The man's jakun rose and fell as he gulped down Emily's milk. Fredy could only gulp his gulp roughly, never had he seen Nathan like this before his. Even the milk pie was also devoured by the man.
"Thank you, tomorrow don't forget to provide for me again" Nathan said with a smile that could warm Emily's heart. The woman momentarily reflected her father's face.
Every day, it makes everyone feel tired. Emily was sitting on a chair by the lake in the middle of the city, blinded with a flat face looking at the calm water. The orange glow added beautifully that afternoon, Emily exhaled softly to enjoy the slightly cold air.
"When should I pretend like this?" lamented Emily. The woman was suddenly startled by Carry's presence. "Carry....!" Emily was shocked by the presence of her best friend. "Where do you know if I'm here?" ask him confused.
Carry patted Emily on the shoulder and sat down next to the woman. "I came to your apartment but you're not there. I called you but your phone's dead, so I must know you must be here" Carry replied casually. "What makes you sad?" carry asked because he knew that if Emily was sad she would come to this place.
Emily closed her eyes, enjoying a moment of wind blowing in the twilight. "When should I pretend like this?" ask Emily with teary eyes.
"If you want to eat rice, what should you do? in addition to buying instantly!" carry said a question that made Emily frown deeply.
"Straining rice, washing, babysitting and waiting for it to ripen." said Emily just anyone.
"Everything needs a process, right? Emily, if something is done irregularly then there will be no good results. What you're dealing with now is the Alexander family, the second richest family in our country. Do you have the power to admit that Nathan is your brother? no, they'll definitely get rid of you. Edwin, not as long as you're dependent on that guy. Fight Emily, when it comes you will get what you've been chasing all along." Carry said at length made Emily aware with his complaints all along.
"Thank you for reminding me." said Emily and hugged her best friend.
"Hmm...come home, Edwin has been waiting for you since." said Carry to make Emily surprised.
"Where does he know if I'm here?" emily asked with her sharp gaze, her index finger facing directly onto Carry's face.
"I came with him, even Edwin was so agitated when your phone couldn't be reached" Carry said, leaving Emily shaken.
Emily hits Carry's small arm, the woman then walks toward Edwin's car. "Worrying about me?" emily said with a twist of her eyeball.
Edwin took off his suit and slipped it on Emily's body, the woman was stunned, if like this how Emily could throw her feelings on Edwin. As for Carry, he could only gawk at the scene in front of him.
"Come in, you need a break" Edwin said, opening the door for Emily.
All the way home, Emily was silent. "Do you have a lover?" edwin asked suddenly disperse Emily's daydream.
"You asked me?" emily asked back to make Edwin laugh.
"Do you think there's anyone other than the two of us in this car?" edwin said, then laughed again.
"Nothing!" answer it briefly.
!" Edwin is still trying to fish for Emily to make a sound.
"There'S.....!" her exclamation is firm. "I'm not a freak!" his words are upset.
"May I know who the lucky one is?" increasingly curious, Edwin is still trying to explore much deeper.
"Everyone has someone they like including me. But, it was difficult for me to reach the moon which was much higher than the mountains. Again, degrees are a barrier. His heart may be easy to touch, but family? no, I don't want to be that bad, just because of the majesty of love I don't want to spoil the comfort of others." this time, Emily said from the bottom of her heart.
"Who do you like?" edwin's voice changed intonation, as if sensitive to Emily's words.
Emily just smiled grinfully, looking at the man's face from the side. Although the car has stopped, but the second is still reluctant to go down.
"I'm sorry, I can't say that" Emily said, and the woman decided to step down. "Thank you...!" emily said as she spread her smile.
"Tomorrow for the weekend, I'll take you somewhere" Edwin said.
"All right, I'm waiting." said Emily. As the car started to drift away, Emily sighed deeply and walked into her apartment.
Somewhere, the workspace belongs to Jhon Alexander. The middle-aged man applauded Nathan's performance, although Nathan was not his biological son but Jhon Alexander and Elisha Alexander were very fond of Nathan. However, one thing that they keep secret is the true identity of who Nathan really is.
Being the only successor to the Alexander family, of course Nathan took on a very difficult task.
"You need Nathan's rest, Mommy and Daddy don't want you to get sick." advises Elisha to his only child.
"Mom's so much work, how can I go to rest?"
Elisha breathed a rough breath, since Nathan served as CEO, his son began to rarely be at home. "It's all your Daddy's fault, he let you work hard!" Elisha said in a slightly sulking tone.
"Daddy is not wrong Mom, he has asked me to rest. But I refused!" nathan once again.
"Mommy's next month already set plans for our vacation. You can bring Fredy or your secretary." said Elisha would not be denied. If so, Nathan and Jhon can only follow Elisha's will.
Elisha went out of the room and returned with a glass of milk for Nathan. "Drink, let's sleep comfortably." said Elisha then the woman came out of Nathan's room.
Nathan then took a sip of the warm milk, but somehow the taste was very different. Her memory goes back to Emily's glass of milk. Her taste was delicious like there was a spell that attracted allure. Nathan felt the warmth he had been looking for, but somehow all of it was difficult to express. Not wanting to think long, Nathan decided to go to bed.
