"Working in the supermarket?" Ask Papa Bagas later.
Windi nodded his head in response. A thin smile appeared embedded in both corners of his lips accompanied the answer from Papa Bagas. Windi did not care if after this Papa Bagas or Mama Belinda refused him outright because of the difference in status between them.
"I heard that your father is currently in hospital. Then how do you manage time to work at the supermarket and take care of your ailing father?" Ask Papa Bagas later.
"When I'm working at the supermarket I'll leave my father to the nurse and after I get home from work I'll go back to the hospital." Answer Windi how he is.
"What days have you spent working and caring for your ailing father?" Ask Papa Bagas.
Windi nodded his head in response. "There was nothing else I did but work and care for my ailing father." The answer.
"Including playing with your friends?" Ask Papa Bagas again.
Windi nodded without any burden. "Yes, sir." Answer Windi.
Papa Bagas sighed for a moment. "You're a great woman." The compliment.
Windi looked at Papa Bagas with a confused face including Marvel who also looked at his Papa with a confused face.
"At a time when your peers are busy playing and enjoying their youth with their friends you just ignore it all and choose to spend time working and taking care of your ailing father." Said Papa Bagas.
Windi was speechless. Why Papa Bagas actually praised him instead of insulting him because the difference in status between them is very far away even he is very inappropriate to be a prospective daughter-in-law in the family atmajaya.
"Papa's right, Windi is a great woman." Mama Belinda said because Windi was silent.
"A great woman like yourself deserves to be a companion for our son who does not yet understand the true meaning of life." Said Papa Bagas with a bit of Marvel insinuation.
"Well, why did Papah vilify me?" Marvel Protest.
"Papa doesn't vilify you. Papa just wants you to realize that you've been playing games all this time in your life without realizing that there are others who don't get a chance like you." Reply Papa Bagas.
"Here you go, Papah, don't talk to Marvel like that. Now our son has changed. Papa just look now he has turned into a more mature figure has even intended to propose Windi to be his wife." Mama Belinda defended her son.
Marvel puffed his chest hearing Mama Belinda's praise for him.
"Did you hear that, didn't you?" Ask Marvel.
"Yes, yeah. Papa knows you're a little more mature now." Answer Papa Bagas.
Marvel again snorted hearing a little word from his papa for him. Mama Belinda could only shake her head at her husband's words to her son.
"Oh yes, Windi, tomorrow morning Om and Auntie intend to visit your father in the hospital." Mama Belinda.
"Tomorrow? But it just so happens that tomorrow I work the morning shift, Auntie." Answer Windi.
"No problem, Om and Aunt can meet your father." Answer Mama Belinda.
"I'll accompany Mama and Papa to meet my future in-laws tomorrow." Marvel's Timpal.
"Yes, you should come because tomorrow we'll discuss your wedding schedule and Windi's with Windi's father." Mama Belinda.
"Wedding schedule?" Windi was shocked to hear Mama Belinda say.
