Chapters 1. Woe to marriage (Revised)

Hasbi Mubarak is 28 years old. He is on his way to the hospital to visit his wife, 26-year-old Fathiyah Azahra, whom he has been married for four years. Fathiyah fell into a coma after giving birth three months ago.

 Hasbi went with Kayla Azahra Mubarak, her first 3-month-old son. Kayla sits in the middle seat using a baby car seat. As soon as he saw the flower shop, Hasbi pulled over and parked on the side of the road. He wanted to buy flowers for his wife. Although his wife was in a coma, he always carried flowers regularly, to beautify Fathiyah's room.

 Hasbi got out of the car, then took the baby stroller in the trunk of the car. After the baby stroller was installed perfectly, Hasbi held Kayla, then put her to bed in the baby stroller.  He walked by the side of the road leisurely, the atmosphere seemed desolate. Hasbi walked leisurely and walked into the flower shop, after finishing Hasbi put the flowers under the baby stroller, then she came out. When it's about to get to his car, suddenly ….

 Someone pushed him until he fell down and hit his head on the asphalt. Baby stroller detached and pushed forward lucky there was holding the baby stroller, Hasbi rushed up and saw the state of his son, Alhamdulillah his son survived and it's okay.

“Thank you, Sir. Have helped my son.” Hasbi picked up Kayla from a baby stroller, owned by Hasbi. “Iya Mas, but the woman who actually helped Mas, she encouraged Mas not to get hit by a speeding car but even the woman who was hit.” The words surprised Hasbi.

He had heard sounds like bumps and car brakes. Apparently there was an accident.

 “Thank you, Sir. I want to see the condition of the woman first, excuse me Sir.” Hasbi immediately approached the crowd while holding Kayla.

 Hasbi broke through the crowd, seeing a woman lying unconscious on the asphalt in the middle of the road, with blood pooling around her thighs,

 Nurses and Doctors quickly treat patients. Hasbi was forbidden to go inside. Hasbi was questioned about the patient by a nurse.

 Hasbi is now in Fathi's room, he has also been treated with elbows and knees, which had been slightly injured. Hasbi is also already on CT SCAN, fearing internal injuries. Hasbi is relieved the result is good.

 Mother Siti Aminah, her mother Fathi and Abdul Malik her father Fathi who was carrying Fathi in the hospital room, were surprised to see Hasbi who came with wounds on his legs and hands while holding Kayla. Hasbi recounted the incident while laying Kayla beside Fathi.

 “Now how is it?” ask Ms. Siti after hearing Hasbi's story.

 “Still in operation Bun,” replied Hasbi.

 “Alhamdulillah, you and Kayla are okay, now you go to the operating room and wait for the woman, who knows her doctor needs her family? Right now, you are the person in charge” Saran Abdul Malik.

 “Good Well, Hasbi Tipped Kayla and Fathi Bun, Well.” Siti nodded. Hasbi went to the woman's operating room, and waited in front of the operating room until the surgery was over.

The woman was moved to a first-class room adjacent to Fathi's room which was blocked by only one room. At this time Hasbi was in the woman's room, and then a nurse came to check on the patient, the nurse was surprised because she recognized this patient. This patient is Kemala, the son of Mr. Abdul Azis, a patient treated for liver.

 “Sorry, sister knows this patient?” ask Hasbi.

  “Iya sir, this is Kemala. The child of the patient who was treated here as well, therefore I know him,” replied the nurse.

 “Truely then, can you tell his family that Kemala had an accident and was treated here.”

 “Good sir, I will tell you. Previously I want to check the situation first,” said the nurse.

When she finished, the nurse left. Hasbi sat on the sofa and recalled the doctor's words after the surgery. Doctors said that Kemala had to have her uterus removed to stop the bleeding. His uterus was badly injured from the impact. Somehow the reaction Kemala when Kemala realized later?

 Hearing the sound of knocking on the door, Hasbi stepped closer to the open door.

“Assalamu'alaikum, this is right Kemala room?” a man asked as soon as Hasbi approached the open door.

”Wa'alaikumsalam, yes right. Who are you?” ask Hasbi

 “I Reyhan, Mala's fiancee I know from the nurse that Mala was in an accident and treated here.” Rey introduces herself and goes inside. He stood beside Mala's bed.

 “Whose you?” Ask Rey .

 "I'm Hasbi, Mala helped me when the accident happened...” Hasbi stopped his speech when he heard the voice from the Kemala gurney.

 “Ngh” Mala's eyelids open, Rey approaches Mala.

 “Mal ... You are already aware. Thank goodness, how? How do you feel now?” Reyhan stroked Mala's hair, Hasbi came out giving time to the two of them.

 Night came greeting, the sky dark without stars. The atmosphere in Fathi's room was silent only the sound of TV was heard even though there were four people in this room, all were silent. Fathi is still in a coma, father and mother who watch TV, Hasbi who is playing mobile phone.

 The sound of the door being knocked. Hasbi got up and stepped up to open the door. When opened, a nurse was seen.

 “Sorry Sir, but there is a patient who wants to meet with Mr. Hasbi, he cannot come here because the circumstances do not allow.” A nurse came to tell me.

 “Who's sus, and what's there need?”

 “Sorry sir for the reason I don't know, but he's very eager to meet you. He is Mr. Abdul Azis the father of Kemala,”

 “Alright Sus, let's go now aja,” Hasbi said goodbye to her parents and left with the nurse.

 Currently Hasbi is already in the room of Azis sir, Azis sir has a chronic liver he also has asthma, currently he wears an oxygen mask, and catheter, his hands are infused. Hasbi sat next to Azis's sir's gurney.

 They also get acquainted. Mr. Azis spoke in a soft voice and gasped for breath, as he shed tears he asked Hasbi to be willing to marry Mala .

 Of course Hasbi is not willing, because Hasbi is married and has children. However, Mr. Azis pleads with Hasbi because Mala cannot have children after helping Hasbi, Mala's fiancee also breaks ties with Mala, there will be no men willing to marry Mala because Mala is now barren.

 Hasbi went back to Fath's room. There are Amih and apih Hasbi parents as well as the father and mother of Fathi parents.

Hasbi then took her parents out for food.

 Old Oang Fathi looked at each other then looked at the table, lots of food there. Hasbi went to the cafeteria with her parents and ordered coffee. Hasbi hopes there's the best way out of all this.

 Hasbi talks about Mala's father's request. Hasbi's parents were certainly surprised but they understood. Amih advises Hasbi to marry Mala, let alone this is the last request of a sick father.

 They feel sorry for Mala, also so that Mala's father can go quietly. Later the trouble of their Fathi parents that would help persuade him, Hasbi and Kayla owe their lives to Kemala.

 Mala's father gave her one day because time was precious to her. God could take his life at any time, he begged God to postpone it until the wedding day. He was eager to marry his son.

 Hasbi went to Mala's room.  Mala was sleeping on her side staring at the window, Mala looking at Hasbi who was entering her room. They talk and get acquainted.

 Hasbi cannot promise to give happiness because honestly according to Hasbi, there is no happiness from polygamy. Wives who look happy when polygamy only cover their grief so as not to look sad. Everyone must be hurt.

 For him it is very selfish of polygamous men. He alone if betrayed or in two will feel hurt and angry, especially a wife who must share love and see the intimacy of her husband with others.
