41.Meet Rosalinda

"Sister, are you sure you're going to marry that guy?" nathan asked to convince his sister. "Edwin was married and even he threw Catrina away" the man said.

Rosalinda put on a smile. "Nearly dead, right? but it's not dead yet" he said, making Jhon's ears rise hot.

"Take care of your words Linda,...!" snapped Jhon in a high voice yet the woman still looked so relaxed.

"I just want you to feel how she feels about being left to die by the people you love" she said, making Jhon's chest sting.

"Your parents' death has nothing to do with me, not even my children. In our relationship, you know for yourself that I only think of you as a sister. But, your stubbornness makes you feel like you want to have more of what I've given you."

Jhon's words made the smile on Linda's lips dim. "And you just think of our relationship as a game, don't you? but not with me, I really loved you at the time."

"Don't I say it over and over again, don't love someone too deeply if you're not ready to get hurt. Several times I confirmed that our relationship would end if I was betrothed to my two parents." Jhon replied to every remark Rosalinda had with her ex.
