Oh My Jasson

Oh My Jasson
I've given up everything

The atmosphere of the night that was originally frozen will silence Jasson to Kimmy, now warmed again after a struggle between them occurred quite short. They slept face to face after a white blanket wrapped in plain bodies. However, both of their eyes were still awake. Kimmy gave her lashes a pause to dip; paying attention to every part of her husband's face that she saw at a very close distance. In fact, Jasson's breath was wasted quickly enough to feel warm when touching the skin of his face.

"What do you see?"

"No." Kimmy shook her head with an innocent look.

Jasson's hands almost fell out. "You want to do it again?" his eyes warmed, his voice full of seduction even though it sounded flat and stiff without sensuality, but Kimmy could already read it.  The woman's eyes immediately widened alert.

"No. I'm sleepy, I'm going to sleep." Kimmy changed her sleeping position by turning her back to Jasson.

"It's not polite!" grouse Jasson. Both of his brows furrowed deeply from feeling annoyed as Kimmy turned her back. However, the man suddenly gave a smile as Kimmy pulled his hand and led him around in a circle on the woman's body.

"Hug me." Kimmy's voice that sounded spoiled made Jasson not want to eliminate his smile. Like having rediscovered the figure of Kimmy that he used to know. Yes, Jasson's smile seemed to speak like that.

Jasson clasped Kimmy's body and hugged him in a fit of rage, before leaving a kiss on the top of his head that he was able to reach.

Kimmy looks neat with a pastel-colored dress that he wears to go to work. He was about to approach Jasson who was waiting for him for breakfast, after he had told the man first to go to the dinner table. However, the short ringing of the phone stopped Kimmy's footsteps. He quickly turned around to pick up his cellphone, which was lying on the nightstand.

Kimmy's forehead crinkles when she finds a missed call from a number she doesn't know. At the same time, there was one short message he got from the same number. It seems, the owner of the number was missed call was deliberately so that Kimmy immediately read the short message that had been sent by him.

Kimmy swiped the screen with her thumb until a short message was ready for her to read.

I told you, stay away from Mark, or I'll hurt you! I can be even more cruel than that, even to your husband.

Kimmy's two eyes whizzed, followed by a heartbeat that was quite wary of a short message that made him surprised so early.

"Who sent this message to me?" With slightly shaking hands, Kimmy tried to call the number. However, the owner of the number turned out to be very smart. When Kimmy called the number, it was no longer listed.

Kimmy didn't budge, her heart throbbing violently as fear gnawed at her. Because, not only once did he get the same warning message as that. Kimmy sure, this is the same person who sent him the tin letter.

"Jinner ...." The clap on the shoulder shocked the woman, her body shortened, her phone almost dropped from her grasp.

"Jsa-Jasson ...." Kimmy's lips that had been polished with the lipstick suddenly paled, his smile was reviewed lightly and seemed forced.

"Why is it so long?"

"Ehm ...." Kimmy's mind still filled with questions left the woman unfocused.

Jasson narrowed his eyes, staring fixedly at the face of his wife who paled because of the tension. Like something was being hidden.  "Kimmy, what's wrong with you?"

"No-no, I'm fine." Kimmy put the phone back where it belongs.

"Ehm, let's have breakfast." Kimmy hooked her hand on Jasson's arm, and took the man who was still staring at her in surprise to head to the kitchen.

In the car, on the way to the hospital, Kimmy looked dreamy with blank eyes. Moreover, what was dreamt by the woman if not the message that had made her mood worse this morning. In fact, when he had breakfast with Jasson, the woman was just daydreaming.

"Why are you so quiet?" Jasson's question made Kimmy aware. His gaze was still empty as he chose to turn his head by spreading a smile to the husband who was beside him at this moment.

There was no way he could have told Jasson about the message he had received.

"Don't hide anything!" Jasson's voice was full of probes.

"I'm not hiding anything."

"You sure?" Jasson pulled both of his eyes momentarily away from his wheel just to make sure that his wife wasn't lying. Kimmy just nodded her head in response without taking away her still radiant smile.

Shortly after, Jasson stepped on the brakes until the car stopped perfectly when his first destination arrived.

"It's here" Jasson said.

"Oh, yeah, that's fast." Kimmy was told he had arrived at the hospital. Maybe because the woman was too busy daydreaming until she did not realize it.

"Later I'll pick you up at one o'clock. Don't get close to Mark! Youunderstand?" jasson was full of orders. Not bored every day he reminded his wife.

"Yes ...."

"Why hasn't it come down yet?" jasson asked, watching Kimmy who was still silent while looking at him.

"Ehm ...."

"Have you forgotten something?"

"Yes ...."

"What?"

Jasson was shocked when Kimmy suddenly gave her a kiss that made her face instantly become a sumringah.

"I'm leaving first. You be careful, have a good day."

"Ah, why did I kiss her first? Embarrassment." The embarrassed Kimmy immediately went down and entered the hospital in a hurry.

"He's already getting brave  ...." Jasson's smile expanded, noticing Kimmy's body movements that had just vanished from his sight.

"What's up, Doctor Mark?" Kimmy's voice held back the upset.

"You want to go home?"

"Do you know why you're still asking?" answer Kimmy. "I'm sorry."

Mark caught something different from Kimmy's attitude towards him. He blocked the woman's steps. "Doctor Kimmy, why do you seem to shy away from me?"

"I don't avoid, but keep my distance. I don't want to get close to you, me and Jasson getting in trouble."

"Because of trouble? whatchu mean?" mark's forehead wrinkled questioningly. Kimmy can't explain the letter she received to Mark because of her excessive fear.

"That's it, Doctor Mark. I'm sorry." Kimmy breaks through Mark's body blocking his way. Mark's voice that called out to him repeatedly did not make the woman stop or turn her head at him.

Kimmy got into the car when she got out of the hospital and found Jasson there.

"Kimmy, come with me for a minute to the office. There's work I haven't finished yet" Jasson asked shortly after his wife landed her body to sit next to him while putting on her seatbelt.

"If you're still busy why did you pick me up? You shouldn't have picked me up, Jasson. There's Uncle Alert." Kimmy feels bad and blames herself for her husband's work being disrupted because of her.

"It's okay, I picked you up because of my will, but for the next few days I can't pick you up because there's a job I can't leave. So you're coming home with Uncle Alert no problem, right?"

"Yes, Jasson, it doesn't matter at all."

Jasson drives his car and invites Kimmy to return to his company. Although, actually, Kimmy was very lazy to join Jasson to the office because he was so reluctant to meet with Alea. Not because she hates him, but more precisely because Kimmy is afraid of heartache if she sees her husband's familiarity with the woman, even though she is only a secretary and friend of Jasson.

Upon arrival at the office, Jasson invites Kimmy to go to her room. Alea greeted Kimmy warmly, despite the dislike stares implied in both eyes of the woman who was the same age as Kimmy.

"Good day, Miss Kimmy." Alea commented a forced smile on her lips.

"Current, Miss Alea."

"Kimmy, wait for me in my room. I'm going to see my business partner for a second" Jasson said.

"Alea, I'm taking my wife" he told Alea, who hesitantly agreed.

"I'm not a kid you can leave." Kimmy chuckled in annoyance as he pinched at Jasson's waist.

"But you're like a child to watch." Jasson ruffled Kimmy's hair and soon passed away leaving his wife with Alea.

"Come on, Miss Kimmy come in." Alea opened the door to Jasson's room and invited Kimmy to come in.

"This is my husband's room?" Kimmy looked at her. Her eyes walked through the room with awe, because this was the first time she entered the workspace of her husband who nuanced vintage.

A smile suddenly floated on Kimmy's face as she found a picture of herself with Jasson on her honeymoon displayed with a beautiful frame on the desk.

Kimmy took the photo, Alea's eyes were surprised by the photo of Kimmy and Jasson who looked friendly on display there. He just saw that photo.

"Since when has Jasson been fofoing with Miss Kimmy here?" murmured Alea. Staring fixedly at the photo that made his heart feel melted with fire.

"Is that a picture of you on your honeymoon yesterday, Miss Kimmy?" Alea's question split the silence there.

Kimmy raised his chin and nodded. "Yes, Miss Alea. Turns out Jasson put it on display there." Kimmy looked back at her picture with Jasson without letting out the smile that was still on her pretty face.

"You're really lucky." Alea's voice turned back Kimmy's attention to look at her.

Kimmy put the pigora back in place. "Lucky for what?"

"Color can marry Jasson. Although I know, you have absolutely no feelings for Jasson. So does Jasson who has no feelings for you." Alea's words made Kimmy's eyes glaze over.

"I know everything from Harry, Miss Kimmy. I know if you're married because of coercion."

"You know what, Miss Alea?" Inner Kimmy said that.  However, he chose to remain silent about his feelings to Jasson.

"You're saying I'm lucky?"

"Yes, you're very lucky" Alea replied. "Do you know, Miss Kimmy. Before you showed up, Jasson and I were very close, very close." Alea said with deep words and a deep look, as if her eyes were blaming Kimmy for his presence that ruined everything.

Alea exhaled, neutralizing her mounting emotions. "I'm sorry."

"You like Jasson, don't you, Miss Alea?"  Kimmy's voice stopped Alea's footsteps about to leave the room. Turn around to Kimmy. A moment's silence paused between them.

"Yes .. I've loved Jasson a long time before you, Miss Kimmy. Before now you had feelings for her too."

"You must already have feelings for Jasson, right, Miss Kimmy?"

"Of course, Miss Alea!" Kimmy made her voice clear. "I not only love him, but I love him a lot. I've given him everything I have, everything." Kimmy's words seemed to pierce Alea's heart, until a clear liquid almost inundated the two women's eyes. Without retaliating or responding to Kimmy's words, Alea simply left the room.

"You don't know, Miss Alea. I had feelings for Jasson first. Even long before you knew him, before you got close to him. You don't know how for three years I tried to forget it, until I chose to leave my best friend. My heart felt frozen and almost blackened for too long harboring feelings for Jasson, but my efforts to forget it were in vain. It feels like my soul and my heart have melded into one to always love him."

Kimmy closed her eyes until tears washed over her face.
