were about to hit her head again.
"Based on useless husband! You want to take back what you gave your wife?" Winata is not out of thought with the mindset of his single son who is very stingy.
"Of course I'll take it!"
Winata said, "what are you saying!"
As outsiders Vero and Pita don't have to behave how, want to interfere but it's none of their business.
"Mother, Dave don't make a fuss." His head was dizzy to hear the quarrel of this mother and child.
"Son, I'm not gonna let this guy take your stuff!"
Dave raised his eyebrows, "not my wife's, but mother's!"
"What!"
"Mother, your money has so much for why it still took my wife's property," Dave stood up from his seat with Arka in his cradle.
"Let's go you bad boy!"
Dave did not listen to his mother's screams back there, the man walked happily without caring about his mother.
