"Yes, yeah, I didn't mean it." Fahri replied that he understood Farhan's intention.
"Here we go, we better get into Nutrizel's room now." Take Farhan.
Fahri agreed. Before entering the room they took the time to have a brief discussion first about how to apologize to Zeline when she was in the nursery later. After enough discussion, Farhan and Fahri went into Zeline's treatment room.

The sound of the door opening from the outside stopped the conversation of the four adults inside Zeline's treatment room.
"Farhan, Fahri?" Amara.
"Hi Anty." Sapa Farhan and Fahri.
Farhan and Fahri get close to Amara and experience her. They then go after Naina.
"Farhan, don't you want to shake Om Daniel?" Fahri's whisper in Farhan's ear.
"I don't think I'm interested yet." Reply Farhan slowly.
Daniel shook his head at the conversation his two nephews had had.
"Where have you been?" Mama Dara asked her two sons.
"Eh, Mama?" Farhan and Fahri pretend to put on a surprised face to see the whereabouts of Mama Dara.
"Mama's here too?" Farhan smiled stiffly at Mama Dara.
"Agh, yeah, Mama's here too." Fahri Timpal.
"Where have you guys been? Didn't Mama ask you to apologize to your sisters?" Dara asked without caring about the pretentious attitude of her two sons.
"Of course we're just ready to do country duties from Mama. We just got out of Boy's nursery." Answer Farhan.
"Is that really so?" Mama Dara looked at her two sons with a probing gaze.
"Of course it's true." Farhan and Fahri answered almost simultaneously.
Mama Dara kept silent while looking at her two sons.
"You're right, it looks like Mama doesn't love us anymore." Farhan replied.
Dara let out her sigh looking at the charade of her two sons. "Now look at your sister, aren't you sad to see your sister lying down like this?" Ask Dara.
Farhan and Fahri stared at Zeline, who was lying on the bed with a slightly pale face.
"Nutrizel... uh!" Farhan immediately swerved Fahri's mouth because he had carelessly mentioned Zeline's name.
"Take it off." Fahri smelled both of Farhan's palms stuck to his mouth. "Emh, sorry, Fahri meant, Zeline." Fahri correction then because now everyone is staring at him with different gazes.
"Here you go, let's apologize to Zel." Take Farhan slowly.
Fahri nodded then approached Zeline's bed.
"Sister..." Zeline tried to keep smiling at the two men who often nailed her.
"Jel. pity yourself." Farhan put on his sad face. He also tiptoed to be able to reach Zeline's forehead. "It turns out to be true, you have a fever too." Farhan.
Curious about Farhan's words, Fahri asked to take turns holding Zel's forehead. "Awh, it's hot." He said a little scream.
Zeline simply replied to her two cousin sisters with her own face.
"I'm sorry I didn't forbid you from eating so much ice cream that it made you sick like this." Farhan Sesal.
"Yes, forgive us, Jel." Fahri Timpal.
"No, no, Brother is innocent. Zel is guilty of not hearing Kak Farhan and Kak Fahri." Reply Zeline. He did not want his two cousins to be the result of Mama Dara's anger because of his own mistakes. Although often reviled, but Zel still put his love for his two cousins.
