Kimmy tells Jesslyn to go home, before she goes back to see Dr. Mark waiting for her in the car.
"Sorry, I'm old." Kimmy got into the car and closed the door.
"It's okay." Doctor Mark started the engine of his car and immediately drove the car away. The road looks so quiet, no vehicles passing by as usual. It was only this first time that Kimmy came home in the middle of the night, even more so with men, but his father knew very well the doctor Mark, so Louis was not too worried about leaving his daughter to the man who worked as a doctor.
"Is that a man you've been trying to forget all this time?" mark's question suddenly left Kimmy dumbfounded.
"Which man do you mean?" Kimmy rolled her neck, asking Mark for sure.
"Your best friend's brother. That guy wasn't the guy who was in the hospital yesterday?"
"Yes, he's the man who was in the hospital yesterday."
"You like it?"
"No!" Kimmy refuted as fast as lightning, turning her gaze forward.
"Then-" Mark's voice was interrupted as his cell phone rang. Mark immediately grabbed the phone tucked inside his trouser pocket. There was one incoming call on the phone screen, but Mark turned off the call without receiving it first. Mark was about to put his phone back in his pants pocket, but the phone rang back, making Kimmy's attention slightly distracted to him. Kimmy was so astonished to see Mark reject the incoming call that he felt might be an important call, but Mark instead chose to turn off his phone.
"Why did you turn off your phone? why don't you just pick it up?" ask Kimmy.
"My sister's calling, it doesn't really matter." Mark slipped his phone back into his pants pocket.
"Oh...."

Over the course of the week, the relationship between Kimmy, Jesslyn and Alana is close again, even though it is just a video call because the distance between their homes is not close to meet in person, moreover, they have their own responsibilities and busyness, just communicating through mobile phones alone is more than enough to improve the friendship between the three of them.
Jesslyn told Kimmy to stay at her house, Kimmy was so reluctant to accept Jesslyn's invitation. But because Jesslyn insisted and herself was afraid if her best friend was angry, Kimmy finally agreed to the woman's request to stay there. Because it just so happens that tomorrow is Saturday so Kimmy doesn't practice in the hospital.
In the afternoon, after Kimmy returned home from the hospital, he immediately returned home and prepared to go to Jesslyn's house. While Kimmy was busy preparing her clothes for her to put in her backpack, Kelly was seen approaching her daughter.
"You sure you want to stay at Jesslyn's, baby? you're there to meet Jasson, son." Kelly touched both of her daughters shoulders, there was a hint of worry in both of the women's eyes.
"Yes, Ma. After all, every time Kimmy stays at Jesslyn's house, Jasson must have gone to Harry's. So Kimmy will definitely not meet him there" Kimmy said with a smile.
"All right, son."
Silent....
Kelly noticed Kimmy, who was busy putting things in her bag, before she dared to ask her daughter a question.
"Kimmy, what do you think of Mark?" Kelly's question stopped Kimmy who had just wanted to continue her activities.
Kelly gently touched both of her daughters cheeks. "Not that papa said, you want to get married baby, how about-"
"If what?" kimmy said, his face was attached with annoyance, because now he knows what his mother wants to discuss. "Married to Dr. Mark?" continued.
"Yes, Honey. After all you and Mark have known each other for a long time and are close to each other, Mark is very mature, he is also a good man and no less handsome with Jasson."
"Kimmy won't!"
"Why not, my dear?"
"Will Mama? if Mama wants to, why don't you just marry her?" kimmy exclaimed in an annoyed tone.
"Kimmy!" snapped Kelly.
"Sorry, Mama. Looks like Jesslyn's been waiting for Kimmy. Kimmy has to go now, bye, ma." Kimmy kissed Kelly on the cheek, she immediately put on her backpack and passed away from there.
"Kimmys...." Kelly's screams were wasted, not stopping the steps of his son who had gone from there.
Kelly breathed a heavy breath. He was about to get out of his daughter's empty room, but the sound of his cell phone ringing from his pocket stopped his steps. Kelly grabbed the phone and saw a call coming from her husband on the screen.
"Call...." The voice escaped lazily from Kelly's mouth as she placed the flat object into her earlobe.
"Hows it? have you spoken to your daughter?" ask Louis.
"It's been, but he didn't want to and this seems like it's going to be very difficult."
"You're closer to Kimmy, it's not hard if you persuade her to marry Mark" Louis said.
"You think persuading our daughter to marry a man she doesn't love is easy? if you think it's easy why don't you just persuade her!" kelly exclaimed in annoyance.
"Darling, why are you so angry, i-"
Not finished, Kelly first ended his voice call with Louis still going on.
"The one who persuaded Kimmy to enter the medical world was me, now for the matter of getting married should I persuade her!"
"I also want my daughter to be happy, but even if I can persuade her to marry Mark, can she be happy?"
Kelly was silent for a moment and regulated her increasingly heavy breathing.
"But if Kimmy doesn't get married, she'll never be able to completely forget Jasson. I don't want my daughter to be hurt anymore." Kelly closed her eyes so confused.
