Eps. 208 Octo Caught
Octo ran back. On the way, he stopped. There are three bears now blocking his path.
“Sial! Why are there bears again? It feels like I'm hunting but it's more like being hunted this time,” Octo said.
Dor's! He immediately pulled his long-barreled rifle towards the three bears.
The bullet went through the chests of three bears. But that doesn't make the bear weak. They were even angry at that moment.
Groars! The three angry bears chase Octo who runs towards where the trap is.
“So I'd better just hang them there. But one person only provided one hanger. What about the other two bears? Where am I gonna hang them? Can I borrow another one for a minute?”
Octo who still thinks and sharpens his brain continues to run. Unbeknownst to him, two more bears came after him. In total there are five bears now chasing him.
“Gosh! Come again two bears.” Directly Octo enjoyed the two bears when approaching him.
The two bears did not collapse. They instead join three other bears, besieging Octo.
At the same time Detective Carl comes out of hiding. He quickly ran and now he was behind five bears that surrounded Octo.
“Do you need help?” haggling Detective Carl.
“I don't need help from anyone. I can handle it myself. You'll see later,” reject Octo.
“You can't possibly hang 5 bears in one trap right? Tell you what, I lent my trap to you. So you can hang two bears. And it's in yours. I don't care about winning or losing this fight, it's the same for me there's no effect.”
Without a second thought, Octo agreed. The man was thirsty for victory.
Lookie! He was a murderer. So strong was his will to hang all these bears. One was enough to make him win the hunt. Basic greedy! Detective Carl swore in the heart.
Now he's just gonna figure out a way to get Octo trapped. He should make the most of the current situation. There is no word of failure and it cannot fail.
I have to get him into any trap I can by using these bears.
After coming up with an idea, Detective Carl opens fire on three bears.
“You can use my trap. But in exchange I am free to choose one bear for me.”
Silence means to agree. That's Detective Carl's principle. He then led the two bears away from Octo's trap, leading to another trap.
“Hey, what are you doing?” octo protests when his hunt is taken by Detective Carl.
Reflexes, he follows where the bear is taken away by Detective Carl.
Looks like you're gonna fall into a trap.
Detective Carl reviews the thin smile on the tip of his lips, his plan is already in motion and Octo follows him.
He then drove the bear back by running into Octo's trap. Just as the bear was about to enter the trap, he shot it down.
“You, why are you interfering in my business?” octo protest not accepted. Feeling Detective Carl has gone too far, goes into the realm of his affairs.
He only allows one bear to be carried, but Detective Carl not only shoots one bear, he even shoots three bears. It means he broke the deal and made him angry.
“Do not get it wrong. I'm just helping you with your work,” Detective Carl said.
Octo also accidentally stepped on the warakap when going to herd his bear back to the back.
Akhs! Octo fell himself into his trap.
After falling into a trap hole, he was then automatically pulled upwards and was now hanging on the trap's gallows.
“Sial! Why would I get caught in my own trap?” he then turned to look at Detective Carl who was below him. “Hey, Carl put me down now.”
Detective Carl didn't respond to it right away. He's ignoring Octo now. This time he instead focused on the five four bears that were still chasing Octo.
“Wait first. I'll clean them up first.”
Detective Carl then shot the four bears with eight shots. Each had two gunshot wounds to their chests, which left them collapsing instantly motionless.
“Carl, fast shoot the rope,” Octo squeal. He began to feel that the rope was starting to make him uncomfortable.
“Are you sure? What if I shoot you wrong and you die?”
