Today is the day of the commencement of the scientific writing race. All participants are required to present their scientific work on campus XX. That means besides Aisyah and Adinda, I am also obliged to come to the race. However, it was unlucky for me, the bus I was riding broke down in the middle of the road. That certainly made my trip hampered. In fact, I had left early in the morning and prepared everything very carefully.
"Well, God, why does this always happen to me? Why do I always have to be late, at the wrong time, anyway" I said in my heart.
I really panicked today. Not to mention my phone is ringing constantly. From whom else, if not from my dear friend 'Miss Perfect' Aisyah.
"Hello, Ayesha Humaira" I replied
"Rena, where are you now?" asked Aisyah in a panicked tone.
"It's still in the same place the first time you called me" I replied.

Not long after the bus I was riding was repaired. That way I and the other passengers can return to continue our journey which was delayed for several hours.
After 30 minutes, the bus I was riding arrived in front of a stop located in front of the road to my campus. That means Aisyah and Adinda have already left for XX campus, leaving me alone.
Drowning, I got off the bus. However, when I got off the bus, suddenly someone pulled my body and took me to the motorbike he was driving. He also put a helmet on my head.
"Come, hurry!" sahut the biker who turned out to be Alan's brother. He opened his helmet for a moment so I could recognize him. Then he asked me to get on his bike.
At that time, I could only obey him and could not refuse his invitation because I realized I was too late. I also sat on the motorcycle by sitting facing to the side.
"Oh, Rena, if you sit like that you can fall. Now sit down properly," orders Brother Alan. I followed him and moved my body right behind him.
"Get a tight hold, because maybe I'll speed a little!" Brother Alan's orders. I wrapped my hand around Alan's waist and hugged him tightly. After that, Brother Alan immediately advanced his motor quickly, even very quickly As my heart beat faster when he felt the body of Brother Alan so close.
We arrived in front of campus XX, Brother Alan pulled my hand and held it very firmly.

Presentation of each group is completed. We just have to wait for the race. All participants and attendees were asked to gather in a hall to find out the results of the race.
My chest was pounding waiting for the final result of the race to be read out. Me, Aisyah, and Adinda sat close together, we clasped each other's hands.
"The third winner came from the Faculty of Economics, Campus XX," said MC read the announcement of the winner who was accompanied by cheers from the audience.
After the third and second winners are read out, it is time to find out the first winner in this race.
"The first winner of this year's scientific competition came from the Indonesian Language Study Program, FKIP, Pelangi University," said MC who immediately received a standing ovation from the audience, as well as the hysterical screams from Adinda's mouth that were so excited when we were announced to be her first champion. Me, Aisyah, and Adinda hugged each other in turn. On our right side, it appears that Brother Alan who at that time replaced Mr. Riswandi accompanied us, he also smiled happily watching our victory.

After finishing the race, I, Aisyah, Adinda, and Kak Alan stopped at one of the malls for lunch together to celebrate our victory.

"Sir Alan, Rena, I and Ais go to the bathroom first yes," said Adinda.

They both left me and brother Alan here. There was an awkward feeling when I was alone with Brother Alan.

Alan's words really surprised me. I had no idea that Alan would express his feelings for me today. However, I still do not know what to answer because I am not sure what I feel or how I feel about me.
"Sorry, Brother Alan, maybe Brother Alan misinterpreted the feelings of Brother Alan towards me and I was also confused what to answer," I said honestly.
"Baiklah, kamu tidak perlu menjawabnya sekarang. Pikirkan jawabanmu baik-baik. Aku akan menunggu sampai kamu memiliki jawabannya," ucap Kak Alan dengan nada yang dipenuhi rasa kecewa.
