Ustad Saleh was like putting his feet on the mud and his body looked very light.
"Ustad, why is the way ustad running so different from us?" The mud here almost reached my knees" But I saw that the feet of the ustad were not exposed to mud at all" Subhan asked as he continued to pay attention to Saleh's ustad.
"Yes son, just continue the path" I'm different from all of you" replied Ustad Saleh casually.
"Oh yaudah" Subhan replied without thinking about the strange thing he had just seen.
Subhan started walking again followed by his parents and Sarto. Every time he stepped foot, Subhan felt heavy because the mud on the road was sticky.
Sarto who was behind Subhan began to ask Subhan because he experienced the same thing as what he experienced while walking.
"Subhan, is this really the way to your house?" How much mud?" Was it back when you were here that this was the way?" sarto asked Subhan
"Sir Sarto, I was confused by the strange things that happened in my village" When I was here, I walked well and there was no mud this high" Is the kingpin wedus again angry and this is mud due to a mountain eruption near the village huh?" subhan said guessing
"Before what was this smooth road without mud and weeds?" Is there any other way besides this Subhan road?" sarto asked Subhan
"Village road is just this one sir" I've never gone any other way than this road" Let's just walk, just a minute to really" Subhan told Sarto
Finally Sarto, Subhan and Subhan's parents continued their journey to the place where Subhan's grandmother was.
Ustad Saleh is getting weird. Subhan and Mr. Sarto began to shake his head because since then, Saleh had only been silent a thousand languages.
"Loh, Saleh's ustad movement seems almost the same as the old man" Did I see wrong?" muttered Subhan as he continued to pay attention to Ustad Saleh who was still behind Subhan.
Subhan speaks a thousand languages because what Subhan wants is to meet his grandmother and grandfather. All the strangeness that was in his mind he just threw it away.
While walking on the mud, a black-colored shadow ran in front of Subhan. Subhan was shocked when he saw the shadow
"Who is that?" subhan shouted while observing the black-colored shadow that had just passed in front of him.
"Who's Subhan?" ask Sarto curiously
"Sir Sarto, I saw a black shadow just passing in front of me" Subhan told Sarto.
Sarto finally looked around and there was no black shadow that was seen by Sarto, as well as Subhan's parents who also did not see anything.
Subhan also continued the journey because he considered the shadow was only a hallucination. When he started walking again, there was a smell of sweat that was familiar to him
"Hem, I remember very well this smell" This smell seemed to be the smell of Sutikno sweat" Subhan murmured inwardly
The distinctive smell of Sutikno's body is well known to Subhan. For Subhan the smell is very typical because considering Sutikno never bathed and still wear red clothes, so the smell of his body smelled a little rancid and rotten. But for Subhan the smell is not a problem because Subhan has been accustomed to smell the body odor Sutikno.
