Vanessa's Slap and One Phone Call (Revised)

The people inside the shop were shocked when they saw Vanessa bravely slapping the woman in thick makeup even the entire store could hear the sound of her slap.

The woman with the thick makeup was stunned for a moment, then her face turned red, not out of embarrassment but out of anger. She did not expect that Vanessa would slap her face in public.

"You... You dare to slap me!?" shouted the woman in thick makeup while pointing at Vanessa.

The woman touched the cheek slapped by Vanessa, she could feel the warm temperature on her cheek because Vanessa's slap was indeed very hard.

"Then what?" Vanessa just retorted with her arrogant face. She was not at all afraid of the anger of the woman with that thick makeup.

"Fucking woman." Arif approached Vanessa with a grim face, he raised his right hand and was about to slap Vanessa.

Vanessa frowned, she wanted to take a step back to avoid a slap from Arif. But at this moment, a sturdy hand held Arif's hand tightly.

"Ariff, want to be then or now, you're still being rude to women. Has your attitude not changed at all?" said Azam while looking at Arif with cold eyes.

Yes, Azam was the one who grasped Arif's right hand that was about to slap Vanessa. He acts quickly out of fear for Vanessa.

"Azam, let go of my hand or you'll be sorry!" Arif tried to remove his hand from Azam's grasp, but he saw that Azam was very strong.

"Repent?" Azam took off his grip suddenly which made Arif's body lean back and fell on the floor. He ignored Arif and looked towards Vanessa.

"Vanessa, are you okay?" azam asked with a worried voice.

Vanessa is quite surprised by Azam's bold actions. He thought Azam was afraid because Azam just kept quiet and did nothing, but his mind was wrong.

"I'm fine." Vanessa shook her head to show that she was okay.

"Good then. Now, how should we do?" Aksa looked at Arif and the woman with thick makeup who was looking at her and Vanessa with eyes of hatred.

"Give it to me." Vanessa pulled out her phone and dialed a number. Then he spoke briefly about the situation that had occurred, then ended the call.

Azam glanced at him but said nothing. He was already convinced that Vanessa must have come from a wealthy family looking at the actions she had just taken.

At first Azam was unsure about Vanessa's family because she was just a writer. But after seeing the 12 billion rupiah Ferrari car made Azam think back.

In addition, Vanesa has never mentioned his last name. So Azam only knew her 'Vanessa' name, not her full name.

Arif also pulled out his phone and called someone. "Dad! There were two people who were bothering me and my boyfriend, they pushed us by force!"

"What's!? Who would dare to do such a thing to my son!? Son, wait there, I'll bring Daddy's men." There was the angry roar of a middle-aged man from behind the phone who seemed to be Arif's father.

However the people around looked at Arif with contemptuous gazes. They already knew what was going on but did not move because they did not want to get involved in the problem.

Even so, they knew that Arif and the woman with the thick makeup beside him were exaggerating the problem. Though at first it was just a trivial problem that was accidentally hit and it was quite light.

Although angry with the actions of Arif and women with thick makeup, but none of them came forward to defend or just break up.

"Pity, there are still people like that in this day and age" Azam said in a low voice but could be heard by Vanessa beside him.

"Your words are wrong, not still there, but there are, and there are many." Vanessa replied to Aksa's words with a derogatory voice shown by people like Arif.

Beside them, the store manager could only force a smile. He already knew the identities of the four people involved in the matter, which was why he did not take action.

"Unfortunately for the fate of the two people, they have no idea who they are facing." The store manager said in his heart while looking at Arif and the woman with thick makeup.

"I'm glad I haven't taken action. If I take a wrong step, my life could be a mess," the store manager thought with a sigh of relief.

After a moment of silence, there appeared the sound of cluttered footsteps, a sign that there were many people who were going to the location of Azam and others.

Then there were many muscular men wearing all-black clothes. And in front of them was a middle-aged man in a luxurious suit.

Arif's eyes and the woman with the thick makeup became sparkling when she saw them coming. Especially when looking at the middle-aged man in front.

"Dad!" Arif shouted happily and immediately approached the middle-aged man with his girlfriend in thick makeup.

The middle-aged man was named Roso, he was Arif's father. Although he looks like a gangster leader because of his face, he is a boss of an upper middle-class service company.

That was why Arif could boast in front of Azam and Vanessa. Maybe he doesn't know Vanessa, but he thinks Azam is still the same as the poor old man.

So Arif only speculates based on one point of view. He did not notice that Azam was wearing expensive clothes while carrying a shopping bag.

"So you, who hurt my son." Roso looked at Azam and Vanessa with cold eyes, but Azam and Vanessa were not afraid.

"You two are suspected of harming someone, therefore please follow us to the security room." Roso said in a dominant tone thinking that Azam and Vanessa were terrified.

Roso's mind was very simple. He will give a lesson to Azam and Vanessa in the security room because here there are many eyes that look.

He who is the boss of the company can not do violence arbitrarily. His reputation and his company would be ruined if he did so.

But in reality, Azam and Vanessa looked at each other and could see the indifference in their eyes.

Roso is further enraged by Azam and Vanessa's attitude, he can't help it anymore but knows that the place doesn't fit. So he ordered the people behind him.

"Wait what else, quickly arrest and interrogate them! Take them to the security room!" Roso gave orders to the people dressed in all black behind him.

They are gangsters who have a close relationship with Roso. But in order not to cause more trouble, Roso asks them to dress up as security guards.

Roso's subordinates immediately besieged Azam and Vanessa upon hearing Roso's orders. They were preparing to capture Azam and Vanessa, but at this moment there was an angry roar from outside.
