"Azam, where have you been? Just got home at this time." Vanessa came out of the kitchen, she was wearing an apron while holding a spatula.

Azam was a little surprised to see Vanessa at home after a long day away. He smiled and said, "I just finished work, it's exhausting."

"You work till this hour?" Vanessa asks suspiciously because she never saw Azam coming home the night after Azam came to her apartment.

"I was working from eight or nine, so it's only natural that I'm back now" Azam said lazily as he was really tired.

Azam is not physically tired because his physique has been improved, but he is mentally tired because he got troublesome problems when he first went to ktv.

Vanessa felt that Azam must have done something tiring, so she felt sorry for him for having to work hard like that.

"Wanna eat?" vanessa asked Azam.

"eat? What are you cooking?" Azam stroked his empty stomach, then he asked Vanessa what she was cooking.

Vanessa smiled broadly and said, "Instant noodles." He said in an innocent tone so Azam was speechless.

Azam opened his mouth because he was surprised, he thought Vanessa was cooking because the sound of the kitchen showed that she was busy cooking, but what she was making was instant noodles.

Although Azam was surprised, he did not think that strange. He touched his hungry stomach and said, "Then I want one!"

"Ready!" Vanessa smiled brightly, she nodded and immediately returned to the kitchen to cook instant noodles. Meanwhile Azam gets a phone call from Deva.

"Azam, the footage from you is very good!" said Deva excitedly. Deva gets the tape from Elina who just got to her house.

Deva watches a video about Yasir and Agus going to Magic KTV. They were both very drunk and Yasir almost abused Elina.

"really? But that's not enough, sir." Azam remained calm as his task was still far from finished and Deva also realized this.

Azam threw his cell phone onto the sofa, then he continued to lie down while watching television. Then, after half an hour, Vanessa called Azam to help her bring food.

"Vanessa, is it over?" Azam came to the kitchen and saw there were two large bowls containing noodle soup with additional side dishes such as eggs, chicken, vegetables, and others.

"Yes, please take it to the dining room. I made some warm tea, it was cold today" Vanessa said without turning her face away.

Azam was tempted by the noodles made by Vanessa because not only the appearance is attractive, the aroma is also very fragrant to the point of drunk people who breathe it.

"Well, let's eat!" Vanessa smiles, then she starts eating followed by Azam.

Azam did not expect much because this was an instant noodle, so he used a spoon to take the gravy first, then put it in the mouth.

"!!?" Azam widened his eyes, he turned towards Vanessa who was eating, then towards the noodle soup in front of him.

In disbelief, this time Azam used chopsticks to take his noodles and put them in his mouth, and he had the same reaction as before.

"Vanessa, this is so good." Azam said as he let out happy tears because the noodles Vanessa made were delicious.

Maybe it is true that the noodles used are ordinary instant noodles, but the sauce is mixed with other spices that make it a perfect taste, especially now the air is cold.

Noodles filled with delicious spices make the stomach of people who eat them feel warm, then the warmth spreads to all parts of the body.

"really? Well, for the seasonings it's my forte!" Vanessa said in a proud tone even though she was actually a little embarrassed for being praised by Azam.

"Ah, so that's why you're wearing instant noodles, because you're an expert at spices," Azam said with a smile.

That means Vanessa can't make complicated dishes that require turning the main ingredients into something else, but when it comes to seasoning, Vanessa is the expert.

This is why he uses instant noodles that are easy to make into anything. Vanessa just stay to make the sauce using a variety of spices that make it very delicious.

"That's how!" Vanessa scratched the back of her head in embarrassment.

"Then, we should cook together later." Azam smiled and continued eating the noodles.

"Ohh! That's a great idea!" Vanessa has sparkling eyes after listening to Azam's idea of the two of them cooking together.

Vanessa has tasted Azam's dishes so she hopes high if she and Azam decide to cook together.

The two of them had dinner, or rather had a late-night meal together while chatting with laughter. Then after the clock showed at one o'clock in the evening, the two of them returned to their respective rooms.

"Tiring day." Azam lay on the bed and prepared to go to sleep, but at this moment his phone rang a notification.

Azam checked it out and it turned out it was Vanessa from the next room. Vanessa said a charity meeting will be held tomorrow night at the first-floor Super Mall Dirta.

"Oh, yes. I forgot that the charity meeting was going to be held. Then I'll have to do an investigation during the day and go to a charity meeting at night." Azam patted his forehead for forgetting.

The reason Azam was investigating during the day was because he had to go to class in the morning. He did not want to ditch anymore because he also needed to study at university.
