Explanation of the problem that occurred
Kevin smiled thinly. "Nothing makes me dare not come here again, Pah." Answer Kevin calmly.
Papa Adam pulled one corner of his lips. "really?" Ask Papa Adam sarcastically.
"Of course, Pa." Answer Kevin. He still showed a faint smile even though Papa Adam's gaze was not friendly to him.
Papa Adam was silent but did not take his eyes off Kevin. He could see that Kevin had absolutely no fear for him other than respect and courtesy for him.
Kevin cut off his gaze from Papa Adam and looked around like he was looking for something he had been hoping for.
"Boy's still sleeping in his room." Said Papa Adam who seemed to understand the meaning of Kevin's search.
Kevin turned to Papa Adam. "Tumben once Boy hasn't woken up?" Kevin asked confused.
"Last night Boy did not sleep quietly and was often awake." Reply Papa Adam. I don't know why he wanted to answer the question of his daughter-in-law when he had been staring at Kevin with a hostile look.
"Boy didn't sleep quietly?" Kevin repeated Papa Adam's words. He began to think about what made his son restless in his sleep. Kevin was silent when he realized that last night he also could not sleep quietly because he continued to imagine the face of Boy who was crying because he was left behind.
Did you feel what Daddy was feeling? Ask Kevin in your heart. The atmosphere in the living room was quiet again until Mama Lita returned to the living room with a tray containing drinks in her hands.
"Please drink first, son." Mama Lita said softly to Kevin.
"Thank you, Ma." Replied Kevin who was embraced by Mama Lita as an answer.
Mama Lita landed her ass back on the sofa next to Papa Adam. For a moment Mama Lita noticed Kevin's face that seemed to be thinking about something.
Shortly afterwards, Kevin cleared his throat and spoke. "Sorry for interrupting Mom and Dad's time this morning. Kevin came here to talk to Mama and Papa." Said Kevin.
"What do you want to talk to us about?" Ask Papa Adam without further ado.
Papa Adam raised his cynical gaze. "Why did you come to discuss my son and my grandson?" Challenge Papa Adam.
"Because I have good intentions to go back to asking Queen to be my wife and give a whole family to our son Boy." Answer Kevin calmly.
"To ask my son to return to be your wife after what you've done to my son all this time?" Papa Adam's voice began to rise. Mama Lita who was next to Papa Adam also tried to calm Papa Adam by rubbing his arm. He knew this would happen when he saw Kevin coming.
"I realized that my mistake was very big on Queen when we were married first by hurting her heart. But I have a reason for all of that. What happened between me and Queen was just a misunderstanding. The lack of heart-to-heart communication between us led us to conclude for ourselves what happened without intending to ask first." Said Kevin.
"What kind of misunderstanding do you mean?" Ask Papa Adam. His sinister face had turned cold.
"There were too many misunderstandings between us. Although I felt inappropriate, I had to explain what really happened to me to make Queen think badly of me."
Papa Adam quietly chose to wait for Kevin to continue his words. Kevin continued his words and explained the biggest misunderstanding that occurred between himself and Queen to make Queen go away from him. Kevin's explanation also managed to make Papa Adam's face reddened because he again heard Kevin intends to marry another woman while his son was still pregnant with his granddaughter. And worse Kevin and Queen from the beginning of the marriage have agreed to separate if his grandson has been born into the world.
Although already knowing that all Kevin did because of his own daughter's fault that urges Kevin to take responsibility for his mistakes, he did, but still Papa Adam felt not accepted by Kevin's treatment of his daughter.
"You're a man!" Papa Adam said with both hands clenched.
Kevin chose silence without any intention of denying Papa Adam.
