She's about to give birth
"Suster, please call Mr. Mirza to enter the room." Tell Doctor Serena to the nurse. Before the delivery, Queen and Mirza had told Doctor Serena that Mirza would be the Queen's husband's replacement to accompany her during childbirth.
The appointed nurse nodded then immediately walked out of the room. Mirza was soon seen entering the delivery room.
"Sister Mirza, this really hurts..." Queen cried while holding tightly the hand of Mirza who is now at her side. The nurses and Doctor Serena also began to do their respective duties to help deliver Queen. Before long Doctor Serena also gave the Queen's cue to push.
"Akh.. I'm not strong." quipped Queen.
"You must be strong Queen..." Mirza said as she wiped the sweat that now increasingly flooded the Queen temple.
While at his company, Kevin looks to be feeling extreme pain in his stomach. "Why does my stomach feel so heartburn." Kevin muttered as he closed both of his eyelids. Moments later Kevin opened his eyelids as the shadow of Queen in pain suddenly flashed through his mind.
"Is it time for Queen to give birth? And now Queen is struggling to give birth to our child?" Kevin muttered after remembering that now it has entered the estimated time of the doctor if Queen will give birth. Kevin's face turned tense as he imagined if his guess was true.
"Queen... Is it true that you are currently going to give birth?" Kevin was wondering. Kevin got up from his seat and walked towards the window while enduring the pain in his stomach. Kevin took his phone out of his pants pocket and made a phone call to his personal assistant who was outside the company.
"Have you any information about my wife's whereabouts?" Ask Kevin without further ado when the call is connected. Kevin clutched his phone tightly after getting an answer from his assistant that did not match his wishes. "Where is your current whereabouts, Queen? Why are you so hard for me to meet." Kevin then rubbed his face in frustration.
Kevin was reminded of his meeting and Mirza some time ago who did not produce anything. Where Mirza at that time did not give an answer to what he wanted. Mirza just said that she wouldn't tell him one piece of information if it was about the Queen. Kevin had ordered his men to follow every activity Mirza and wherever Mirza went but until now his men have always lost track of Mirza as if Mirza had known about the plan he had make.

The sound of the door opening from the outside did not distract Kevin. Kevin still remained in his position while enduring the same pain that felt piercing in his stomach. Besides Kevin already knew who entered his room without permission other than his three best friends.
"What's wrong with you?" Dio's voice sounded quite loud when he heard a small groan from Kevin's mouth.
"My stomach hurts a lot." Said Kevin slowly.
Dio approached Kevin and looked at Kevin in the face. "Hey, what's wrong with you? Look at your face so pale!" Cecar Dio's.
"Let's sit down first." Take Dio and lead Kevin to sit on the couch. "It's not usually that you're in pain like this." Dio.
Kevin chose silence while closing both of his eyelids.
"What makes you get a stomach ache like this?" Ask Dio later.
"Where's Marvel?" Kevin asked without answering Dio's words.
"I'm here." Said Marvel who had just entered the room with a paper bag in his hand. No different from Dio, Marvel who was close to Kevin was also surprised to see Kevin who was holding back the pain at this time.
"What's wrong with you?" Ask Marvel.
"My stomach suddenly felt heartburn and pain. I don't know why I feel like the current Queen is about to give birth." Kevin said, putting out his thoughts.
"What?!" Dio and Marvel said. "Queen is going to give birth?" Then they continued and still together.
Kevin nodded in confirming. "I have a strong feeling for it. I can even feel the pain that Queen is feeling right now." Kevin said a little stuttered because now the pain in his stomach felt stronger.
