"Looks like Max passed out, sir." Report Alex through the earpice in her ear.

Before exiting the gates of Antarik University, Alex had a chance to look back to make sure no one was following them so he knew Max had fainted.

Rihan who heard Alex's report frowned, then looked back at his car through the rearview mirror. He could see the crowd of people where Max was standing.

"What's wrong with that guy?" Rihan's mind then stepped on the brakes of his car so that the car stopped.

"You go to the mansion. I'll catch up!" Rihan said after getting out of his car and found David, Dian and Albert also came down and approached him.

"But..." Said Albert who was cut off.

"All right, Rei." David cut Albert's words.

David then embraces Albert and pushes him into the car followed by Dian, while David himself gets into his car.

David and Albert's car then leave Antarik University, telling Rihan and Alex.

"Find out what's wrong with that guy." Rihan's orders to Alex.

"Good, Sir."

"Surge! Don't you dare touch it." A middle-aged lung man who just came to stop the people who wanted to touch Max.

"He must be taken to the hospital immediately." Said a student to the middle-aged man earlier.

"He's my patient, so I know which is best for him." Reply to the man who claims to be Doctor Max.

"That man is indeed Max's personal physician, sir." Obviously Alex without being asked, because he saw a frown on his employer's forehead.

"What pain is that guy?" Rihan asked as he looked at some people who were lifting Max up on a stretcher and taking him into the car.

"Max has a disease avoidant personality disorder, sir. I think the illness is coming back because you rejected it." Answer Alex calmly.

"I've rejected it?" Rihan asked glanced at Alex beside him. He never refused the man. Why did he relapse? It's strange he thinks.

"You don't reject it, but it seems Max feels like you're rejecting it." Answer Alex.

"Hm."

"You want to follow Max's entourage, sir?" Ask Alex.

"Yes." Yeah." Rihan replied briefly.

Rihan couldn't possibly ignore Max just like that. In his heart feels guilty for not meeting Max, making the man finally relapse. Rihan is not a typical person who likes to break promises.

Now he has to meet Max and apologize. If it wasn't the friend who needed it, Rihan wouldn't have possibly canceled a promise he had made himself.

"Okay sir, let me drop off." Alex then let the master walk first.

"Just use your car, Lex." Rihan's orders are already standing near Alex's car. Rihan is lazy to drive so ask Alex to be his driver.

"Okay sir, come in." Alex opened the car door for his employer.

Alex's car now stops right in front of the entrance of the magnificent white-painted building that reads.

ANTARCTIC HOSPITAL.

"Please, Sir." Alex said after opening the car door for the employer.

Rihan calmly got out of the car and walked into Antarik Hospital with his flat face on. Throughout the journey there was always a look of admiration directed at him. Rihan himself did not care about it and continued walking followed by Alex from behind.

"Welcome to Antarik Hospital." Welcome the two Sisters in the administration section who happened to be bypassed by Rihan and Alex. Hearing this, Alex approached the two.

"Sorry Sus, can we meet the patient on behalf of Maximus Bruneyas?" Alex asked flatly at the two sisters guarding there.

"Patients are still in a critical period so they cannot be found now. Maybe in a few minutes, sir." Answer one of the sisters kindly.

"Can you show me where the room is?" Ask Alex again.

"VVIP Room No 5, Sir. Let me take you!" Said the other Sister, inviting Rihan and Alex to follow her.

"Yes." Yeah." Reply Alex flat.

"Please, Sir." Alex told his employer.

"Hm."

...

"Sorry young master, may I know what business you have here?" Asked a middle-aged Lung Doctor who had just come out of Max's nursery.

"Young Master wants to see Mr. Max." Alex represents the master.

"Waiting doesn't have to be a friend." Reply Alex. Rihan himself was silent while staring at Doctor Adi flatly.

"really. It's just that, the patient has Avoidant personality disorder, and..."

"I know." Rihan flatly cut out Doctor Adi's words. Don't forget the intimidating glare of his sharp eyes.

"But..." Doctor Adi's voice sounded nervous.

"I know the limits of a pervert," continued Rihan full of emphasis, making Doctor Adi silenced.

"Then please come in, Young Master." Doctor Adi resigned.

Rihan calmly walks into Max's ward followed by Alex and Adi. Rihan can see Max falling asleep like he's not experiencing anything.

"Since when?" Rihan asked flatly while looking at Max.

"You mean?" Ask Dr. Adi is confused.

"Since when did Mr. Max develop Avoidant Personality Disorder." Connect with Alex knowing the employer won't repeat the question.

"Since he was 5 years old. I myself do not know for sure the cause, because ever since he was brought to me, he has been like this. His parents don't know why it could be like this either. Max himself became more reserved and kept his distance from others after he came home from school. Feeling worried, they brought it to me. Finally I diagnosed Max with Avoidant Personality Disorder." Clearly Doctor Adi is looking at the past where he treated Max first.

"When will he wake up?" Rihan asked without looking at Doctor Adi.

"Maybe in a minute. May I ask, Young Master?" Said Doctor Adi timidly.

"Hm."

"According to some students, Max passed out after talking to you." Adi's doctor is getting nervous about offending Rihan.

"I didn't talk to him." Reply Rihan flat.

"I'm sorry, Doc. I think Mr. Max fainted from feeling rejected by the young master." Alex is calm.

"meaning?" Ask Doctor Adi not yet understood.

Alex calmly recounts what happened until Max fainted. While Doctor Adi just nodded his head a sign of understanding.

"So it's just a misunderstanding. It's okay then. But I hope, young master wants to be Max's friend. It's all for Max's recovery, too." Said Doctor Adi while continuing to nod her head.

"Miss has always been a helper for others." Alex was amazed by his master.

"It seems like he'll soon be conscious." Rihan broke the silence, seeing Max's finger movements.

"How are you feeling, Max?" Doctor Adi asked after Max opened his eyes.

"I'm good, Doc. Just a little dizzy." Answer Max slowly. The man didn't realize Rihan and Alex were there.

"Young Master Rehhand wants to see you." Doctor Adi told.

Max slightly frowned then turned his head towards Rihan and Alex. My smile was put on by Max when he saw Rihan's flat gaze on him.

"You turned me down, why would you want to see me?" Max asked while looking at Rihan's sorrow.

"You hear I'm rejecting you?" Rihan asked back after taking a few steps closer to Max's bed.

"Your assistant told me you were busy so you couldn't meet me." Max answered while looking the other way.

"Alex will arrange a schedule to meet with me. Not that I'm rejecting you." Reply Rihan flat.

"So, will you..."

"Sorry sir, there's a call from the mansion." Alex cuts off Max's words while giving Rihan his phone.

Rihan then took the phone in Alex's hand and then brought it closer to his ear.

"Speak!" Rihan answered flatly while continuing to look at Max's already moody face.

"Miss Phiranita doesn't want therapy if you're not around, President." Reply to the person across the phone who is Doctor Damar.

"Tell him, I'll be there soon." Rihan then gives Alex his phone.

"Can you come with me in a moment?" Max's mind is welding.

Max really hopes Rihan will be his friend. For 19 years of her life, she really wished she had a friend like Rihan. Because of the desire to have a friend like Rihan, Max forgets his own illness.

"Young Master, I beg you..." Adi's doctor asks Rihan to accompany Max.

"I know you need me here, but there are others who also need me beside him. So what am I supposed to do?" Rihan asked casually as he folded his hands looking at Max.

"Can you prioritize me first?" Max forced.

"It wouldn't be fair if there was a priority." Rihan's reply was calm.

"One step you leave my door, only my name will you see on the tombstone!" Connect Max with the threat of seeing Rihan's unconcerned gaze. It's the only way Rihan won't leave her.
