Facts about Monica, Gian's Childhood Friend

"Don't blame yourself, Azam" Gian told Azam because he thought Azam was falling apart because he was caught investigating him.

"Huh? Why should I blame myself?" Azam scrunched his forehead because he did not understand why Gian said that.

Though Azam himself was not at all slumped or moody because he thought that it had been found out already. He only needs to explain enough so that Gian does not think strangely.

But Gian was a little speechless and speechless when he heard Azam's words. He thought Azam would be devastated because the work to investigate him was discovered and meant he had failed.

"It turns out you're okay. But, may I know why you're investigating me?" Gian shook his head, then he asked the reason Azam was investigating him.

Azam was stunned because Gian could tell just because of such a simple thing. He then realized that there are still many people who are not simple in this world who have strange abilities.

So Azam sighed that he could not approach someone just after he saw the basic information. He thought that he should know in depth the person he wanted to approach first.

"Superficial, but reasonable." Azam exhaled a long breath and nodded his head.

"Now it's your turn" Gian said as he glanced at Azam.

"Yes, yeah. It started when you asked me to pick up a light blue bag in the car." Azam immediately explained all his events in full because it was not a thing to hide either.

Gian also nodded his head and did not look surprised or have any other reaction. Azam thought that Gian had expected everything that made him not too surprised.

"Then, will you hear my story with Monica?" Gian leaned back and asked Azam while looking at the dark night sky without the stars.

"Oh? This is what I'm waiting for. Please tell me," Azam said with a smile because he was waiting to get information from Gian.

"Alright, listen carefully. I will only tell you once" Gian said with a deep sigh.

Gian was silent for a moment, then he started explaining. How surprised Azam was to learn the true story was going on between Gian and Monica and the reason why Monica was being childish.

Apparently, Monica had parents who were too protective of her. This makes Monica very protected from various things in the world that make Monica childish.

But it all started when Monica's parents died in an accident. Monica who had always been protected by both her parents could not accept the reality and she could not hold back her emotions.

This makes Monica cope with overflowing emotions by putting them aside, not by fighting or calming down.

So basically, Monica is childish because she is running away from the memories of the past that happened to her.

"You think like that, don't you? Especially me who is his childhood friend" said Gian with a look of sadness.

Azam glanced at Gian, then he said, "So that's why you're in touch with Monica because Monica is also aware of her attitude and can go from being childish to being normal?"

"Yes, rich. Monica could return to normal, but she still once recalled memories in the past. That's why his normal attitude is very short," Gian said as he nodded his head.

They were both silent and no one spoke anymore because the topic being discussed was quite heavy. Especially about Monica who lives with childish thoughts because she is running away from reality.

Azam also did not comment on anything about Monica because she was not entitled to it. Monica must be living a life that is too comfortable because it is too protected by her parents and can not accept the changes that occur.

Azam stood up, he patted Gian on the shoulder and said, "Your relationship with Monica is unknown to the public. But my advice is to publish this so as not to cause a scandal that would be troublesome."

"It's uncertain, but Monica could have dared to face reality because she was given support by all your fans."

"The bottom line is, show your harmonious relationship so that all your fans are moved and support your relationship with Monica and this can be a good thing for Monica."

After saying this, Azam walked away from there. He has finished his business with Gian because Gian has told all the things that happened between him and Monica.

Gian was silent after hearing Azam's words. He hesitated for a moment, then he stood up and said, "Azam! I'll try! Thank you very much!"

Azam stopped his steps, he looked back and said, "Don't thank me. I just don't want you to make a loss for the movie you're starring in. Because it's a movie adapted from my friend's novel."

Then Azam continued his steps without waiting for a response from Gian. Far behind Azam, Gian had a very surprised look until his mouth was wide open.

The reason was of course because he knew who the author of the novel was being adapted into a film. Because the author is quite famous in the world of Indonesian literature.

"Azam, who exactly are you?" it was a question he wanted to ask Azam because he was curious about Azam's identity.

It is worth Gian to be curious because Azam looks close to Sandra, the owner of Yanna Cosmetic Company, and Vanessa, the author of the online novel whose name is quite famous.

Meanwhile Azam was on foot to return to the apartment. He did not order an ojek online because he wanted to enjoy the cold air because it was raining.

The quiet and silent atmosphere coupled with the cold air made Azam calm. Azam took a deep breath to enjoy the fresh air around.
