After their lunch was over, Alen was assisted by the servants to clean the table where they had eaten before then leave to the master, then return to the mansion.

"What about the hospital chief selection, Lex?" Rihan asked Alex who was currently standing next to Rihan. Doctor Lio was also in a sitting position in front of Rihan, who was only limited by the table where they had eaten earlier.

"Only two candidates, sir. One of them is Doctor Lio." Alex replied firmly to the master, and occasionally glanced at Doctor Lio who was also staring at him.

"Hm."

"Call the other candidate over here" Rihan told Alex flatly.

"Good, Sir." Alex then left the master's room.

"Sorry, Sir. Doctor Hengky is here" Alex said to the master who was sitting on the sofa in his study and closed his eyes, without caring about Doctor Lio who had been staring at him intensely.

"Hm." Deheman Rihan, then opened his eyes.

"Please sit down, Doc." Alex invited Doctor Hengky, or the second candidate for hospital chief candidate to sit down.

"Good day, President." Sapa Doctor Hengky, then sat on the sofa there, precisely next to Doctor Lio, while Rihan was in front of them.

"There is something the president wants to convey to the two candidates for the head of the hospital." Alex broke the silence, after seeing the puzzled face of Doctor Hengky.

"I just want you to know, if I don't like people who get things the wrong way. Remember that! I'm not the one you can fool. As smart as you hide all your plans, it's easy for me to find them. Whatever the reason you're in this position, I hope it's not something hidden." Rihan confirmed flatly then stared intently at these two young doctors in front of him.

Rihan did deliberately say this to the two prospective hospital heads in front of him, because most of the candidates who participated in the selection, always cheating secretly without being known by anyone. However, Rihan is not an easy person to be fooled into such a thing.

Initially the selection of the head of the hospital was planned to run for 2 months, but because many were cheating, it was planned, so Rihan gives Alex full power to stop some doctors who cheat during the selection, so that only two candidate candidates for the head of the hospital who until now have not found any cheating on them.

"Okay, President." Answer the two prospective hospital heads firmly.

"When one of you succeeds in the position of head of the hospital, I hope the other does not keep anything in his heart. You guys must understand what I mean." Rihan kept staring intently at Doctor Lio and Doctor Hengky alternately.

Without explaining or mentioning in detail who was looking for him, Rihan certainly knew who the patient was. Rihan is happily headed to where his best friend is being cared for.

Phiranita had just come to her senses from her sleep, instantly looking for Rihan because she was afraid that everything she had just experienced was a dream.

"Never call me Rihan. I'm a man and my name is Rehhand. Whatever you want to call me, don't go by Rihan's name." Said Rihan flatly to his friend.

"I miss your nature, Tata.Thank you for never forgetting me. Thank you for looking for me this far. I should have been looking for you. But because of my past, I almost forgot about you. I'm sorry, Tata. I promise I'll always keep your smile." Monologue Rihan in a sad heart, but still put his flat face.

"Right, you're a man. Then I will call you Ehan or Han only. Good, right?" Phiranita put on her sweet smile and stared intensely at Rihan's face which was currently sitting next to her gurney and followed her with her sharp brown eyes.

"Hm."

"Dan... My husband, yes. I'm hungry." Phiranita asks with her pot of money while putting her very adorable puppy eyes in Rihan's eyes.

"Hm." Deheman Rihan, but in his heart was very happy to see his best friend smiling again forgetting his trauma for a moment.

Rihan then took the hospital food that had just been delivered by the sisters on the Phiranita bedside table.

Rihan calmly took out a plate filled with food and fed the friend painstakingly until there was nothing left, making Phiranita's smile wider.

"Thank you for being my best friend, and sorry for being my best friend." Phiranita looked at Rihan's sad face, making Rihan raise her brow next to her confused.

"Thank you for accepting this stranger of me as your best friend and trouble you. Sorry for accepting me for having this trauma. Naturally, many do not like me because it always troubles others. Ii'm sorry. Hiks..hiks. Sorry," Tangis Phiranita was so heartbreaking, making Rihan hold tightly to the dish of the former friend who had not been placed back on the table.

"Stop crying if you still want me here!" Rihan's voice was so cold trying to hold back his emotions. Rihan then placed the plate he held on the table next to him.

"I'll stop crying, just so long as you promise me." Phiranita looked expectantly at Rihan.

"Hm."

"Please promise to always be my best friend. Promise me not to leave me under any circumstances." Phiranita then cleaned the remaining tears on her cheeks and put her sweet smile on Rihan.

"Hm. And promise to heal quickly, too" Reply Rihan and then help clean up the remnants of tears on the face of his best friend.

"I promise." Phiranita took hold of Rihan's hand which was still on her cheek and then smiled sweetly.

Both are not aware if the activity they do invites several pairs of eyes to see. The scenery looks like a couple who let go of longing or something.

"Rest! I'll take care of you." Rihan then release his hand on the cheek Phiranita then help lay the friend, not to forget also, Rihan enveloped him.

"I love you, my friend." Phiranita then closed her eyes and fell asleep, because the medicine she took after eating had begun to react.

"I love you too." Reply Rihan in his heart then stroked the brownish mane plan belonging to the friend.
