Chapter 46 Worrying

“Assalamualaikum,” said Rayhan when he was at the front door of Rena's house which happened to be unlocked.

“Waalaikumsalam, ” replied Mama and Father Rena who happened to be in the living room.

They look happy, when they see the arrival of Rayhan who looks so handsome tonight. In addition, Rayhan was very polite. He kissed Rena's parents' hands when he met them. Then, give a plastic bag containing two dus martabak cheese like Rena to Mama Rena.

“Oh, thank you. This is Rayhan, right?” ask Mama Renata.

“Iya, Aunt,” Rayhan replied.

“Let's sit down,” says Mama Renata.

“Makasih Om, Auntie,” said Rayhan who then sat in the chair in front of the second seat of Renata's parents.

They also seem to talk to each other. Laughter occasionally appeared between their conversations.

Rena drove Rayhan home until he got to where Rayhan parked his motorbike.

“Rena, I'm serious next week I'm really going to propose to you,” Rayhan said as he started riding his bike.

“What are you talking about? From the afternoon the application problem continues,” said Rena who smiled because she thought Rayhan's speech was just a joke.

“This time I'm really serious Rena,” Rayhan said.

“O, yes?” tanya Renata still doubted Rayhan's words.

“True, I'm really serious Renata. Because you know in our school there is a strict ban on dating. So, I think, I will actually propose to you,” stressed Rayhan.

Rayhan's words have a point. In the school where Rena teaches now is very strict with the rules. One of them, forbidding his students to date, including his teachers of course.

“Rayhan, are you really serious?” rena asked to confirm Rayhan's words.

“True, I'm really serious Rena, if necessary I will take Mr. Dimas. So, you don't have to worry that I'm going to play you,” Rayhan said earnestly.

Whahuh? Mr Dimas? Geez, facing a Rayhan alone I can't say much. Moreover, a Mr. Dimas, he could be going to issue a lecture at length. (Think Rena)

“Good, Rayhan, I believe. But, we just know each other,” said Rena.

“Iya, I know. We can get to know each other again after we both get married,” Rayhan said softly.

Rena could not answer Rayhan's words at all. Besides justifying what he said. That guy is very good at talking.

Time passed by so quickly, the day Rayhan promised would arrive in two days. Rena was getting confused, getting confused, and feeling restless. He was confused as to how to deal with Rayhan's application problem. That is why, until now, he still has not told Rayhan about the proposal to his parents. When Rena has established her heart with the decision she will take, she immediately grabbed her phone. He tried to find Rayhan's phone. When Rayhan's phone contact is found, Rena tries to call him. However, he had not had the phone connected, he had turned it off again. He abandoned his intention to call Rayhan.

“Duh, Rena, her phone time is just you don't dare anyway,” muttered Rena to herself.

“Ya, have sent a message,” said Rena who immediately moved her phone screen to the message feature.

Rena started typing messages for Rayhan.

“Assalamualaikum, Ray, how are you today?” (Bene)

No reply, Rena immediately typed the next message.

“Ray, are you really serious about proposing to me?” (Bene)

This is the second time Rena has sent a message, but Rayhan has not yet answered the message.

“Where is he? Why hasn't my message been answered? Did I call you?” rena gumam.

Rena started to press the green button on her phone to call Rayhan. But again, the intention was revived.

“Ah, why am I so nervous if I have to talk directly to him?” said Rena while scratching her head that does not itch.

“OK, I'll send you another message,” muttered Rena.

Renata sends Rayhan a message.

“Ray, sorry, it seems that for now I have not been able to accept your application because I am really not sure about it. Not that if we feel doubt about something we should leave the matter, yes?” (Bene)

“Ray, please answer my message,” (Rena)

Until the last message sent by Rena, Rayhan has not returned the message. Rena kept looking at the message.

“The message has been sent. But, why hasn't he returned my message, huh? Has he not read it? Or is he mad at me?” rena gumam.

“Arrgh... Rayhan, you really drive me crazy,” exclaimed Rena who then put her phone down and lay herself on the bed.

Rena kept looking at the ceiling of her room, thinking about everything that had happened in her life, especially related to her love life. Although, until now there has been no man who officially became his lover, but it does not mean that no man has ever approached him.

Actually quite a lot of men who approached him, but Renata's cold attitude and his attitude that always tried to avoid them made him never have a serious relationship with any man, including Alan, and his, the real man has a special place in his heart. However, he had ignored until finally he himself felt regret after he felt he had completely lost that figure.

Now, God meets himself with Rayhan, when his heart has been touched by the goodness of God. In fact, the man was very brave to ask her to get married. Unlike Gods who until now have not given certainty about his feelings. However, for some reason Rena still felt doubtful. For him, this was too rushed, he had to convince his heart first that the Gods really did not have any feelings for him. As well as convincing himself that Rayhan is really a good man and mean with his words. Thinking too long makes Rena feel tired and finally fall asleep on top of her complaints.
