Chapter 17—Pressure from a child!

As the conversation continued, the air was cool as Arch stared out the window right where Affilor Ruth Wolfson's desk was working. The change just happened, obviously he was very confused by the expression Arch displayed.

Is he thinking of something? Why can a child be this calm? All the questions Affilor Ruth Wolfson was eager to ask, but trying to hold back was the choice. There must be a sense of discomfort when a question is thrown without thinking long first.

"There's a dead bug in the window!"

Arch stared at the window as well as Affilor Ruth Wolfson who stared directly at the window. A dead insect exposed to sunlight made Affilor Ruth Wolfson realize the end Arch said.

"Lately insects are always going and coming in. His identity wasn't so clear, he just told me that it was enough to make it."

"so. Well, the fact of revealing identity is like setting a rat trap for himself. It would be very troublesome to find a needle in a haystack."

"As you say. I understand what you mean."

Arch glanced at the exit. Repetitive eye movements ensure the sensitivity of Affilor Ruth Wolfson. He immediately went towards the door after noticing Arch's body movements.

"I'll excuse you for a minute."

Affilor Ruth Wolfson got up bent over, then went to check out the door. Sure enough a witch peeked at the two of them. Seeing that, Affilor Ruth Wolfson immediately sent the witch in to see the Arch. The tone issued was so threatening that the witch was forced to obey Affilor Ruth Wolfson.

"I'm sorry, this incident will definitely not happen again."

Affilor Ruth Wolfson regretted how careless she was. Not— would however have the presence of the witch was so thin that it could fool her. He was curious how Arch felt the presence of the witch or Arch had indeed realized before.

"Hoya, I've guessed the insects never know where they are. Tell me before this patience turns into an action you'll regret!"

Arch furrowed his eyebrows and forehead. The atmosphere became terrifying for the witch. From some words issued Arch like containing magic that can make the heart feel will explode. He spoke to Arch.

"I'm, no, I was just ordered by someone to hear what you're talking about."

The witch held her neck, a hot feeling radiating from the neck all over the body as Arch stared unblinkingly though. The power that emanates is difficult to guess, what is the power from where or the core? The new power is known after the magician uses aura detection magic.

"Witches have principles applied to them. Seeing this person in front of me acting like a coward, do you deserve to claim to be a witch? Ha, I'm tired of going to and fro just to investigate one task from my mother and now the problem is getting creeping everywhere."

Arch got up to the witch, as if the danger was approaching the witch ever closer. Arch gripped the witch's shoulder, the grip of a small hand so painful as if the humerus (upper arm bone) was broken. The voice of "Khaa" came out from the mouth of the witch who could not bear the pain.

"Tell me! A wolf from a flock of sheep! I am still better at forgiving than my brother who is now in the tower. If he knew an uninvited guest came to his area how he reacted, huh?"

"I'm sorry, I'm just following orders. Please, don't tell him. I'll do anything." The witch kneels before the Arch asking Arch for mercy.

In view of the magician's movements, it seems he knows everyone from the master tower so that infiltrating was always going smoothly. It's likely that right now, more precisely if the witch doesn't know about Arch, she may know only a small part of the Arch's identity.

"Oh, I understand now. Must have sent you to keep an eye on Affilor Ruth Wolfson. No, he must have been after her from the beginning. Of course, if I were him I would do the same. It's just that the steps taken are a lot of mistakes."

"Can I be sure, Mr Arch?" Affilor Ruth Wolfson was trying to digest what Arch had said.

The witch, then said which group she came from. At the end of the sentence he mentioned the name Latreb. Yes, the same name as what Horios said. Then Arch pulled on the magician's robe, looking at the image in the left pocket. Increasingly, Arch realized the picture he had never seen.

Banks, the witch said she was from Shadow Stalker. Organizations that walk behind the shadows by researching advanced dark magic (black magic). They are definitely interested in things that have a black element. Arch kept asking further at Banks the spy witch earlier.

After Banks told him everything he knew about the Shadow Stalker organization, Arch took out a piece of paper and wrote down the important things that needed to be conveyed to his mother later. The feather pen dipped in ink began to move to form letters into neatly arranged sentences.

Yosh, my job is finally done. I just leave this information to my mom. Let him investigate in more detail about who was behind the night poison incident. After all, that's also not my problem. I'm sure you can find the perpetrator soon. But I wonder why he's spreading poison at night? Well, whatever it is that's for sure the guy just invited his own death."

"A, anu are you going to let me go?" Banks hesitated.

"Of course, please! Ah, tell him one thing! A man named Affilor Ruth Wolfson is in my protection. Don't you dare touch it!"

"Well, I'll say later." Banks hurriedly went on a half-shaking walk. After being outside the room, the pressure just disappeared.

"What the fuck was that? I feel like I'll crumble if I linger in that room! That child isn't the youngest son?" Banks left, a questioning mind continuing until it exited the tower.

Affilor Ruth Wolfson apologizes for the negligence of making night poison. He didn't know it turned out that his creation was used to commit murder. Arch is not blaming him, Arch just feels Affilor Ruth Wolfson has not known the other nature of humans.
