RED EYES

RED EYES
Epilogues

Erasmus attempted to take the ring from the queen's ring finger. Claire was unconscious. The woman wept for her mother and the man she loved until he fell unconscious.

"Don't destroy this ring! Just take. Pl-please... Don't kill my son." Pinta Ratu with a hoarse-sounding voice.

"Garuda said there were 3 diamonds that I had to destroy so that there would be no more war. I know Eric lied to me."

"You destroyed the diamond in my crown. You destroyed the magic of this earth... first witch." The queen tried to explain to Erasmus.

"Then?"

"Destroying the diamond in my wand. You... don't think... Why didn't Eric.... tell the diamond.... last?"

"Claire." Erasmus. He knew the answer to the riddle quickly.

Eric doesn't want the diamond in the ring destroyed because he doesn't want to make Claire like ash. The queen was reduced to ashes in an instant and the ring she left behind. Without a second thought Erasmus took the ring on a pile of demu and immediately put it on.

"Prince!" A yellow-eyed Garde approached him with gasping breaths. He also seemed to be very worried about Erasmus.

"Please order some Garde to bring the unconscious witches to earth. I also want all the ashes in this place to be immediately thrown into the high seas. I also want to arrange my wedding plans with Claire."

Erasmus saw the ring he was wearing on the ring finger of his left hand. Kneeling stared at the ring and Claire alternately. Her tears trickled and forced her to reminisce.

He also remembered the incident in the ravine.

He saw Cassie lying unconscious on my left side. His forehead and chin were spitting out a bit of blood. It was dark and there were only the two of us. It felt very uneasy as Erasmus thought about whether Claire and Eric would survive. Cassie, who was lying like a corpse, also made herself even more scared, confused and desperate.

"I'm sorry it's too late to save your friend, but he's still alive. Don't worry, Erasmus!" Erasmus heard an unfamiliar voice in his ear. A voice echoing in this very damp place.

A bird that looked big approached us. Its fur looks golden brown with white edges. Flying gallantly and landing in front of me.

"It's my job to just take you upstairs to save you and I'll tell you everything for you." The Garuda bird spoke with a manly voice. His voice sounded echoing.

"You talking?" Erasmus asked in shock. His eyes grew as if he were seeing a ghost.

"Faldo!!!" Erasmus cried because he was so relieved.

Erasmus approached Garuda by dragging his foot which was very difficult to step. His face seemed to be begging for help.

"Claire and Eric?" Erasmus asked worriedly.

"They survived and now they've been married to Queen Dark Point." Answer Garuda quickly.

Erasmus' entire body trembled and his heart felt melted. A heartache forced him to die rather than survive just to see his loved ones marry people he trusted so much.

"It seems that the prophecy cannot be prevented. I think it's still futile to bring Cassie among you because two knights are still in love with mixed blood." Garuda.

"Eric loves Claire?" Asked Erasmus who did not expect with Garuda's speech.

"Before Claire met you, Eric had harbored that feeling. When you liked Hera, she loved Claire. They had known each other since childhood and separated when they were ten years old. Claire's father exiles Claire from Wiender so that her blood is not used by her mother, erasing Claire's memory and locking all her powers away." Garuda.

Silent but inner Erasmus let out his anger without a sound. Jealousy rained down on him and annoyed him.

"Eric did betray your plans, even taking the woman in your heart. However, only he is capable of helping the success of your mission." Garuda kept talking.

Erasmus remained silent.

"Destroy the three diamonds and the war will not happen again for good. One diamond saved, the war will come again. One diamond can only be destroyed by exchanging the lives of mixed blood, two diamonds can only be destroyed by the strongest Garde. Remember that's fine!" A well-recorded message was given by Erasmus.

"This part!" The cry of one of Garde resuscitated Erasmus who was drifting in his mind.

War or the woman he loves. Destroying a diamond will destroy war and all magic. And defending the diamond will save Claire even if she becomes the last witch.

Of course, Erasmus chose Claire. He ignores war only because of the life of the woman he loves.
