Detective Carl doesn't believe what he saw until he rubs his own eyes.
“Gosh you...” he said after being sure that he did not dream again to see the man in his dream now sitting next to him and smilingly looking at him.
Detective Carl immediately stepped on his gas inside which made his car instantly stop.
“You're out of my car, weird guy !” hardik detective Carl opens the car door and forces the man out of there.
But the surprising thing happened instead of the man shifting a bit from there. He insisted on sitting there even by moving his hand only the open side door was now closed again. Not only that, the car that is currently stopped can suddenly walk back even though detective Carl does not drive it.
“Oh what happened ?” detective Carl was in disbelief to see what happened even he stepped back on the car brakes but unfortunately the car still drove. “Stop ! All right, well I'll talk to you but at least stop this car.” the door.
With one hand movement the car now stopped.
Detective Carl then turned to look at the mysterious man who also did not know his name.
“Is he a ghost?” he guessed himself. “There can't be ghosts in this world.”
Yes, for a man like detective Carl who thinks logically also associates everything that exists with logic, absolutely does not believe in the existence of ghosts or spirits in this world.
“You think I'm a ghost ?” the mysterious man was able to hear the words of detective Carl even though it was very soft and it turned out that he had been mistaken as a ghost. “Call me Red. The system administrator you got this time.
Detective Carl stares at the statement sharply because again the man is bragging about what system he does not know at all.
“What system ?” detective Carl asks in the end, hoping that the nonsense will continue again.
“Detective profession system according to your current field. By receiving a mission from the system will not only return your client but if you successfully complete the mission then you will get a reward.”
“Reward what do you mean ?” detective Carl is getting more confused and of course the more dizzy his mind.
“Every successful mission you will get a reward in the form of points where many accumulated points will be exchanged for various items, such as cars, luxury homes and so on.”
“Oh.” explanation from the man named Red was enough to make detective Carl tempted by the lure of his reward. “You're not kidding or playing me instead of ?” he said he tried to regain consciousness from his imagination before being lulled.
“A-what ?” detective Carl who felt still could not digest the words of the man joined staring at the timer on the dashboard of the car while massaging his head that is getting dizzy.
“click.” Red raises a monitor in front of detective Carl then shows the man his first mission.
Detective Carl reads the mission on the monitor and is stunned after reading it. How he wouldn't be surprised if his first mission was to take one client from his rival, Darcy.
“Detective Carl Watson.”
Detective Carl was even surprised the man knew his name in particular His full name without him introducing himself to the man. “How are you ready to run your mission now ?”
“No !” the man replied instead of refusing the mission but did not want to deal with Darcy in the near future which had greatly embarrassed him.
Even he was with various efforts to drive Red out of his car because it was still dizzy with the problem.
“Detective Carl, if you immediately take this mission and start moving in no less than 24 hours, then you will get an additional point of 1000 points.”
Unfortunately detective Carl just stared at the man without responding to him at all.
“Ck. You wasted an opportunity there that didn't come twice.” urged.
As detective Carl does not respond, Red disappears from there.
“Thank you stupid administrator or what he called himself just now I don't know.” he said relieved while restarting his car that only had him there and immediately continued back to the house.
At night at home, the man was preparing to sleep but he was disturbed by the wall clock in his room. I don't know why the clock in his room didn't work properly this time.
The clock does not show what time it is this time but rather shows the countdown time like the timer on the dashboard of his car.
“Hiss... what else is this ?” he also felt riled to see the timer that was not only noisy but also very, very disturbing at rest.
