Adibrata is being angered by Bagas's unknowledgeable actions and his permission to cancel his engagement to Evelyn. To him, it was a pretty fatal mistake that his son had already made.
According to Adibrata, breaking off the engagement bond with Evelyn was a huge loss for her family. Not only the loss, but also the shame of dealing with, Nathael, his best friend. In fact, all this time he was trying to persuade Nathael to be advised to be with him and ask Evelyn to be his son's wife. And after an almost perfect walk, Bagas suddenly destroyed everything. " Sister, Bagas wants to leave this house? If you leave here, I'll go with Bagas." Kartika's voice sounded sulky.
Bagas gasped at his sister's words. How did Kartika know that she said she would leave her parents' house? Kartika did not join them in the family room. Did his sister steal the discussion earlier? That's guesswork
" Why are you talking like that, Kartika?" ask Bagas later. He did not want his sister to become anxious because of her quarrel with the Papa.
" So Bagas said he was leaving this house. If Bagas goes, then who am I, Brother? Who's gonna care about me again, brother?" kartika. Because only to Bagas he felt close.
" Sister won't go anywhere, Kartika." Bagas tried to calm his sister who was troubled by hearing the threat earlier to her parents.
" But, if Papa really kicked out Kak Bagas how, Kak?" Kartika knows the character of his parents, especially Adibrata.
