"I'm sorry for coming late, little girl. I'm really sorry," Zant's voice sounded soft.

Zant was now staring at Rihan's body lying stiffly in the gurney. They are currently on a helicopter heading to the hospital.

As a doctor, Zant clearly knew what Rihan's condition was. Looking at the hole in Rihan's heart, his chest throbbed painfully. Zant cursed his own stupidity for coming late.

If he hadn't cleaned up the spies first at the German president's residence, he wouldn't have been late. If only she was on time, her little girl wouldn't have experienced any of this.

A few minutes ago, Zant arrived in the basement. His heart almost stopped beating seeing Rihan's condition was so severe.

Calming himself down, Zant then ordered his subordinates to take care of Mommy Rosse and Mama Shintia who were already unconscious. For Rihan, Zant himself will take care of it.

Because Rihan's condition is so severe, Zant took Rihan first by helicopter. For Rihan's two mothers, they were taken in by an ambulance that arrived minutes after the helicopter.

Zant's hand even trembled as Rihan's heart rate was barely felt. Rihan's body condition is no longer helped. The sharp samurai that pierced through his heart left his organs severely damaged.

"I don't think I'll ever see you again. Thank you for coming back to me. I will do everything I can to save you. Take it easy, little girl. Although it should take years, I will still try to save you. I lost you enough at that time. Not this time." Inner Zant is sad.

Zant further tightened his grip on Rihan's hand, hoping to warm the cold hand.

Zant throws away all his medical books out of anger that he has found no way out to save Rihan. His personal space was already like a ship breaking with many books scattered, even many books he had torn and then threw them away carelessly.

Zant is currently in his library at the residence of the German president. The man is trying to find a medical book that might help him save Rihan. Unfortunately, none of the books are appropriate.

Sighing her breath many times trying to calm down, Alex's phone rang distracting the man. Slowly Alex takes his phone in his pants pocket and finds a foreign number sending him a voicemail.

Without saying goodbye to the others, Alex came out and sat in the waiting chair in front of Rihan's room. Alex then put earphones in his ears that are already connected to his phone. He played the voice message.

"Sister...!"

That one opening word made Alex's heart thump. He knew that voice very well. Unknowingly her tears were dripping.

"I know brother Alex must have turned on himself. But, brother, this is all my decision. Alex must know what I look like, right? This voicemail I deliberately arranged to be sent to you after my last fight. I don't know, I just had a bad feeling before I went to save my two greatest women.

Though my mission to avenge Ariana has not been accomplished. If I asked Alex and the others to stop taking revenge on Ariana and Elle, it would be useless. You guys will keep doing it.

If I really can't survive, please take care of both my parents. Since Brother Alen is already part of Papa Jhon's family, he will take care of them. Sorry for not being able to meet your expectations to be your cute little boy again and always cheerful as before. You guys just calm down! there's already Alex's brother and Alen's brother replacing my position on your side. I am grateful to be born your favorite child. Always healthy, my dear ones. Once again forgive me.

For brother Zant, the older brother who became my playmate while on vacation in Germany. Sorry for not knowing you since we met. "Where is the president's son?" Ask Dr. Galant when remembering something. Because of Doctor Galant's voice, everyone who was in Rihan's nursing room looked at him in surprise.

"What do you want to do?" Mentra asked frowning.

"I want to meet the president's son. I have something to talk to him about. It has to do with the master." Doctor Galant answered and stood up.

"I hope it works!" Doctor Galant said in his heart and left after Mentra told him where Zant was.
