Chapter 26: Turning Brave

Early in the morning, I was out of the apartment. He said goodbye to Ariel who felt a little forced to release his return. Although it was heavy but Ariel knew Azka needed Guts, she had already heard the boy was going to be out of the hospital today.

“You will be in college until what time?” valiantly asked before opening the apartment door, the man returned to wearing a mask so that no one would recognize him.

“Till afternoon, I know Mas can't be here first, Azka needs attention from Mas.” Ariel said without lying, she was indeed sincere about the condition of the boy.

"Mas, does it matter about Mas's wife who already knows our relationship?" ask Ariel.

“Take it easy! he won't probably dare hurt you again, if he dares to mess around I'll make him regret.”

Dashing Ariel's cheek, she kisses the girl's forehead lovingly before completely leaving her alone in the apartment.

After Guts came home, Ariel immediately rushed to go to the bathroom. He turned on the shower and soaked his entire body that felt sticky. Ariel rubbed her chest full of traces of the Dashing kiss, she fumbled while remembering her romance last night, and suddenly the girl's hand stopped in the abdomen.

“Did I just stop taking that pregnancy-preventing drug?” murmured Ariel who was beginning to worry about her choice. She already loved Gaga, so she started thinking about conceiving the boy.

Half an hour later, Ariel was busy in the kitchen preparing breakfast. Roni had just sent him a message that he was going to drop Abil off for having to pick up Azka and also Meta at the hospital. Abil seemed happy, he ate the sandwich made by the brother greedily, while Ariel chose to take Roni to the door because he wanted to say something to the man.

“Mas Dashing said he asked Om to find a house,” said Ariel and immediately hugged Roni with a nod.

“If possible, I want an old house. Father and mother's house, home me and Abil play together.” Ariel said in a sad tone of voice, his eyes were even floating considering that the house had been sold Puti and he was not given any money.

“For want to buy you a house that is at least worth this apartment,” said Roni. “But if you really want the house I will work on it,” he added while patting the nephew's arm. “We should be on guard, Riel. Maybe I won't pick up your call in business hours, I'm afraid Meta is suspicious.”

Before leaving for campus, Ariel first drove Abil back to the orphanage. He did not find Niken there because she was having business out of town. To be honest Ariel was relieved, because if he met Niken he would definitely be scouted with many questions. Ariel believes the action at Puti's house must have spread everywhere. The girl just left a greeting to one of the caretakers for Niken before leaving.

Ariel took a taxi to the campus, he had not been bought by Gagah for fear of being too flashy. Despite being offered many times, Ariel refused. Just because shopping at the mall alone she has been considered a sugar baby, how would it be if until she came to college with a flashy car.

Ariel already knows from Claudia who is the culprit who made his name into the material of gosipan most students there. Ariel deliberately went to the cafeteria because Claudia had not arrived, the girl knew where Mika usually sat with her other friends. Ariel took a bottle of water from the refrigerator, and gave fifty thousand to the canteen mother. The middle-aged woman was confused because Ariel left without waiting for change.

Ariel smiled cynically when she saw Mika was joking and laughing with her friends, and without the slightest fear Ariel immediately approached and splashed the drink from the bottle into the girl's hair.

Mika was excited, as well as her friends who chose to avoid being wet with splashes.

“Ariel! What’an?” mika snapped, and like a possessed person Ariel bravely slapped into the cheek of the girl.

"Try to tell me in front of my face if you dare, what are you saying about me in the group!"
