Missed Daddy
"There were too many misunderstandings between us. Although I felt inappropriate, I had to explain what really happened to me to make Queen think badly of me."
Papa Adam quietly chose to wait for Kevin to continue his words. Kevin continued his words and explained the biggest misunderstanding that occurred between himself and Queen to make Queen go away from him. Kevin's explanation also managed to make Papa Adam's face reddened because he again heard Kevin intends to marry another woman while his son was still pregnant with his granddaughter. And worse Kevin and Queen from the beginning of the marriage have agreed to separate if his grandson has been born into the world.
Although already knowing that all Kevin did because of his own daughter's fault that urges Kevin to take responsibility for his mistakes, he did, but still Papa Adam felt not accepted by Kevin's treatment of his daughter.
"You're a man!" Papa Adam said with both hands clenched.
Kevin chose silence without any intention of denying Papa Adam.
"Papa, relax..." Mama Lita could only calm her husband by continuing to stroke his arm.
Papa Adam let out a long sigh and then exhaled it roughly in the air. He looked at Kevin who was now staring at him without trepidation even though his expression and speech had shown that he was angry.
"You think my daughter is something you can throw away when you're tired of her?!" Papa Adam's Sentak.
"I never thought Queen was an item, Pa. I think Queen is the queen in my life who can make my life more beautiful." Reply Kevin.
"Empress? What kind of empress do you mean? If she were you to think of as the empress of your life, you wouldn't waste her being your wife even intending to leave her after giving birth to your child." Ketus Papa Adam's.
"I've said if I have a reason for it all, Pa." Kevin also explained that it was impossible for him to be with Queen forever when he had promised to marry Melody. Kevin also explained his marriage and Melody which eventually canceled because he preferred Queen and Boy than Melody. But Kevin did not explain the effects of their marriage cancellation that put his company on the brink of collapse.
Amidst his explanation for what happened all this time, upstairs, Boy is seen coming out of his room with Nany holding him.
"There's Daddy under the roof!" Boy continues to whine convincing Nany if Kevin is in their house.
"But Daddy Mr. Boy is not in this house." Nany who does not know the arrival of Kevin can only give understanding to Boy who has been whining since just woke up by continuing to call his Daddy name. He also stepped towards the stairs while holding Boy who was still whining.
"Daddy...!!" Pekik Boy saw Kevin who was talking downstairs.
Nany stared downstairs. And it's true. He can see Kevin is now at his employer's house and is having a serious conversation with Papa Adam and Mama Lita.
"Boy?" He said and immediately got up from his seat.
"Daddy... Daddy Boy!" Boy said increasingly loudly pointing at Kevin. "Tulun..." Boy rebelled in a sling Nany asked to be taken down.
"Wait a minute, little sir. I'll take little Master to meet Daddy." Nany said restraining Boy's movements. Nany also carefully walked down the stairs while clutching tightly Boy's body.
"Hua... Daddy!" Boy ended up crying because he could not wait to meet Kevin.
Unable to see the cries of his son who kept calling his name, Kevin immediately walked up to the stairs and climbed the stairs one by one. In the middle of the stairs, Kevin immediately took over Boy's body from Nany's sling.
"Daddy..." Boy was crying as he rubbed Kevin's handsome face.
Seeing his crying son made Kevin's eyes tear up. "Don't cry, Boy." said Kevin, wiping Boy's hair.
Instead of stopping, Boy's cry just increasingly sounded louder. "Hua... Daddy pelgi.." cried Boy.
"We go down first, yeah." Kevin also chose to go down the stairs while rubbing Boy's hair with his hands.
"Papa see for yourself, don't you think Papa can keep Boy away from his real father?" Ask Mama Lita to Papa Adam with teary eyes.
