Some days Jasson is busy with his work until he forgets time. Given that it was Tuesday, he had promised his father to attend the wedding of his papa business partner which will take place tonight in a ballroom in the middle of the city.
That afternoon, Jasson wanted to go home early from work, because before attending the party later that night, he wanted to spend his time first to rest.
To shorten the time, Jasson left all her work to Alea, her personal secretary. Jasson walked out of his room, a pile of files that he was currently carrying with him he handed over to Alea who at that time seemed to be focusing on the computer at his desk. The woman stopped and turned to Jasson who was standing next to her desk.
"Please get this over with, I need to leave the office right now."
Alea stood up and received the file that Jasson had given him. "You need to be outside? why rush home?" tanyakanya.
"Papa later tonight invited me to attend the child's wedding of his business partner, so I wanted to go home first to rest at home." Jasson massaged his stiff nape.
"Actually I'm really lazy to go with papa to the party." Jasson clucked followed by his face that was bent.
"Why is that?"
"The color of my dad's intention to take me to this party was actually just to introduce me to his partner's daughter."
"You're being betrothed?" Alea widened both of her eyes, her gaze turning into fretfulness and full of probing.
"No, papa just wanted to introduce me. Alea, I really don't know papa's way of thinking, papa wants me to get married soon, but I'm not ready, I don't want to get married that fast."
"Yes, but why Jasson? getting married is not that bad!"
"I don't want to marry young like my dad and my brother. I'll get married once I build and own my own company."
"You can build your own company after you get married! Have you ever heard of a husband's success because of his wife's support from behind?" alea's words made Jasson momentarily silent.
"That won't do. Because after marriage a husband will be busy with his wife and children."
"That's the color I've been seeing all along! My brother forgot his ambition to build his own company because after marriage he was busy loving his wife. And I don't want to be submissive or taken by women just because of love!"
"Is there really a woman you love?" ask Alea.
"Nothing! And I don't expect to love anyone! love is stupidity, and I don't want to be a fool just for love!" exclaiming Jasson.
Alea chuckled as she shook her head. "If you already know how it feels to love someone, you'll retract what you just said."
"You talk too much, I'm home now. Don't forget to give me today's report by email." Jasson patted Alea on the shoulder and passed away from there. Alea looked at Jasson who had now disappeared from his eyes.
"What is your heart made of? why is it so hard to find fault there. Even during these three years I've been your best friend, but I still don't know what kind of woman you want."
Jasson was in his car heading home, but he wanted to stop by at one of his sister's coffee shops located not far from the office.
Jasson stopped his car and wanted to park it in the coffee shop yard. But when he was about to get out of the car, his attention was suddenly diverted when he saw someone he knew was also there. As Jasson watched the man, he abandoned his intention to get out of the car and chose to leave.
