Rihan is currently enjoying the view of Jakarta traffic from the fifth floor of the president's room at the Setia hospital. It just so happened that today Rihan did not have a file to check so he had plenty of time to relax.

Understandably, Rihan does not like to waste time so there are no piled up files to check.

Rihan's view is fixed on Jakarta traffic filled with many vehicles passing by. The scenery is more beautiful because the day is getting late so that the lights of the road or vehicles add to the beauty of the night. But Rihan's thoughts were elsewhere.

Rihan was currently standing thinking of many things in his head while folding both of his hands in front of his chest. I don't know what he's thinking. His mind fell out when he heard a knock on the door of his room.

Tok*tok*.

"Lake in!"

"Good night, sir. It's 11 in the night. It's time for you to rest" Alex, the door knocker, reminds the employer that it's late at night so it's time to rest.

They were in the hospital for dropping off the girl they almost hit when they came home from Antarik Company's birthday celebration.

"Hm."

After confirming Alex's words with Deheman, Rihan then saw the clock on his wrist that had been showing at 11 pm so that the assistant reminded him to go home.

Rihan then turned his back and walked towards the exit followed by Alex from behind. The two walked quietly down the hospital hallways. Rihan did not use the elevator because he just wanted to see how the hospital occupants were doing at night. There was a special elevator for him.

"Where's Alen?" Rihan asked the assistant who was walking behind him.

"Alen's waiting in the car, sir." Alex replied as he continued to follow the footsteps of the master who was not too wide from him.

Rihan did not respond to Alex's words. Rihan only nodded his head in return for the greetings of the few sisters they passed by.

Not too many people pass by because it is late at night so many patients and officers who have rested. There are only medics who have night shifs.

As Rihan and Alex board the escalator to head for the first floor, they see several doctors and nurses running in one direction, which Rihan knows is the road to the ER. Although still on top, but his sharp vision, could clearly see the panic on the face of the medical team who was running.

"It seems like there's a critical patient, sir." Alex commented when he saw some people in doctor suits and nurses running to the ER. Alex guesses the presence of a critical patient, so the doctor and nurse look very panicked.

"It seems the girl is already conscious." Rihan guessed flatly as he continued to look at those running who were barely visible anymore.

"That girl?" Alex asked back confused by the words of the master.

"You'll know if you see it." Reply Rihan who is now stepping his legs because they have arrived on the first floor.

Rihan and his assistant then walked to the ER to see more clearly what was happening. Especially Alex who was curious about the employer's guess. Getting closer to the ER, a faint sound of hysterical cries echoed.

"Don't touch me. Let go of me! Please.please let me go!" The hysterical cries and screams of a girl were heard. The girl was hysterical while holding the scalpel she had taken out of nowhere, and was about to scratch on her arm.

No one dared to approach the girl, as there was a scalpel in her grasp. They could only persuade the girl not to act recklessly.

The girl initially slept quietly, but when she regained consciousness, she went berserk as well as crying hysterically and trying to hurt herself.

"Hey boy. What are you doing here?" Ask a young doctor who happens to be standing not far from Rihan and Alex. The young doctor was Doctor Lio. Still remember with Doctor Lio, who Rihan helped to treat a mother who had an accident on the road at that time.

"Streetings.l," replied Alex flatly, as if unconcerned.

Alex was busy looking at the girl they almost hit who was trying to hurt herself.

"You think it's the Mall, the streets? Ck..." Reply Doctor Lio lazily.

"Who's treating the girl?" Rihan asked who he was, regardless of the two people who looked like cats and rats beside him.

"Doctor Damar, sir. I'll call you." Alex answered and walked towards the middle-aged man who was trying to persuade the girl to calm down.

"You call me, President?" Doctor Damar asked after bowing his body in honor of Rihan. Doctor Damar was currently standing a few steps ahead of Rihan.

"You checked it out?" Rihan asked flatly to Doctor Damar.

"Yes, President. As I have already diagnosed, the girl suffered prolonged trauma due to the physical abuse and sexual abuse she experienced. Don't know when the trauma will heal." Clearly Doctor Damar was directly before being asked a question by Rihan.

"When has he been like that?" Ask Rihan again.

"Since he realized, President. At first the girl was calm, but when I was going to check on her, she immediately cried and wanted to hurt herself. Looks like the girl was traumatized by the man's touch on her body." Doctor Damar replied as per what happened in the field.

They interact and do not care about the conditions around them that are full of people watching, while the girl is crying while continuing to rage hurting herself. Everyone was busy watching the girl's action, not knowing their president was there.

While Doctor Lio, he was confused because the medical student who helped him at that time, was highly respected and called president by senior doctors at the hospital where he worked. It's a surprise for him.

"In the meantime, Professor. I'm splitting your conversation. I'd like to ask you, do you know this boy?" Asked Doctor Lio who could not help but ask so curious.

"Yes. I know him. He is..." Doctor Damar's or Professor Damar's answer was cut off by a voice.

"Rihan?"

Silent.

All gazes were fixed on Rihan who was currently staring flatly at the person who called out to him, and slowly walked over to him.

All those who were there did not say a word, as they waited for the reaction of their new president who was called by the name they knew not the name of the president. While the one who called continued to move his feet towards Rihan.

"He knows the lady only once?" Alex murmured in his heart, as well as astonished at the eyes of the man.
