Meet Beatrix

In America, in Logan's car, the man was staring at the screen of his laptop showing a video he had already taken. More precisely the cctv recording of the person who swapped food for Rihan.

"It seems familiar. But, where do I see it? Did I just ask Neo?" Logan muttered in his heart and closed the video then took the flash that was still stuck on the laptop.

Logan plans to bring the flash to Neo. Just as he was about to start the car engine, his phone suddenly rang.

"What's up, Boss?" Logan answers to the person who called who is none other than Neo.

"Where are you?"

"On the roadside. I'll be at the office soon. I also want to report my search results," Logan replied and started pressing the on button on the car to heat the engine first.

"Stop your search."

"Why?" Ask Logan astonished.

"Rei has found the man, so don't look for him anymore."

"alright. I'll stop now" Logan stared at the flash in his hand.

"Hm. Go to the office. There's something you need to do."

"okay."

On the other hand, in Indonesia, Rihan has just dropped out of class. Wearing her backpack just next door, Rihan walked out. His three friends were also loyal to follow behind.

"Just..." Calling Albert slowly made Rihan turn his gaze towards him.

"Hm." Deheman Rihan but keep walking towards the parking lot.

"Ira is with her sister. What about our final semester project? The report's not finished yet" Albert's words made Rihan remember.

"We're gonna make it now." Rihan picks up his phone and starts calling Neo.

"It's best in a cafe near campus." Dian's Proposal.

"alright. We're going there!"

David just nodded in agreement and followed the others. Rihan himself is waiting for his call to be answered.

"Hello boy, have you missed me again? We just exchanged news last night." Welcome Neo across there in the spirit of four-five.

"I need a recap of Tata's health results now." Reply Rihan to the point.

"For what?"

"For the end of semester project. I'm waiting now."

"OKAY. Give me 2 minutes to send it."

After that, Rihan turned off the phone.

"So fast?" Ask Albert curiously.

Albert just nodded and continued walking towards the parking lot. They then get into each car with Dian one car with Albert. It only takes 3 minutes by vehicle, Rihan and his friends arrive at the cafe in question.

Park the car in the place provided, the four then go inside. They also take a sitting position in the corner so as not to be disturbed by other customers. After all got a seat, Albert as the chairman then ordered drinks and snacks.

Because on the way Neo had sent Phiranita's examination results via email to Rihan, so they began working on the project calmly. Sometimes they will stop a little because of differences of opinion that must be included in the discussion.

Albert and Dian were typing. More precisely Dian who typed. While Rihan and David have given their opinions so it only needs to be typed by Dian. Albert just accompanied Dian.

Just five minutes, Albert who had been focused on Dian, was now distracted by accidentally seeing David's serious expression that seemed to stare at something. Curious, Albert looked there as well.

It turns out that what David saw was Mentra and Beatrix disguised as Rihan. Rihan invited them here. Rihan wants to know how David reacted.

"Dev," Call Albert to wake David up.

"Why?" David looked at Albert.

Their seated position, Rihan turned his back to the entrance, while Dian was beside him, after which Albert. Next to Albert is David who also faces Rihan. Because of that sitting position, so David can see clearly Mentra and Beatrix who entered the cafe.

"Why indeed?" David asked, frowning. He did not understand Albert's actions.

"They..." Albert pointed with his chin.

"What's wrong? Who are they referring to?" Ask the curious Dian.

"none. Just continue with your work, "David doesn't want Dian to know.

"I'm not that weak, Al." David said lazily.

"Goodoo. I don't want to throw a pulse just to call an ambulance because you're having a heart attack." Canda Albert then chuckled and then looked back at the laptop screen.

"Of course not. Don't be weird, Al."

"You seem to be happy. Should I just back off?" David murmured inwardly then sighed softly.

David who was still struggling with his heart was surprised by the arrival of Mentra and Beatrix.

"You're here too, Young Master." Sapa Mentra when he got to Rihan and the others' seats.

"Hm."

" Can we sit here?" Mentra's permission and was taken by Rihan. It just so happens that each table has 6 chairs, so Mentra and Beatrix can sit there.

"Dev..." Call Albert in a whisper. Unfortunately David was not aware of his daydream.

"Hi, Dev." Call Beatrix managed to resuscitate David.

"Eh... Ri...Rihan..." David answered nervously.

"Can we sit here?" Ask Beatrix friendly.

"Please sit down." Reply to David who kept staring at Beatrix's face.

The mentor who saw David's intense gaze on the lover could only hold back the emotion. A Mentra is very possessive of his. If it wasn't for the task they had to do, then Mentra might have already beaten David up.

"You know each other, Rei?" Ask Albert curiously.

"Me and Rei have been friends for almost 3 years. My name is Mentra Gallo Puantya. This is my girlfriend, Rihan Senora." Said Mentra.

"We know you. Nice to meet you directly. I'm Albert, this is Dian and this..."

"He's David. I've known him. He was my girlfriend's friend in High School. Rihan told me a lot of things when he was in school. Because of being friends with him, until you do, forget it!" Mentra is intentionally hanging.

David who heard it felt guilty. He could only put on a guilty expression at Beatrix.

"I'll go to the toilet for a minute." Beatrix went to the toilet.

"I'll call my mom for a second. I forgot to make an appointment with him." David asked for permission and walked to the back of the cafe.

Rihan, Mentra and Albert just let it go. They knew what David was going to do anyway. As for Dian, the girl could only stare at the bewildered three humans in front of her who were just silent in their respective places.

In the restroom, Beatrix had just finished her natural call and headed immediately for the wastafel to wash her hands and reflect. Feeling his disguise was still okay, two got out of there.

"What is..." Beatrix's words stopped.

"Let it be like this for a moment" David was the one who had pulled Beatrix's hand suddenly until the girl hit David's body and was hugged tightly.

"I missed you. After a long time, I can finally see you up close and hug you." Said David in a heart that still hugged Beatrix tightly. She was very happy, even if she just hugged.

"If it wasn't for the lady, I would have kicked this guy." Beatrix in her heart.

"What's wrong with you, Dev? I'm claustrophobic" Beatrix tried to take off David's tight hug.

"I'm sorry, Ri. What Ariana did to you is all because of me. I beg you to forgive me..." David felt guilty. His pure expression made Beatrix only able to clear her breath trying to be patient. Though David's embrace is so tight makes Beatrix began to be uncomfortable.

"Act...I'll forgive you if you take off your arms. I could die from your embrace, Dev."

"I'm sorry..." David took off his embrace.

"Can you forgive me, Ri? Can we go back to what we used to be? I miss those days" David now holds Beatrix's hands. Beatrix looked at him with an imploring look.

"I've forgiven you. But to repeat the SMA period first, it seems, no. I don't want to remember that time anymore. For me it was a dark time" Reply Beatrix then smiled faintly at David and then took off David's hand.

"I understand."
