The dedemit

While thinking about Subhan's parents, Ustad Soleh laid his body on his bed that was getting worn out.

"Better, I seek his parents through the inner strength I have" muttered Ustad Saleh inwardly.

Ustad Saleh finally started sitting cross-legged in his bedroom. Both of his eyes began to close and he began to meditate.

Ustad Saleh rogoh Sukmo, (soul detached from the body) to find out the condition of Subhan's parents whose whereabouts are unknown.

Until one day, the soul of Ortad Soleh began to detach from his body.

Ustad Saleh mulai melihat ke seluruh ruangan yang ada di dalam kamarnya. Tak ada penampakan makhluk apapun di depannya.

After Ustad Saleh began to be able to control his soul, finally the soul of Ustad Saleh flew towards the house of Sarto, where Subhan was there.

"I must see Subhan's condition first" murmured the soul of Ustad Saleh. Ustad Saleh's soul flew around wandering until he arrived at Sarto's house.

Subhan's room door was closed as usual. Without opening the door to Subhan's room, the soul of Ustad Saleh was able to penetrate the room to make the house of Sarto surprised.

"Well, who is he?" dedemit's like us?" ask one of the dedemits who always follow Subhan when in the river lane.

Apparently, the bald dedemit that continues to follow Subhan is a dedemit that has a lantern and the dedemit was seen by Subhan. But because Subhan has passed through the border between the world of dedemit and the world of humans, then Subhan can not see it anymore because there is a barrier if someone has come out of the magical land.

Ustad Saleh slightly held his breath as a foul odor emerged from the dedemite's mouth. Dedemit always opened his mouth and tried to approach Ustad Saleh.

Ustad Saleh tried to communicate with the dedemit about what had happened to Subhan.

"Hey, Dedemit" Why do you always follow Subhan?" Does this kid owe you anything?" ask ustad Saleh curiously

"Yes, he owes me a debt" His friend Sutikno asked me to light a path in the passage of the border of my land and the land of men"

"Look now, Subhan has survived thanks to my help" He hasn't given me anything in return, so I'll always follow him wherever he goes" said one of the dedemits that was on Subhan's back.

"Oh yes, if I hadn't given the lantern, Subhan would have been cold and the situation of the hallway would have been darker and ordinary people, it wouldn't have been possible to get through the hallway" said Dedemit

While talking to Ustad Saleh, the dedemit licked Subhan's jet-black back. If Subhan could see the dedemit, Subhan would have fainted for days, and would not be strong to do his activities in the human world.

Ustad Saleh shook his head at the mischievous behavior of the dedemit. Because Ustad Saleh wanted to protect Subhan, finally iftad Saleh asked the dedemit, what payment they deserved, so that they would leave Subhan and not bother him again.
